This place was so fun to stay at! Service was great and location was so conveniently close to Disneyland! The only complaint we have is that our house we had stayed in may have been haunted. Many times throughout the night we would hear footsteps, doors rattling, the bathroom faucet being turned on and off, and doors closing. As we were leaving early in the morning around 5am we had heard the upstairs door slam shut as well when nobody was up there. Weird!

Really well maintained, friendly well organised

One of the worst quality services we have experienced. 45 mins just to get water and our drink during dinner, concierge service was completely unhelpful, breakfast staff bewildered when you ask them to refill the eggs on the buffet. Location is beautiful but service was abnormally poor for a Marriott.

Great staff and beautiful villas, but not given view upon lake as promised

Lovely resort. Lots of activities. Facilities are well kept. We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a daily shuttle to Disneyland Paris and a train ride to Paris is about 40 minutes or 30 minutes by car.

Venus pour 1 nuit seulement mais nous avons profitez pleinement de l’espace vert, de la salle de sport du sauna jacuzzi ….
Le restaurant est délicieux nous nous sommes régalés avec le poisson.
Les plats au poulet que le restaurant propose est Halal.
Les petites maisons qui servent de chambre sont très vieillotte mais le silence est là et la literie est confortable !
Le seul point « négatif » c’est le petit déjeuné servit à 8h30 c’est beaucoup trop tard nous n’avons pas pu en profiter …

We stayed for 5 nights at the Marriott d'ile de France resort in May of 2025. It was on the tail end of several weeks of traveling throughout Europe. We are a family of 4 with 2 children (3 and 5yrs). We had spent several days in Paris on the front end of our trip and preferred something a little quieter at the end. We booked a 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Having spent several weeks in different accommodations, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the townhomes. Full kitchen and everything you would need, dining room, living room, 2.5 baths AND a washer/dryer. We walked to the grocery a short 10 mins away and cooked many of meals in our townhome. The onsite marketplace was helpful for quick purchases.

Pools: We missed the use of the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was a huge hit with our family.

Resort grounds: The landscaping is beautiful. Many nights we enjoying exploring the grounds to find different ponds (many ducks, geese and other animals) and outdoor activity spaces.

Playgrounds: There were 2 and the equipment is great. Our girls loved spending time climbing and exploring the nature around the outdoor play spaces for kids.

What made this hotel exceptional was the kids club staff. One of us had to stay onsite given the youngest age, but our girls LOVED the activities that were planned during the day as well as the staff. They were most excited about the food creation activities where they had the chance to learn how to make cookies, cupcakes and crepes over the course of the week. A huge thank you to Orana, Lana, Morgann and Rita who went above and beyond to create big moments during our last week in Europe.

We were lucky enough to spend 3 nights in one of the spacious villas there. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. Amazing food, great location and friendly people. We used the resort shuttle service every day - to Disneyland and to the metro stop that took us to downtown Paris.

I want to start with thanking the staff they we're very helpful and considerate since we were from the USA. They treated us with kindness. My sister and I enjoyed making crepes with Orana and Morgan. Cecila and Yzabel also took time to explain some of the traffic rules and Esim.

Great quiet place close to Disneyland. Even better, close to a ton of historical villages. Saw Povins, Fontainebleau, more. Staff always helpful. Eager to help really. Can have a relaxed day or a busy day. Grounds are beautiful.

Alojamiento con ambientes amplios y cómodos. Linda terraza para desayunar o tomar un rico vino en el atardecer.

Neat spacious units. Furnishings are outdated.
Restaurant was average. Loved the fact that they had a washer and dryer.
On arrival we were told that they no longer serve breakfast. No help with baggage whatsoever despite heavy rainfall and having 2 young kids. Request for a late check-out (+-2hrs additional time) could not be accommodated.

We stayed here again April 2025 solely for the apartment laundry facilities - this time around service was much better. Our luggage was taken to the rooms. Breakfast was available albeit highly priced compared to other hotels.

Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France: A Tranquil Base for Family Disney Getaways

We stayed here from March 6–10, 2025, to celebrate my wife's birthday and enjoy a relaxing family trip to Disneyland. The resort offers a peaceful retreat with charming countryside views, well-equipped villas, and a beautifully maintained pool and kids’ area — ideal for family time and reading moments.

The facilities were clean, and daily room cleaning was provided. However, breakfast is not included even for Marriott members — it must be paid for separately.

Before arrival, the hotel kindly acknowledged my wife's birthday and mentioned a "small gesture." Unfortunately, during the stay, no greeting or amenity was ever provided, which slightly undercut the anticipation built in email communications. Compared to previous birthday stays at other Marriott properties, this experience lacked the personal warmth we had come to appreciate.

Overall, the resort is great for family stays, especially if you plan to visit Disneyland (just a short drive away or using the shuttle bus services), but don’t expect full hotel-level elite treatment.

Tento resort máme velice rádi. Jakožto Marriott owner jezdíme často a vždy je vše skvělé. V létě využijete venkovní bazén, na podzim vnitřní bazén včetně saun. Dcera si užívá kids club a fitko je taky dobře vybavené. Personál byl vždy nápomocný a příjemný.

What an incredible stay! I want to thank the reception and housekeeping staff for their incredible hospitality. I felt very safe, welcomed and always knew I was in good hands with any travel questions I may have had. Thank you for helping to make my trip to France extra special and one to always remember. I look forward to my return!

One of the most beautiful resorts I have visited in terms of cleanliness and security. They have a supermarket, a cinema, and a children's play area. It is very easy to move between Disneyland and the outlet by bus directly from the hotel or by Uber. I recommend it for families 100%.

Really love staying in such a spacious villa so close to Disneyland. 6 min drive by Auto to the Disneyland Village. The rings are spacious (probably one of the largest rooms we've stayed in while living in Europe at over 100m²). Complete kitchen (including dishwasher, drip coffee is included in the room with maker, but they do have a Nespresso pixie (large selection of capsules not included but sold at the Market with both fresh milk/cream or shelf stable milk too, so if you need a cup of ☕️ to get you going, you're good... a microwave, launderette facilities, dining area, outdoor garden overlooking the golf course, juliette balconies). The location is peaceful & child friendly. We had a Large full size bed, not 2 connected twins like some places, with an en suite bathroom, double vanity, very large tub (if you have kiddos that bathe you could easily fit 3 or 4 toddlers together) separate bathroom upstairs with separate shower so multiple ppl can get ready, seperate room with twins but if you have kids you won't wake them Bikes for all sizes available at the reception. Reception staff were incredible. Market has all your must haves. Indoor heated pool. Really, it was a great place for us... yes, the rooms were dated and could've been more tidy, but made up for in relaxing quiet & space. Would recommend if you need space.

Rooms are very dated. Pillows are terrible and shades don't really block out the light. However, the kitchen is good and the recreational activities are nice. Very convenient to Disneyland but not Paris.

Piacevole esperienza al Marriot’ village nei pressi di euro Disney, molto bello il resort e comodo il servizio navetta. Assolutamente da evitare la colazione non all’altezza degli standard Marriot e carissima, scarsa come qualità e scelta.

Très bel hôtel de village calme, personnel super sympa. Notre appartement (maison) avec 3 salles de bain ainsi que 3 chambres spacieuses, cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire, y compris machine à laver, sèche-linge et lave-vaisselle ainsi que plusieurs téléviseurs, grand salon, terrasse avec vue imprenable. Super propre et nettoyé tous les jours. Superbe terrain pour se promener, tout est très bien entretenu.
Piscine intérieure ouverte jusqu'à 22:00 Sauna et hammam. Fortement recommandé. Nous y reviendrons.
Encore une fois, merci aux dames et aux messieurs de la réception. Toutes les questions ont été répondues avec prévenance.
Navette pour Disneyland directement devant la porte de la réception, trajet de 10 minutes seulement. Et toujours très ponctuel. Plusieurs fois par jour.
Excursion à Paris : avec la navette jusqu'à Disneyland et ensuite en train (économique, env. 45 min) jusqu'à Paris sur l'Arc de Triomphe.
Supermarché sur place très cher, donc emporter quelques choses d'important !

Bel hôtel confortable près de Disneyland. A seulement 4o minutes de Paris.

Moi et mes enfants avons séjourné ici pendant 4 nuits pour la première fois à Marriott en France, ce fut une mauvaise expérience comparée au Marriott vacation club à Marbella, en Espagne. L'enregistrement se fait à 16 heures et le départ à 10 heures, ce qui n'est pas courant dans les hôtels 5 étoiles. J'ai demandé un départ tardif et elle m'a donné jusqu'à 11 heures et m'a demandé de demander plus de temps la veille du départ, lorsque je suis allé à la réception ce jour-là et que j'ai demandé un départ tardif à 12 heures, ils m'ont d'abord dit que je devais payer une heure supplémentaire, ce que j'ai refusé, puis ils ont appelé le superviseur qui a dit qu'ils étaient complets et qu'ils ne pouvaient donc pas prolonger le départ tardif bien que le check-in ait lieu à 16 heures (ce qu'ils ont dit est contradictoire car ils voulaient me faire payer une heure supplémentaire, puis lorsque j'ai refusé, ils ont dit qu'ils étaient complets).
Leur gestion n'est pas professionnelle pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il n'y avait pas de peignoirs ni de pantoufles et par chance le camion était devant mon unité et j'ai donc demandé des pantoufles qu'ils m'ont donné immédiatement et j'ai également demandé des peignoirs et ils m'ont dit que je devais appeler la réception et qu'ils vous l'enverraient dans dix minutes alors que les peignoirs étaient juste là dans le camion, m ; quand j'ai appelé la réception, ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient plus de peignoirs !
Le mobilier est vieux, et le nettoyage pendant tout mon séjour n'a consisté qu'à changer les serviettes et à arranger les lits. Lorsque j'ai appelé la réception, ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne nettoyaient complètement les unités qu'une fois tous les quatre jours, ce qui n'est jamais arrivé pendant mon séjour.
Le petit déjeuner n'est ni bon ni propre, et la nourriture n'est pas aussi bonne que celle d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. La porte arrière du jardin ne ferme pas correctement, ce qui signifie que n'importe qui peut la pousser de l'extérieur et entrer.
Enfin, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement et je préférerai dépenser mon argent dans un hôtel 5 étoiles qui offre des services 5 étoiles et des transports gratuits.

J'ai séjourné ici avec ma femme et mes enfants, une famille de 5 personnes, nous avons eu beaucoup d'espace pour négocier

Très bel hôtel de village calme, personnel très gentil et super propre. Superbe terrain pour se promener, juste à côté d'un terrain de golf, tout est très bien entretenu. Je le recommande vivement.
