Avis DISNEY HOTEL NEW YORK - THE ART OF MARVEL Chessy

Great new Disney hotel. We spurged for a super nice room with view of the lake. Got fun superhero cards each day and Thanos jewel shaped candles too. Rooms are wonderful. The MVP extras were great, breakfast was amazing and easy. Syvain our best waiter ever was smiling and welcoming each morning. They have an afternoon tea but we were in the park each day. The walk is 8 minutes to the opening of the parks. Security bag check was a bit annoying but easy. The gym looked great, who works out with mega park days, am I right? Pool was broken. I would have swam a bit if it was possible but they said we could use some other pool, for me wasn't going to happen. The art of all the artists depictions of the heros are fantastic. I love art, and love that they honored so many artists throughout the hotel. And love that women superheroes were so prominent. Great time and experience. Highly recommend if the cost doesn't get you. One little thing that's too bad for me was they didn't do anything special for my husband's birthday, like a note or towel rolled into a cartoon or something like that like I've had at Disney world and Disneyland Anaheim both. Great experience overall though.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Expensive but we really enjoyed it.

We decided to stay here as a memory built on inheritance from my parents. My son and I are both massive Marvel fans and this was something that we felt could be incredible.
We weren’t disappointed!
As a family we had stayed in Disney before and always liked the hotels. We had seen the transition of New York to New York Art of Marvel and wanted to stay there.
From the moment we arrived the whole atmosphere was incredible. We were surrounded by stunning original artwork, looked after by helpful, smiling staff and no question asked, no concern was too much.
This was a hotel we fell in love with, it had an atmosphere unique to others from the ambient music (brought the album) to the stylish architecture.
Thank you Disney New York Art of Marvel for making the memory we wanted linking my parents to us through our time there.
We will be back!

Ho soggiornato presso questo Hotel il 29 e il 30 maggio 2025 con la mia famiglia! Tutto perfetto, colazione varia e abbondante,pulizia, cortesia del personale, 2 di loro parlavano l'italiano che non è cosa di poco conto visto che non conosco bene la lingua! Se proprio devo trovare un piccolissimo difetto, essendo una camera tripla, la poltrona letto per mia figlia era scomoda! Per il resto SUPER

Amazing experience!!

Visited here recently with my Wife and 2 autistic children (aged 11 and 5) for a surprise trip for her 40th, and we had a great time.

Firstly the look if the hotel from the outside is fantastic. Going through the main doors (cases are scanned by securoty guards first), you are greeted by an incredible smell which must go through the air con system, very welcoming. You then see the very modern and impressive foyer area, with all things marvel such as the art work and decor. Checked in very quickly with the very friendly and helpful reception staff who explained things in great detail. First impressions very good indeed.

We proceeded to our room via an easily accessible lift, passing through the impressive decor of the hotel. We were allocated room 1179 and were very impressed. The room was spacious with 2 x double beds, a great view and impressive extras such as an iron and ironing board and also a coffee machine and kettle. The room was perfect for a family of 4.

We had a half board eating plan and again were very impressed with the restaurants. The decor was superb and the cast members were even better. They did everything they could to ensure my daughter was kept calm as she did seem to have sensory overload. They asked if we wanted a different table, if we wanted her buggy, they just couldn't do enough. The food was also fantastic with breakfasts offering traditional English breakfast, pastries, meats, fruits, yogurts and much more. We had an evening meal which was buffet style, and this was also very good food. I mainly used the asian section which was delicious. Every night there was a kids section, pastas, salads, fish they really did have the lot.

We were blown away by the standards this hotel sets through it's cast members and sheer cleanliness of the hotel. We had such a good time, we are already planning a visit again next year. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of booking here, it really is MARVELlous.

Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Erlebnis Marvel Hotel hat zwar seinen Preis man wird aber auch entsprechend umsorgt und behandelt.

Wenn man Marvel Fan ist ein absolutes muss. Das ganze Hotel ist auf Marvel aufgebaut. Hier kann man tolle Fotos als Superheld machen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr authentisch und sehr schön! Sehr hilfsbereite Service Leute. Wenn möglich sollte man darauf achten eine pauschal Reise zu buchen da es einzeln denn schon viel Geld kosten kann. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es ist auch zu Fuß nicht weit weg vom Park. Auch die Sicherheit der Gäste wird hier groß geschrieben.

Personnel très serviable , hôtel bien décoré , oreiller un peu trop gros ce qui m'a déranger la nuit mais tout le reste était bien. Très bien mangé.

Hotel con una estupenda ubicación. Personal muy amable. Desprende arte. Es espectacular. Cuidan cada detalle. Gran número de actividades para hacer en su interior. Piscina, spa, museo de ilusiones, etc. Puedes conocer el hotel con un folleto tipo scape room donde adivinar acertijos a la vez que lo visitas. Muy recomendable.

Chambre spacieuse, hôtel très classe et buffet du petit déjeuner parfait , le personnel est agréable et serviable, je recommande grandement !

What a fantastic hotel, having stayed in nearly all the hotels in Disneyland Paris over the years (except The Disneyland Hotel itself) this hotel is by far the best I've stayed in (although being a big Marvel fan probably makes me a bit biased),

We recently stayed at Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel. This was a family trip for 3. We couldn't fault the hotel at all! Service was excellent from the moment we entered the hotel. We were quickly welcomed and taken to the reception desk to check in and provided with all of the necessary information for our stay. The room was very clean and we were visited by house keeping each day. The beds were very comfortable and the curtains were great and kept the room very dark. The service in the hotel bar was also great. We visited the pool once during our stay. The pool area was again clean and tidy with access to towels etc. The service from all those we encountered was great and we couldn't have asked for any more from our stay. Excellent service and a wonderful hotel. We would love to stay again!

Hôtel 4 étoiles plus que méritées, un buffet déjeuner au large choix et tellement savoureux, partout un personnel charmant et souriant, une propreté rarement égalée !

Considering the cost, this hotel isn't that bad. Especially compared to the much more expensive main Disneyland hotel. I've stayed at plenty of Disney hotels and know the economy variety are not for me, not that they are bad, I just don't want that kind of experience, and the NY hotel is literally next to the park and the Disney village and the train station.||The hotel itself is pretty average, it is definitely lacking Disney magic that I have come to expect from the US parks and hotels - it just feels like a regular non-Disney hotel with Mavel items in the lobby and two pieces of art in the room. ||The room itself is nice, however Disney's classification scheme of "superior' for the basic room is nothing short of misleading. The view of the 'superior" room is the roof of a building, but I knew that before getting here, so it wasn't really a surprise. The room itself is well appointed, plenty of outlets, even two USB ports. The bathroom is nice, despite the bathtub has a ridiculously tall side-wall that is difficult to enter the tub. There is a lack of storage in the room, you get roughly 5 small drawers, and plenty of hanging space though.||The Lavazza espresso coffee machine was great, and truly surprising to see.||However, all the nice things said, I am truly stunned at how poor of craftsmanship the flooring in the room is. There are many 10-15mm gaps everywhere. Normally when you install wood flooring or laminate, you have the short ends at the wall, under the footboard. No - not here. The short ends are totally exposed throughout the room. It's truly ugly and makes no sense. It's like they had the interns putting the flooring in unsupervised and nobody from Disney even inspected it. And to make it worse, if you step on the gap, there's a small metal bar that digs into your feet. I've never stayed in a hotel room that had such poor flooring installation - ever - Disney or not, this is a first. And to find this in a Disney 4 star hotel is beyond belief - it is so disappointing, I've complained to Disney and I'm mentioning it here.

The price is very high but the service is poor. Plastic room, terrible pillows. I went to the gym and it was unbearably hot. I called to change the temperature and waited an hour with no one showing up. I went up to the reception and spoke to the manager.. we went to the gym and saw that the temperature was unbearable (you can faint in that heat) but he told me that it could not be lowered because it was regulated centrally. Horrible breakfast. Not worth it.

Magnífico hotel. Todo nuevo, moderno, amplio, sin dudas repetiré si vuelvo a Disneyland

Très bel hôtel sur l'univers Marvel. Décoration très sympa. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Très large choix de produits au petit déjeuner.

Es disney, magico en todos los aspectos sobre todo x los trabajadores

Nous avons passé deux jours inoubliables.||Nous étions venus en train et le système de collecte des bagages à notre arrivée et à notre départ est très pratique !||L'Hôtel New York est magnifique.||Nous étions au 6ème étage avec vue sur le lac (chambre 6212).||Très belle chambre. Le Personnel est très aimable et à notre écoute.||Nous recommandons aussi le restaurant Manhattan. Délicieux !||Buffet du petit-déjeuner : très complet et très bon !||Nous n'étions pas loin du tout des deux parcs.||A faire : le Parc Studio à 8h30 (1 heure avant l'ouverture au public).||Les deux parcs sont super !||Allez-y les yeux fermés (pas trop tout de même !!).

Hôtel très bien situé car à l'entrée de Disney Village et juste à côté du Parc Disneyland. Chambre familiale plus que correcte, grande salle de bain également (par contre tuyauteries un peu vetustes). Pas de plateau thé/café dans la chambre ; bonne literie ; articles de toilettes compris bien qu'1 gel douche pour 3 fasse un peu juste... Très bon petit déjeuner varié et à volonté (sucré, salé, etc...). Personnel à l'écoute qui rend bien service (merci encore à Xavier pour son aide !). Service de conciergerie compétent. Navette pour la station de train tous les 1/4 d'heure. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hôtel idéalement placé pour découvrir les parcs Disney. Juste à côté de l'entrée de Dowtown Disney avec ses magasins et restaurant, l'accès aux parcs se fait à pieds en 10 minutes. Chambres confortables et propre. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement les bagages le jour du départ pour profiter des parcs. Seul bémol, le prix des petits déjeuner totalement surfait.

Cet hôtel est super bien situé, à 3 min à pied du disney village et à 7 min à pied de disneyland ! Les chambres sont assez grandes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et le petit déjeuner en buffet est très correct .

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé auprès de disneyland. on peut facilement y aller à pied et on peut également profiter des restaurants et magasins qui se trouvent dans le disney village. L’hôtel est magnifique avec piscine et jacuzzi ainsi qu'une salle de sport sans oublier la patinoire extérieur (comme à central park!). Il propose un très bon petit déjeuner et les serveurs sont vraiment très gentils!

Super hotel! Tres bien placé juste au bord du Disney Village.
Partie communes superbes, on est directement transporté outre-Atlantique! En revanche les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, avec une deco vraiment pas géniale pour un hotel de cette catégorie...
Les services rattrappent largement ce petit bémol : Accueil au top (comme dans tous les hotels Disney) et petit dejeuner grandiose!
