Avis B&B HOTEL près de Disneyland® Paris Magny-Le-Hongre

Empfang sehr gut und informativ.
Hotel sehr groß und trotzdem fühlt es sich gut an.
Innenhof mit gepflegtem Garten.
Shuttle Bus fährt bis 24:00 Uhr direkt vor der Tür. Fahrt dauert bis knapp 10 Minuten je nach Route.

J'avoue avoir choisi le B&B Hôtel pour son prix attractif, et je ne regrette pas du tout ! Le personnel était très aimable, la chambre très propre et nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées aussi ????
Nous reviendrons !

Simpele hotelkamer met goede bedden. Groot, schoon hotel. Goed ontbijtbuffet, niet heel uitgebreid maar precies goed. Disneyland goed bereikbaar met de soms wat overvolle pendelbus.

Ottima esperienza.Ottimo prezzo/qualita'.Considerando che siamo a Dysnelayd rappresenta un alternativa valida e attenta a chi vuole contenere i costi della vacanza.C'e' una navetta che porta al parco e viceversa.Tramite l'app dell'hotel si riesce a vedere l'orario.Io sono arrivata di giorno e l ho raggiunto anche a piedi.Sono 2 km e 400 metri.Se si hanno problemi o bimbi si raggiunge con la navetta.Gli altri hotel cmq sono nei paraggi.Lo consiglio vivamente per chi non ha interesse ad avere un albergo con personaggi ma concentrarsi solo sul parco e i suoi divertimenti.

Una de las peores experiencias de nuestra vida. Viajamos en familia 2 adultos y mis hijas: mellizas de 6 años y pequeña de 3. Nada más llegar, nos dieron las entradas de otra persona, les dije que obviamente estaban equivocados porque éramos 5 y solo nos dieron 3. Me dijeron de muy malos modos "Usted sabrá lo que ha comprado". Hablé con la agencia de viajes y 4 horas después, conseguimos unas entradas (previo pago, obviamente) para que mis hijas dejaran de llorar y pudiéramos ir a Disney. En ningún momento intentaron solucionar, insistieron en que el error era nuestro (como si fuéramos idiotas) y que nos buscáramos la vida. Estuvimos 4 noches. El 2° día me llaman por teléfono muy alterados preguntándome dónde estaba (a las 11:30 a.m.) y diciendo que tenía que volver al hotel a devolver las entradas que nos dieron pirque eran de otra persona. Aluciné. Ni un "lo siento", ni nada de nada, solo que fuéramos ya. Les dije que esperaran sentados. Esa noche llegamos muy tarde y las niñas esraban dormidas, nos fuimos directamente a la habitación. A las 7:45 de la mañana me vuelven a llamar para que devolviera las entradas. En aras de la armonía y salud mental, fue mi marido pidiendo hablar co un responsable. Entre ellos se taparon y, de nuevo, ni unas disculpas y tratándonos como si hubiéramos robado las entradas cuando fuimos nosotros quienes las tuvimos que pagar 2 veces por su fallo y altanería. Nos dieron unas bebidas gratis, "una limosna para intentar tapar bocas" que rechazamos y devolvimos y el último día no nos cobraron el equipaje. Pero nadie preguntó por las entradas ni por los llantos de mis hijas que perdieron parte de su ilusiòn por su negligencia "Mamà, ¿por qué no podemos ver a Minnie?¿No nos deja esta señora? Me rompe el alma cada vez que lo pienso. Menos mal que al final pudimos superarlo. No volvemos al hotel ni aunque nos paguen. La ubicación es lo único que lo salva y créanme, los hay con mejor sitio, precio y, por supuesto, empatía y resoluciòn. Nefasta experiencia.

An amazing hotel that would serve well to be used as a base when visiting Disneyland Paris .

Clean comfortable ensuite rooms , breakfast, shuttle to Disneyland (free) lovely surroundings.

It's no Hilton but serves it's purpose very well. If you are visiting a theme park and plan to be out all day and need a lovely accommodation to retire to and breakfast in the morning. This is ???? the place .

Since it’s an official Disney-affiliated hotel, we decided to stay there. The price is more affordable than the official Disney hotels, and there’s a free shuttle bus, so getting to the Disney parks is easy. However, the shuttle stops at other affiliated hotels as well, so if you don’t line up quickly, you might not be able to get on.

As for breakfast, if you go at an off-peak time, you can get a seat right away and everything goes smoothly.
I think it’s a good choice for staying with family because the rooms are big.

L'hôtel est beau, et bien situé, les alentours pour se balader étaient magnifiques. Bon petit déjeuner variés et pour tout les goûts, salés et sucrés à volonté.
Deux point négatif :
- Le Mr à l'accueil, absolument pas chaleureux, par contre, il avait le sourire avec les clients" Anglais" derrière nous!
-la salle de bain pas très propre à notre arrivé.

Voor het werk zijn wij hier een twee dagen geweest! Super verlopen allemaal. Ook de communicatie onderling helemaal goed verlopen.

El hotel nos encantó. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplias, mobiliario nuevo. La ubicación está muy bien, incluso se puede ir caminando al Parque (el camino es bastante bonito). Lo único que si tengo que puntualizar es que una de las personas que fue en nuestro grupo tiene una alergia y la persona que estaba en el buffet nos puso algunas dificultades para poder consultar los ingredientes de un producto. De resto, el hotel es maravilloso y lo recomiendo 100%

Très bien dans l ensemble propres personnels très accueillant snack très bien… petit bémol chambre un peu petite comme la salle de bain mais pour y dormir cela va très bien tout de même

Great budget hotel. Shuttle bus shares with 3/4 other hotels which makes it extremely busy. Could do with its own shuttle bus.

Rooms are functional and basic. Mattress was hard and pillows uncomfortable. WiFi was not that effective. Room was very clean on arrival.
The restaurant and breakfast options are limited and don’t cater well for people with dietary requirements.
Staff were generally unhelpful and looked miserable. I saw staff having a heated argument in the breakfast area.
Breakfast is very busy and every morning we had to wait for crockery & cutlery. Staff don’t clear tables very quickly, generally the breakfast area was not the cleanest.
The shuttle bus to the parks are very regular at peak times but it is like a fight for survival to actually get on one.
If you can afford better then stay somewhere else.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was filled with multiple failures in service, basic hospitality, and respect—far below what any guest should expect.
To begin, I booked two rooms, with a specific request that one of them have twin beds. Instead, I received two rooms with queen beds. This was a clear failure to honor the reservation details. Worse, no one ever acknowledged or attempted to resolve this, and we were forced to keep the queen beds, which was not what we needed.

Secondly, I paid extra for a room with a frigobar, which was not present upon arrival. I had to spend nearly an hour trying to get this corrected, and only after multiple conversations did a staff member finally bring one to the room.

Then, when I went to take a shower, I found that the bathroom was flooded, creating a serious safety and hygiene issue.

Adding to this unacceptable experience, the following morning I was stopped from entering the breakfast area because I had a slightly larger purse. Meanwhile, the guest behind me was allowed in with multiple bags and backpacks. This double standard was not only unfair, but deeply humiliating.

To make matters worse, I spoke directly with the manager on duty, expecting support and resolution. Instead, he simply looked at me and did absolutely nothing—no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. This level of indifference is simply unacceptable from any hotel management.

This stay was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly made me feel disrespected as a guest. I request a full explanation, a formal apology for the multiple failures and the poor treatment I received.

Gute Shuttleverbindung zum Disneyland, Frühstück noch OK. Teilweise etwas überfüllt. Als Alternative zu Disney Hotels für Übernachtungen vor oder nach dem Parkbesuch völlig Ausreichend.

Lugar barato, limpio, agradable. Habitaciones con 4 camas, desayuno poco variado pero abundante. Con transporte gratuito para el parque o estación, y a 40 min en tren a París.

A fully suggest and the advice people who would like to stay in Disney to use this hotel as they offer and incredible breakfast staff is so supportive and helpful rooms clean spotless there's nothing to say bad to be fair for the price we paid you have a shuttles every 10 minutes in the morning and then every hour after vice versa from Disneyland you are able to buy some snacks in the hotel and some souvenirs yeah if I go back to Disneyland which I'm planning to Iam booking the same hotel.

Nice hotel great staff, only issue is no kettle in your room, and for someone from the uk we need our tea and coffee facilities

Rooms were okay. Needed to pay 10 euros for storing my necessary medication.
Breakfast (2 days in a row) was horrible. Dirty plates, dirty tables, not enough tables and chairs. People taking food with them for in the park resulting in empty trays (no croissants, no chocolate bread…). Not enough glasses, plates and cups. Breakfast served in a circle makes it very slow. One person stands still and everyone needs to wait. This hotel cannot handle this much people.

Excellent hôtel comme d'habitude car nous venons dans cette hôtel a chaque séjour. Il est beau, propre, confortable etc...
Malheureusement cette fois-ci, la salle de douche était moisi dans les joints. Changement de chambre mais dans la seconde chambre , la douche était également moisi ( moins, mais moisi quand même). C'est vraiment dommage.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca deos parques Disney. La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno Buffet está muy bien. Quizás eché de menos tener una opción de huevos fritos, pero lo que había estaba bien presentado y de buen sabor.
El personal es MUY ATENTO. Tanto en la recepción, como en el buffet de desayunos y el bar por la noche.
Definitivamente, volveré a ete hotel o a la cadena si tengo ocasión.

This hotel was a the best option to stay in at, everything was clean, the room was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was a great option to start the day. I’ll stay in this hotel again.

Super Hotel in der Nähe vom Disneyland. Transfer direkt vor dem Hotel und die Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof Elsby 5 min entfernt.
Freundliches Personal und top Zimmer.
Sehr zu empfehlen, daher bis zum nächsten Mal.

En vacances pour Disneyland deux jours mais malheureusement on se marchait dessus car très peu d'espace et pareil dans la salle de bain... Pour 5 beaucoup trop à l'étroit

Hôtel charmant avec un accueil chaleureux, les chambres étaient de haute qualité, cependant les lits étaient un peu durs, mais ils étaient corrects pour le prix que nous avons payé pour l'hôtel. L'hôtel était très propre et la salle d'arcade était une touche agréable pour un peu de divertissement. La nourriture était moyenne, ce qui pour le prix payé n'était pas génial. Les pizzas étaient un peu étranges et les tortellinis n'avaient pas de goût. Les salles de bains étaient très belles, mais on aurait aimé que les baignoires soient plus grandes, mais la température de la douche était agréable. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour et nous recommanderions certainement l'hôtel à nos amis et à notre famille. 8/10 dans l'ensemble

Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne d'hôtel personnellement, mais je la garderai en tête pour mes prochains voyages à Disney. 2 personnes 2 nuits en janvier pour 100€, petit déjeuner inclus, et tout à fait décent, bien qu'il manque un peu de variété et de fruits. Transfert gratuit vers Disney, aux heures d'ouverture et de fermeture le parc est très fréquenté, plus sanglant pour monter que les jeux de la faim. Depuis Disney, un Bolt coûte environ 11€. La chambre était très propre, ils ont des chambres quadruples.

Attention le parking est devenu payant

Hébergement basique mais propre. La nourriture et les boissons étaient chères pour ce que l'on obtenait. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant et faisait partie du forfait. Proche des parcs Disney mais les bus étaient parfois bondés et souvent gratuits pour tous. Les gens commençaient par faire signe, puis ils nous enjambaient presque pour monter dans le bus.
