The day we went the entire place was packed with people who followed a certain YouTuber recommendation.
Sadly, there's not a whole lot to recommend about the place. The meatballs (cromesquis) were way too dry and the dry aged steak was way too chewy.
Service was very attentive,true.
Avoid.
P.s.: Zero french people in attendance (already a red flag) everyone there almost certainly due to paid for YouTube.

J’avais envie de tester leur tartare de bœuf et c’était 100 % au-delà de mes attentes. Vraiment le meilleur tartare de bœuf que j’ai goûté à Paris.
En plat principal, j’ai pris la pièce bien élevée du jour.
J’ai demandé mon rumsteck à point, mais j’ai eu l’impression qu’il était un peu trop cuit… Un peu dommage, mais après tout, je trouve que le terme « à point » est assez subjectif, alors ça n’a pas affecté mon impression globale.
J’ai adoré le dessert et j’étais très satisfait de pouvoir terminer ce repas sur une note délicieuse.
Si j’ai l’occasion d’y retourner, je choisirai une autre entrée et prendrai le tartare de bœuf en plat.
Les serveurs étaient tous super sympas. Merci pour ce dîner agréable :)

La viande est excellente, les frites également.
Les produits sont très qualitatifs et ça se sent!
Le dessert était lui aussi très bon, un super équilibre des saveurs.

Un excellent restaurant. Le cadre est agréable, le service est rapide et la cuisine est parfaite. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le tartare de bœuf en entrée. Bravo au chef !

This place is quite good — a bit pricey, but I can understand why.
We ordered the meat for two, and the flavor was excellent. It’s true that it had quite a bit of tendon and fat, but I guess that’s part of the cut. The potatoes, however, were disappointing. The fries were very average, lacking flavor, and the other potato side wasn’t worth it — bland and with barely any real potato taste.
The beef tartare starter was amazing — I highly recommend it and honestly would have ordered two!
The dessert was a total miss… we got the chocolate one, and it was way too salty — even spicy. We didn’t really get the concept, but the taste was just not pleasant at all. Such a shame to end the meal on that note.
I also didn’t love the atmosphere. The tables were way too small, the space felt very dark and it was hard to see anything. When we arrived it was uncomfortably hot with a bad smell, and then when they turned on the air conditioning it actually got too cold.

‘Play du jour’ was chicken leg and it was so juicy and tender with a nice sauce that I could even finish though it was such a big portion. Formule is so reasonable and worth trying.

I saw this place recommended on YouTube as a must try place in Paris and I’m so grateful that we made a reservation to eat here. The cuisine was spectacular and the service was great! The food was so top notch and we got to try various things by ordering menu which was an appetizer, a main, and a dessert for only 44 euros per person. Their beef tartare was the best we had on our trip. Their steak was so deliciously flavored and their cod was insanely tender. I felt like Remi from ratatouille trying all the unique combos and textures and wines. We loved the romantic atmosphere and cozy feel of the restaurant. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

One of my favorite places to eat in Paris. I opted for the formule midi and my meal did not disappoint! Food and service was absolutely incredible, with the tartare being the star of the show. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated lunch experience. Cannot wait to go back!

I went here specifically for the steak tartare and ended up loving everything.
We had the sirloin steak, which was beyond amazing. My mom doesn’t usually eat much red meat but Bien Élevé’s steak left a great impression on her. Now that we’re back home, she is still telling everyone how good steak in Paris is!

Bien Élevé – Rainy Day Steak Fix in Paris
It was a rainy evening and all I wanted was a good steak — Bien Élevé delivered. The cuts of beef are listed on a blackboard (thank you, Google Translate!), and I went with the one in the photo: juicy, perfectly medium-rare, and packed with flavor. Sides of fries, roasted baby potatoes, and seasonal vegetables were simple but well-prepared. Their table wine paired nicely with the meat and made the meal feel complete.
Service was a bit slow, but the cozy vibe gave us time to enjoy good conversation and quality moments with friends .

Add good service and a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and we had an excellent experience at Bien Eleve. The menu options are explained by the server but can be “streamlined” a bit for easier explanation. Their chalk board specials are a good value. Overall, a winner for beef lovers.

Disappointing.
Starters were okay. My son had Beef tartare which seemed like a generous portion - it was identical to my tartare as a main, just smaller. In hindsight, I would have ordered the tartare as an appetizer and something else for the main.
For mains, my wife ordered medium well beef of the day. There were some parts that were medium rare, which I tried, and I found it quite tough and nothing special about the taste. My beef tartare was good and I liked the 2 sauces. It was only my second time having tartare and found it more course than the first place I had it although the bigger chunks were noticeably more firm but the taste I think was similar.
For desert, my wife had a chocolate mousse and we believe this is what upset her stomach. After I had some to taste, I felt a gurgling in my stomach but I thought it was just me. We figured it was something in her dessert as she had to spend a little time in a certain room when we got back to our hotel.
As for service, the waiter was very accommodating but it slowed down quite a bit after we finished the main course. The waiter was pleasant but wasn't as attentive or didn't come by as he did earlier. I even had to get up to ask for the bill.

Trop cher pour ce que l'on mange. Le tartare en plat est clairement trop léger, pour 23€ c'est beaucoup trop cher. Les accompagnements sont ridicules, il n'y a rien dans l'assiette (légumes surtout). Les sauces également un tout petit pot de sauce pour le plat. Dommage, c'était mieux avant, mais là je suis ressortie en ayant faim

そこまでメニューの品数は多いわけではないですが、どれも魅力的なメニューだと思います。
牛肉のタルタルが有名ということで、メインで注文しました。ビネガーとハーブがよく効いていたのが良かったです。
付け合わせのビーツも味付けがとても美味しく、満足でした。
少し価格帯は高めだとは思いますが、満足です。
