Bardzo przyjemny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Polecam w szczególności wybierającym się do Disneylandu (4 min pieszo stacja kolejki którą w 6 min dociera się na miejsce ????). Pokoje czyste, zadbane, śniadania smaczne, obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Bardzo spodobało mi się rozwiązanie z automatami na korytarzu do uzupełniania wody). Trochę mały i ciasny parking ale za to bez problemu udało się rozwiązać kwestie parkowania dzięki uprzejmości pan z recepcji. Polecam!

Punti Positivi:
La posizione è senza dubbio uno dei maggiori punti di forza di questo hotel. La vicinanza alla linea RER A rossa (100mt) è un enorme vantaggio: permette di raggiungere Disneyland Paris in soli 10 minuti e la stazione di Paris Gare de Lyon in circa 30 minuti, rendendolo ideale sia per chi visita i parchi tematici che per chi desidera esplorare la capitale francese.
Il personale si distingue per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole (ci hanno permesso di fare un Kate check-in senza problemi e/o costi aggiuntivi). L'area dell'accueil è molto carina e curata, con un ristorante e un bar che offrono un ottimo luogo per rilassarsi e gustare una birra serale.
La comodità è ulteriormente garantita dalla presenza di numerosi negozi, bar, ristoranti e panetterie nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel, offrendo diverse opzioni per pasti, sia per la colazione che per la cena.
Le camere sono dotate di bollitore d'acqua con tè e caffè, un piccolo ma apprezzato comfort. Un'iniziativa lodevole è la presenza di distributori gratuiti d'acqua ad ogni piano, perfetti per ricaricare le borracce o le bottigliette, prima di partire in una lunga giornata parigina. La qualità dei letti e dei cuscini è buona, garantendo un riposo confortevole dopo una giornata intensa. Infine, il prezzo è più che buono, offrendo un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Punti Negativi:
Nonostante i numerosi aspetti positivi, l'hotel non raggiunge pienamente gli standard solitamente associati alla catena Mercure e di un vero 4 stelle. La moquette, presente ovunque, conferisce un aspetto datato e può dare l'impressione di sporco, anche se probabilmente è solo usura. La decorazione di muri e soffitti con pittura a buccia d'arancia è tipica di hotel francesi di livello inferiore e stride con la classificazione a 4 stelle. Bagni, camere e corridoi mostrano segni di usura e necessiterebbero urgentemente di un rinnovamento per allinearsi agli standard moderni e all'immagine del brand Mercure.
Conclusione:
L'Hôtel Mercure Marne-la-Vallée Bussy-Saint-Georges è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca una posizione strategica, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e un servizio cortese. Tuttavia, chi si aspetta i tipici standard di un hotel Mercure 4 stelle potrebbe rimanere deluso dalla necessità di un ammodernamento delle strutture.

We verbleven hier enkele dagen. Overall een prima prijs- en kwaliteitverhouding. De kamers zijn niet groot maar alles is aanwezig, incl klein koelkastje en thee- en koffievoorzieningen. Het matras was top en goed stevig. Onze kamer aan de straatzijde was relatief rustig en tegen begin ochtend deden we het raam dicht. Het ontbijt is OK, van alles is wel wat. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Auto parkeren in afgeschermd gedeelte van de garage onder het hotel was super! Binnen 2 min ben je bij de metro, en dat is zo handig.

Gebucht für Disneyland Tour. Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal.
Unser Zimmer war top- Sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir waren innerhalb 15-20 Minuten im Disneyland. Die Bahn dorthin fährt alle paar Minuten. Vom Hotel aus ist man in 3 Minuten Gehweg am Bahnhof. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Je viens plusieurs fois par an et je suis toujours ravie ainsi que mon petit garçon ! L’accueil est excellent et toute l’équipe adorable ! L’hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner super ???? un grand merci de votre gentillesse.

L'accueil est au rendez-vous, les chambres sont agréables et l'espace restauration réponds aux exigences.

Bien situé, proche de la gare mais malheureusement beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à tard le soir à cause des jeunes qui traînent sur la place devant l'hôtel.

Located in a calm neighborhood 15 mins away from disneyland. Everything about the hotel was OK, as described. We liked that they had a playroom for kids and an underground free parking. There are not many shops or restaurants around, but there is a bakery just across the street for alternative breakfast. Hotel's breakfast was also OK, nothing exceptional but quite satisfactory. Bar was open till midnight and the lobby is nice to chill with a big TV screen for watching sports. It was very convenient for us.

Hotel in posizione strategica per visitare Disneyland (2 fermate di metro) e vicinissimo alla stazione metropolitana!
Personale gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e silenziose, colazione più che buona! Adatto a famiglie!!

Una maravilla, muy buena atención, la habitación amplia muy cómoda y la ubicación cerca de la estación de RER.

L’hôtel Mercure Bussy St Georges est d’une qualité supérieure au moyen des hôtels Mercure 4* (j ai réservé dans une vingtaine dans les derniers 13 ans). Mais, malgré le fait que j ai réservé avec l application ALL comme d’habitude LE MANAGER , appelée par le réceptionniste a insisté de bloquer mes sous ( je viens d avoir une très mauvaise expérience avec IBIS NICE PROMENADE il y a un mois ou j ai récupérer mon argent bloqué après 16 jours, 6 appels téléphoniques et 2 e-mails) ainsi que ma carte est attachée au compte de l’appli ALL et nul part sur l’application/ réservation n est pas marquée qu’on doit autoriser un blocage. Alor Madam Le Manager m’a communiqué au téléphone que je ne peux pas dormir chez eux sans les laisser bloquer une somme. Alors pour éviter le blocage j ai payé le première soirée en espèces. Et le lendemain j ai payé les prochaines 3 journées en espèces, en avance, comme dans des certains établissements pas trop honorables…. Je tiens mentionner que j’ai voyagé que avec ACCOR 4* ou c était disponible, étant client Gold et 2 années Platinum . Plusieurs erreurs supplémentaires ont été faites après, pour continuer….

La chambre et la douche PMR étaient très spacieuses et bien accessibles et la literie était confortable.

Petit déjeuner très copieux et goûteux

The hotel is ok. A bit closer to the higher range limit but still affordable. I guess, you have to pay a premium for proximity to Disneyland. Service is strange. Staff is not highly cooperative but, again, they have to deal with a bunch of young parkgoers and it's probably not an easy job. Still, they would benefit from improving their communication. We could not get to a garage and had to park outside and go to the reception and ask for directions and a code. Also, be ready that there can be not enough food during breakfast. We had to wait for a free table and then after we got seated there wasn't much left to eat. So, if you have plans early in the morning better be first to the breakfast area. There was some smell in the hallways but not so terrible as some of the guests commented. Also, windows are not soundproof. Again, depending on circumstances it can be ok but if your room faces the street and you want to have quiet sleep you better bring your earplugs.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is it's proximity to the train station.

J'ai pu tester le service de blanchisserie cette fois-ci et franchement, rien à redire. Le seul bémol du séjour aura été la fermeture exceptionnelle du restaurant, j'ai dû m'organiser autrement.

Séjour de 2 nuitées pour le Nouvel An. Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé, surclassement dans une chambre privilège, propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner extra, équipe très sympa : je recommande à 100% ! Mes remerciements à Jérémy et Chloé plus particulièrement.
