Le Mini Pong a un concept qui ravira les amateurs de balle : ici, on vient boire des bières et des cocktails tout en faisant une petite partie de ping-pong. Sachez tout de même que le bar a fait le choix de réduire son nombre de tables pour laisser plus de place à ses visiteurs et que celles-ci servent plutôt à poser son sac, sa veste ou son verre. En plus de ce concept sympa, le lieu est très convivial et les cocktails sont abordables et savoureux.

Definitely pretty damn good but I prefer Junk or Specimen burgers, just my personal view. Nevertheless it is still a good classic burger and also super cool simplified menu.

I wrote the below about the Petite Écuries branch, but it was so good that we went to the Pigalle branch two days later. It's slightly smaller with no bar to stand at and eat, but otherwise just as good.
Dumbo focuses on smash burgers. And they have refined that dish to it's pinnacle. The buns are buttery and light, the sauces are in the perfect ratio to everything else, as are the onions, the gherkins are sliced to the ideal thickness, the cheese is meaty and doesn't overpower. And the beef. Two patties of unctuous, fatty mince, smashed violently onto a hot plate until they are frilly, crispy and sweet. I can't imagine a more perfect demonstration of the Maillard reaction.
