We chose this hotel to be the near Disney. The online pictures are very mileading. 90% of the online pictures are of the pool area. The actual resort is widely spread out and aimmed more for folks interested in activity then those looking to relax. The shuttle bus drops you off at a gate that's a good 5 minutes walk from the place you actually check in. NO SHUTTLE BUS OR TRANSPORTATION. YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE HIKE WITH YOUR LUGGAGE, AND IF THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY HELP FOR A HANDICAPPED VISITORS! My father who is a disabled vet and my mother who had two knee replacements were shocked by this. After making the walk, leaving my parents behind, I asked the people at the front desk how I was supposed to get my handicapped parents and their luggage from the entrance to the the resort? I was told that I could rent a golf cart for $130 a day. Mined you that in order to get back out to the front entrance in order to catch the bus to Disney, this 10-15 minute walk would be required to and from the resort daily. The hostess told me that they used to have a trolley but they got rid of it. I was then offered a wheelchair to go fetch each parent but still no remedy for getting their luggage to the room. When I told the hostess that we were going to have to cancel our reservation and seek different accommodations elsewear due to their inanability to accomodate the elderly, handicapped, and people with small children. She then quickly recommended having their security transport my parents. She promised that security would be able to give us a ride to the front gate the following morning as well. When security got to my parents, they offered no help at all. Instead, they mocked them and laughed at the situation suggesting we pick the wrong place to stay if they can't walk and tote their own bags. We found another hotel near disney and took a Uber that same day. We are unaware of how the law works in Paris but there are laws in place where we come from that protect the elderly and disabled community. They would never be refused to help or mock at, that's for sure!

So in summary, you will be dropped off a good 5 minutes walk from the check in desk. They offer zero transportation or handicapped accessibility. If you are able to get your hands on a wheelchair, you'll puch the distance and it's make multiple trips for the luggage. If you have elderly, anyone handicapped or very small children avoid this place. Oh and No AC.

Used as a base for our Euro Disney visit and have to say the location is perfect and much cheaper than the official Disney accommodation. Facilities on the park are fantastic, especially the pool area which kept our 7 year old granddaughter entertained for hours. The apartments are modern, light and airy but I'm afraid we were extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. We got the impression it may have been the first time our block had been used for a while. The balcony, whilst a fantastic size and had a great view over the lake, was pretty grotty and covered in cobwebs, rendering it virtually unusable. Just about every piece of crockery and kitchen utensil needed cleaning and one of our apartments was missing equipment which was reported but was never provided. Shame that your getting a lot right but simple issues, which take very little effort can really affect a guests stay.

It was nice and quiet with lots of interesting wildlife. There's a restaurant that does a really great steak and the wine pairing was fabulous! There are local bus stops close to the pedestrian entrance and it was easy to leave.
Apart from time spent with family, the above were the only good things.
Even though we went in May half-term the place felt dead. A lot of the facilities needed a good dust and a lick of paint. Everything felt tired and shabby with slightly broken things and dust and cobwebs. Soap dispensers in public area toilets were often empty and with cubicles out of order. The beds were really very hard and the one pillow per person was like a small sofa cushion; it was not comfortable or relaxing after a long day. There were no additional blankets in case we got chilly. The outside parts of the swimming pool looked like they needed a good scrub - we did not swim at all for this reason. Some of the staff were friendly but most looked as ready to go home as I was after the first few hours. Very difficult to eat in restaurants there with dietary requirements.
For the price my father-in-law was charged for our extended family to be there, we expected cleanliness and comfort; it's honestly a beer service at champagne prices and next time I am in the area I will stay somewhere else. I appreciate at Center Parcs you are basically self-catering and have to lay on a lot of things for yourself but this was a joke
