Enjoyed the stay with family. In the buffet restaurant you can meet different Disney characters and was a great fun. The quality of food was also quite good for a buffet. Was surprised. The indoor swimming pool is also great, in case your kids gets bored of the park.

Please be aware when leaving the park , you will be approached by men trying to buy your hotel room card. There’s a risk of identity theft and use of the park without paying in full for tickets. We have been offered 10 euros each. Somebody can sell the cards for much more and then sell your data too.
The stay was wonderful and the whole experience was just magical. Thank you! ????

We got our room at 17:45 instead of 15:00. Our luggage only arrived to the room at 18:00.

Considerable waiting time at the reception and very average costumer service. We felt like cattle :(

The shower gel and hair conditioning bottles were almost empty when we got the room… we only discovered it when taking our first shower.

The only thing that is 5 stars in this hotel is the price.

Disney princess feeling thanks to the decor, but it’s not worth it :(

Our family have just returned from a 3 day stay at the Disneyland Hotel, which was ruined by the jobs-worth attitude of the staff at Studios, who took away our hired pushchair. We had been alternating between the two parks all day, only to be told out of the blue to hand it back and make new arrangements at the Disneyland park. Staff showed a complete lack of empathy, and little desire to help us 'enjoy our stay and have fun', which we had considered a trademark of Disney. Walt would turn in his grave!

Overall it was ok. The disney park itself was amazing and this is our 8th trip, 2nd time at the disney hotel. However, the royal banquet was disappointing. Not worth the money. The food was limited in choice especially for the children. It is buffet style and mid evening the trays had not been replenished and were empty, food was luke warm. The characters come round while you have you meal which is lovely, however, some of the costumes appeared very dirty, especially Pluto's. At €55 per person for a buffet that was limited and empty. I was expecting more from a 5 star plus hotel. Location is great as no need to catch a shuttle bus back to the other hotels was it worth £4000 for 2 nights that I had spent a long time saving up for. Maybe next time I would consider my meal options as I don't think the premium meal plan is worth it for an empty, luke warm buffet with characters in grubby costumes.

Basically when I get back to the UK I will be taking legal action against two of the members of staff for slander. The stay did not get off to a good start when, having arrived before our room was ready, we left our luggage with the concierge. He asked for a name (obviously) and my Daughter started to give her name but was told that he could only take one name and would not let us give a surname. Having had a good day in the park and been allocated a room our luggage, surprise surprise, did but arrive at said room because they could not link the name on the luggage with the name on the booking.....1st complaint, dealt with efficiently but with an overtone of arrogance. In fact most of the staff were either arrogant or rude or both. We were in a so called Deluxe Room but don't be fooled......I've paid far less for a much better room in so many other hotels. But their absolute major faux pas was on the night before we left. My Daughter had booked the Royal Banquet, beautiful food but an astronomical price and awful staff to boot. Firstly the woman on reception couldn't find our booking and accused my Daughter of not booking at all. Fortunately another member of staff found the booking and in we went. The food was amazing but unfortunately the service was nowhere near. Bad organisation, incredibly rude staff and a general air of arrogance yet again. However when we were leaving we asked if the cost would be billed to the room and were told we should have been given a pin code on check in. Of course we hadn't been so a phone call to reception followed to check that we were genuine guests......fair I suppose but we had shown our room key cards and "magic" pass with room number so again, bad organisation and awful communication between staff. However, it was all sorted out so we left the restaurant. It was then that the real problems started as a waitress ran down the corridor after us shouting that we had not paid. We tried to explain that this had been sorted but she literally marched my Daughter back to the restaurant where we thought it had been sorted and left again. But again we were followed by another wailing waitress claiming we had not paid. By this point I was so angry that I went back to the restaurant and remonstrated with a bunch of laughing arrogant staff who then said "oohh sorry our fault" But I'm afraid this was too little too late. The slander was witnessed by other guests and I fully intend to bring legal against these staff. My advice .......do not stay at this overpriced, disappointing hotel full of rude and arrogant staff who could not care less about you or your family. It's certainly not a mistake I will never make again.

You should know that the high price you pay is only because of location. But not because of service. They have a lot of personnel which looks friendly but you will wait everywhere - at checkin, checkout, your luggage delivered into your room, picking it up from the room, room service. I think this hotel would be convenient for families with small children or disabled people, for whom the distance to the park is critical. |For others I would recommend to find another hotel and buy a Premier Pass to avoid huge queues in the Park. |We stayed in both regular and club rooms and didn’t see much difference in service between them

Beautiful hotel with excellent service and great location. We opted to end our vacation with 3 days at Disneyland Paris and it was wonderful. The hotel is big but not overwhelming - the staff were all very pleasant and the turn down service was a wonderful surprise. Our room was quite large but European standards, and the bathroom well appointed (there was even a scale which came in handy to weigh our luggage before heading to the airport). Security is thorough - I had purchased a kitchen knife in Paris and when the security staff x-rayed my luggage upon arrival I had to come to the lobby and they assisted with securing the knife in a safety deposit box during our stay. If you have mobility challenges I would suggest requesting a room in the east wing as it's a bit closer to the park entrance. The hotel is a splurge but we found it a wonderful way to end a great vacation.

Hotel maravilhoso, ideal para crianças, onde em cada canto há uma história para contar. Servico de excelência com muita atenção ao pormenor. A proximidade com o Disneyland Park é um plus, principalmente com crianças pequenas. Definitivamente a repetir.

We stayed at the Disneyland hotel for one night in a deluxe room with a little garden. Having access to the lounge and bring right at the entrance was very convenient but it could have been any 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. It would have been nice with some more Disney characters and special treatment for kids.

As a surprise gift from my partner, we stayed one night at the Disneyland Hotel in March 2025: a magical experience from the moment we arrived. We’ve visited Disneyland Paris many times before, but this time we focused less on the parks and fully embraced the comfort and luxury of the Castle Club.||We were warmly welcomed and guided upon arrival by Cast Member CHANTAL, and especially appreciated LOÏC, who handled our check-in with care and remained attentive, approachable and helpful throughout our stay. Since we were well prepared, we could ask specific questions during check-in, which helped us get useful information we might not have received otherwise.||The exclusive Castle Club services (separate park entrance, 24/7 reception, lounge access with included drinks, teatime and breakfast) made the experience feel truly relaxing and special. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view (though we did miss having some outdoor furniture). Both the lounge and swimming pool area offered a peaceful break from the park’s crowds. The teatime buffet was delicious with both savoury and sweet options, and breakfast combined a generous buffet with refined à la carte dishes, all beautifully presented.|We truly enjoyed the room, comfort, service, facilities and entertainment the hotel offered. You do pay a high price to stay here, but for this almost “once in a lifetime” experience, we really felt that we received a good level of comfort and exclusivity in return.||A special thank you to Cast Member LUNA in the Castle Club lounge: her kindness, attention to detail and genuine warmth really stood out and made our evening extra special!!!||During breakfast and at other times throughout the day, you can meet Disney princesses (a charming extra we really enjoyed). It never felt overwhelming, and the princesses truly make an effort to keep the interactions personal. That said, the focus on princesses is quite strong; including princes or other Disney characters might appeal to a wider audience. A small downside is the lack of vending machines or a shop to buy drinks or snacks. However, the available water dispensers and ice machines were definitely a plus.||The only real downside is that all Castle Club benefits end strictly at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out, including access to the lounge and spa. It would be wonderful if guests could still enjoy these a bit longer, as is the case in many other five-star hotels.

After staying at the Newport Bay Club in 2024 and being very satisfied, we chose the Disneyland Hotel this year with high expectations – unfortunately, they were not met.

In a direct comparison of the club levels (Newport Bay: Compass Club, Disneyland Hotel: Deluxe), we found the Compass Club to be clearly superior. The service, organization, and overall atmosphere were significantly better at Newport Bay.

One of the biggest disappointments was the location of our room. The Deluxe rooms are located in one of the least accessible parts of the hotel. From the main entrance in the East Wing, you have to go up to the second floor, walk through the entire hotel to the West Wing, and then take another elevator to reach your actual floor. Our room was on the first floor of the West Wing – a cumbersome route made worse by long waiting times at the elevators (only two out of three were working reliably).

When booking, we had made a few special requests regarding the room location – something that had worked very well at Newport Bay the previous year. This time, however, all requests were completely ignored, and we received no feedback on them at all.

The Deluxe Lounge also fell short of expectations. Both the breakfast and the afternoon snacks were of noticeably lower quality and variety compared to the Compass Club at Newport Bay.

Additionally, the overall noise level in the hotel was very high. Constant shouting from children and inconsiderate behavior from some adults made for an unpleasant atmosphere – it seems the fifth star gives some guests a sense of entitlement to behave without restraint.

We stayed at the DLH in May 2025. I have to say it was very underwhelming and most definitely not worth the money. |There was an issue as soon as check-in happened. They had me down for 2 adults, 2 children, when it was 3 adults, 1 child. They did quickly fix this, so I'd give credit to the reception staff there. The only pros, in my opinion, are the princess meets that you can book and how close it was to both parks. |The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were great, the service staff that made the beds and did the turn down service was always excellent. |The breakfast wasn't the best, I found sequioa breakfast better. I hate that I couldn't make my own hot drink, so I had to wait to be asked what drink I wanted, one morning no one came to us so when I asked someone he rolled his eyes and said he would sort it and I never saw him again. So I had to ask the next cast member. |The royal banquet was included, and this was not worth the money for us. We don't eat sea food, so we just had some bread and mickey potatoes. 2 out of the 4 characters missed us as we were shover into the corner. |Only a small few of cast members/servers were very rude and just didn't seem to want to be there and I get it, you're at work and who likes work, but after paying what we did i expected so much more grand service and it just fell short. |I do not think I would book here again for the price. Personally, I think this is a 3 star hotel hidden behind a 5 star. |At swimming be careful of the foot pool when walking into the pool, I nearly slipped, they decided to put a small puddle of water to wash your feet before entering the pool, but they did this on a small slope, that is just an accident waiting to happen

Room: Wonderful room, nice beds, plenty of space and places to sit. I was however a bit surprised at how well we could hear people talking in the room next to ours since it's newly renovated and I would have expected it to be more sound proof. ||||Hotel in general: The only stairs we could find in the west wing were behind closed doors and seemed to only be intended for emergency exits. The elevator took forever, so stairs would be preferable. Also a bit of a hassle that the west wing doesn't have an entrance, so it took quite some time to go back and forth to our room. ||||Pool: lovely pool area. ||||Breakfast: noisy, but with a nice view. Not all rooms seemed to be in use. I don't want to eat breakfast there again.
