テラスからの景色もとっても良く感動しました！
朝食のパンがとても美味しかったです????
スタッフの対応も良く、またパリに来る時はここに泊まりたいです！

Don't be fooled by the photos of this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Very ordinary with no service.Can you only give one bottle of water for a 4-day stay? Room service only comes once a day, which means if you need a sheet, no one will answer until the next day.They charged us 30 euros for a key because it was lost. At breakfast they give you a paper to fill out. Tomorrow they'll bring you a small breakfast, the next day there's no breakfast unless you call and they'll bring you some paper. I'm sorry for choosing this hotel.

The hotel is unfortunately old. The rooms need renovation. The location and staff were excellent.

Absolutely horrible. The property is totally neglected status. The lift and hall way carpet are both filthy and dated and are in no ways matching a four star rating. We were given 4 complimentary coffee pods as 3 adults staying for two nights. When I asked if we could get more as there were 3 of us we were told “the government’s policy is to provide 4 complimentary pods”. This is utterly ridiculous customer service. I booked this property because a reputable website specialising in boutique hotels recommended this as having the best concierge service in Paris. Well, that was non existent. I asked the reception lady whether she could call a restaurant for me and she said “just speak English”. Shocking. The room is very basic and the facilities are poorly maintained. I do not understand how is this a four star property. Even a 3 star would be rich for it. The bathroom is horribly designed and the shower is at risk of flooding. The only plus side is the location which is close to some of the best bistros in Paris. Stay away from it at all costs.

It is a very cozy apartment, with a great and friendly staff. Very well and centric located. The apartmentis awesome for a familypf four, speciallyif you want to spend few days in Paris while feeling at home. The apartment has everything, cookware, plates, utensils, fridge, two TVs, the washroom and towels were very clean. Definitely a recommended option to be considered if you want to stay in the heart of Paris at a reasonable price.

Fiquei só 1 dia lá, no retorno da minha viagem pela Europa em janeiro de 2025.
É um local excelente. A rua é ao lado da rua La Fayete. O quarto é excelente, com uma vista muito bonita. Mas sendo em Paris, é muito difícil algum local não ter vista bonita! ????
A sala também é bem aconchegante.
Tem forno eletrônico.
E prá melhorar, uma recepcionista é Brasileira, e muito atenciosa!
Com certeza recomendo!

Il quartiere è tra i migliori per i turisti, pieno di locali caratteristici aperti dalla|Colazione, frequentato da bella gente, i mezzi di trasporto sono vicinissimi ( bus e metro). |Ambienti puliti sopra la|Media, prodotti per il bagno di qualità (Nuxe) deposito bagagli gratuito. Caparra per il frigo bar restituita per intero dopo aver verificato con noi che non avevamo utilizzato nulla. Uscendo dal residence troverete la più antica cioccolateria parigina …

셋이 묵었는데 덩치 작은 여자들이라 한침대 사용 가능했어요. 한국인 리뷰 별로 없는데 추천해요.깨끗하고 베드버그 없음. 근처에 빵집 존맛..단 주말엔 정말 시끄러워요 ㅠ

Data cauzione di 100,00 euro....non abbiamo consumato niente dal frigo bar...mi vengono ridati indietro solo 67,00 euro come mai?Non si capisce perché vengono detratti 33 euro....Non vi è nessuna giustificazione a questo ammanco di denaro se riuscite a spiegarmi ve ne sarei grato....mai più in questo posto

La chica de la recepción muy simpática , ubicación de 10 , tenéis un bar que hace esquina con un trato excelente . Os lo recomiendo ????

This location was very nice close to many landmarks, very nice when entered. The washroom was clean and open, the room was very presentable. Though when i woke up, i discovered spots on myself, which i thought were mosquito bites. Later realized were bed bug bites. I was disgusted, the hotel appeared very clean, totally unexpected.

Extremely rude front desk, unable to write a proper message in English or French. I was charged for a no show which I admitted was my mistake. I asked why no reminder or pre checkin mail was sent and they did not reply. I had to ask twice for the invoice because they did not want to send it to me. I saw they took the money by checking my bank statement, they did not send any email to acknowledged it and give me a receipt. They treat customers like gabage and employ sub par staff, would not even get close to this establishment.

We booked this place last minute but were very happy to do so!
I don’t have anything bad to say about it, very spacious rooms that can even fit 4 people with a little kitchen and basic dishes provided.
Great service, comfortable beds, all amenities provided and nice neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Very clean, nice service. And as someone stated prior, you quickly learn that you have quick access to so much staying in the 9th. We'd come back and stay here! ||The negative was the street light illuminating our room through the curtains at night. We had room 202 and I would not recommend it. Easily avoided. ||Thank you to the staff who hustled and were quick with a smile during the high season of tourism in Paris.

Idéalement située, vers Opéra ou Montmartre.

קיבלנו חדר ממש קטן בעליית הגג (אמרו שזה מה שהזמנו ביקשנו להחליף אבל לא היה חדר אחר זמין לטענתם).
החדר היה נורא חנוק ולא היה אפשר לפתוח חלונות.

ריח ממש מסריח (של ביוב) יצא מהשירותים והאמבטיה!!

יש מעלית אחת ולוקח לה 5 דקות להגיע.

חוויה ממש נוראית!!
מיד עברנו למלון אחר..

בצק אאוט אמרו שהייתה טעות בכניסה של הפקיד וצריכים להוסיף עוד כסף של מילים.

חוויה נוראית. חוץ מלהתנצל לא עשו כלום.

Nice apartment. Clean. Good Location. The welcome when we got there was very nice and professional. |They do not make it clear that the bag of crisps on the table is part of the minibar and they will charge you 5 Euros for it! The receptionist there during the day and following evenings was terrible. She couldn't explain basic things and didn't seem to know her way around Paris and was very very dismissive. Really ruined the stay to be honest.

We were looking forward to my husband’s first trip to Paris for his birthday. We were able to check in early which was great. At the reception, the receptionist who checked us in was being a bit “cagey,” I couldn’t understand it. She casually mentioned we were getting a free bottle of wine.
Upon arriving in room 602, we understood. There was a laminated and handwritten note on the table talking about a water issue. Then we started to look around….this is what we saw:
1. Bathroom shower had significant water damage at the base of the wall.
2. The bathroom door didn’t close properly; it had a piece of wood or something taped to the door jam.
3. The bathroom window was open and could not be properly shut at all. Even after maintenance came, you could still stick a full finger between the window and the wall.
4. There was water damage on bottom of the bathroom door and out along the wall into the room.
5. When we tried to turn on the floor lamp, we noticed it was broken.
6. When we closed the curtain, we noticed it was ripped through and another curtain the rope was broken and retied.
7. When I tried to take a shower, water poured off the shower platform onto the floor, all water drained away from the drain
8. Our kids were sleeping in the sofa bed. The duvet provided did not fit the bed; it barely reached the edge of the mattress. We had to use the decorative coverlet for one of our kids.
9. The matrimonial bed was lumpy; there were two hollows on each side of a huge lump down the middle
10. Poor repairs throughout, such as unpainted putty around the towel rack

I had already talked to reception about the window at 10pm. There happened to be a man coming, so he came by to try to close the window. At midnight, I wrote an email to the reception enclosing many of the attached pictures. In the morning, I talked to the kind receptionist, whose only power was to try to move us. Place was full; she could not.
At about 10:30am, I received a message they would refund us 20% of one night and upon more discussion, would not charge us for the further two nights of our stay. If we stayed, we’d be in that room at over 400€ a night in a supposed 4*.
This meant we needed to find a new hotel for a high season Friday- Sunday.
Luckily, I knew a hotel around the corner that happily had three rooms left and of those….two rooms at virtually the same cost and sooooooo much nicer.

First, room 602 should not be rented until repaired. The fact there is a laminated note suggests the issue is not recent or unknown by management.
Second, the receptionists need more power to actually help guests such as be able to transfer people to the hotel or offer refunds. It’s an absurd practice to have someone at a desk who has no power.

Will NOT stay at Residence Nell again.

En general no recomiendo alojarse en este sitio ya que el precio que se paga por la calidad que tiene no está ni mucho menos acorde.
El trato al cliente muy mejorable por muchos motivos (sinceramente, nunca me habían tratado tan mal en ningún alojamiento):
-llegamos allí habiendo indicado en reiteradas ocasiones que íbamos con un bebé, no nos tenían la cuna preparada en la habitación. La reclamamos y sorprendentemente tuve que instalarla yo. Trae la cuna sin sábanas ni colchón… le digo que necesitamos sábanas y me trae una toalla y una sábana enorme que no era para una cuna…. Sin colchón ni manta adicional para la misma.
-nos dicen que debemos indicar lo que queremos para el desayuno. Vamos con una niña de 4 años y nadie nos explica que ella no tiene derecho a desayuno. Nosotros pensábamos que sí. Al día siguiente nos dicen que tenemos que pagar un extra por dos desayunos de mas (cuando habíamos pedido para 3, obviamente al bebé no le pedimos nada). Mi sorpresa fue enorme tras el gesto tan feo que tuvieron con la cuna que además vinieran con esto.
-vi pelos en la cama al llegar a la habitación. Y las almohadas muy desgastadas.
-lo peor de todo: cuando exponemos la situación y todo lo vivido a la persona que trabaja por las mañanas fue mal educada, poco profesional y poco empática. Principalmente por esto último no volveré. Lo mínimo que espero de un sitio donde me aloje es que me traten bien y que si tengo un problema me ayuden a resolverlo y a esta persona le queda muy grande esa labor.

Great place to stay. They had a fully stocked kitchen, which was great. We met 3 of the front desk staff throughout the stay, each of them were all super nice and helpful! It's in a great location, near metro stops and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!

Couple terrible things happened during my stay here.
1. Someone else unlocked and opened my room without my permission. And it happened “twice”.
2. We were stuck in elevator at 6F. And we get out by ourselves.
3. Air conditioner didn’t work in the room.
4. Other guests were stuck in elevator again in the last day of my stay. And we carried all of luggages all the way down from 6F to 1F.

The worst hotel.

Wat een aangename verrassing is dit hotel! Wij verbleven in een appartement in augustus 2022, ruim voor Parijse begrippen, met goed uitgeruste keuken. Ons verblijf was met onze vier honden, wat geen enkel probleem was.
Het appartement was schoon, netjes ingericht, met uitstekende bedden en goede kussens (zo goed, dat wij bij thuiskomst van hetzelfde merk kussens hebben besteld).
De locatie is uitstekend, in een levendige buurt met de metro nabij. Een aanrader!

다음에도 파리오면 또 올 것 같아요!

Great place to stay. In the middle of a busy thriving area with lots of restaurants and take away. Clean, comfortable and quiet, excellent reception and central for all main sights (although none very close be prepared to walk)
