Man muss es einfach mal gesehen haben, um sich vorstellen zu können, wie man schon damals als normaler Bürger gespeist haben könnte
But the most important feature of this dinner is that we had a full 4-course French dinner including a bottle of decent burgandy wine for 57 euros. Call it what you will but you can't replicate that anywhere else.
The service (for this branch) is extremely efficient, but could work harder to be kinder, more sensitive: After three years living around France, first time did I experience being asked "are you finished?" just as I was about to literally put my food into my mouth. I would simply attribute it to the server being overworked, pressured by management to turn over tables quickly and be operationally efficient in their work, but this is not an excuse to make diners feel rushed and not welcome. But the Bouillion Chartier franchise is one that I have enjoyed in the city, especially the Gare d l'Est branch. Recommended--but think twice which branch you will patronize.
Los precios son increíbles, por menos de EUR 50 pueden comer dos personas con entrada, plato, postre y vino. La calidad no es la mejor, pero la relación precio calidad es excelente.
Drin arbeiten alle ganz Fleißig wie die Bienen, da aber alle die noch in der Schlange gewartet haben rein wollen, war eine Hektik im ganzen Restaurant deutlich zu spüren. Man wurde sofort bedient und sobald der letzte Happen im Hals war wurde abgeräumt und gefragt ob wir Dessert wollen. Wir waren unter einer Stunde mit Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und kleines Dessert fertig. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Flasche Wein getrunken haben uns aber dagegen entschieden da uns das hektische treiben angestrengt hat. Schade eigentlich. Das essen war normal aber sehr günstig.

Un guignol ferme la grille d’accès sous notre nez il est 21h30 il sont supposés servir jusqu’à minuit,
Il est accroché à son portable et ne s’interrompt même pas.
Aucun sens de l’accueil! Si cela est plus que fréquent à Paris cela n’a cessé d’empirer depuis le Covid ces ‘maisons’ qui faisaient la fierté de Paris se fichent définitivement des clients - parisiens, touristes passez votre chemin Chartier n’est plus ce qui a fait sa réputation… bientôt le bouillon pour de bon

食物和其他Bouillon 差不多，但是服务不同。我们有4个成人，我们在下午16点来的餐厅，由于在午饭和晚饭之间，我们并不是非常的饿，在点了4个前菜和3个主菜之后，服务员用'必须'这个词，对我们说必须点4个主菜…让我无法接受，我不需要必须做什么…
The food is similar to other Bouillon restaurants, but the service is different. We were 4 adults, we came to the restaurant at 16:00, we were not very hungry since it was between lunch and dinner, after ordering 4 starters and 3 main courses, the waiter used the word 'must' and told us that we had to order 4 main courses... I couldn't accept it, I don't need to have to order anything...
結論から言うと接客が良くないです。私は日本から旅行に来て、一時間並んでまでまた入店したいとは思いません。一時間以上の貴重な旅行時間を費やしてまで食事をしたいとは思いません。私たちのテーブルは周りのテーブルとは異なり水が提供されず、頼んだブレッドも最後まで来ませんでした。
味は美味しいです。金額も安い方なのでしょう。ただ、私にとっては全てを差し引いても"一時間並んでまで"得られた体験としては悪かったです。ランチの早い時間での入店が並ばずに入れて良いのではないでしょうか。ディナーでの利用は、折角の楽しい一日が後味の悪いものとなる可能性があります。
