La verdad que estoy super satisfecha con la eleccion de este lugar. Vendôme opera hotel,
Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones limplias y amplia, un baño delicadamente bien organizado y cuidado! Pero lo mas impresionante es el personal!! Te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Ya me abono sin duda a este mismo hotel cada vez que venga a paris, me encantó! Gracias a todos por su hospitalidad. Y a très bientôt ????

The hotel is in the Madeleine area of Paris and a great base from which to explore most of the major sites. Myself and my friend had a twin room which was tiny but well finished for all that. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. There were toiletries in the bathroom and complimentary tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks in the bedroom. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had a full schedule as we were only there for two full days and two half days but fitted in most of what we wanted to see mainly on foot but we also used the metro as the Madeleine metro stops were just round the corner from the hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Vendome Opera for a Paris city break.

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal! Es liegt sehr zentral und man ist in 1-2 km an der Seine zu Fuß auch Montrematre liegt ähnlich weit weg. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und romantisch auch gibt es Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Kaufhaus La Fayete ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen. ❤️

ACHTUG: Bitte bleiben Sie diesem Hotel fern, die Belegschaft ist absolut unzuverlässig, und betrügerisch.
Wir haben versucht ab Oktober eine Buchung wegen einer bevorstehenden OP zu verschieben und wurden stetig vertröstet mit absolut undurchsichtigen Ausreden.
Belegschaft sei Krank, Direktor im Urlaub etc. Die Buchung war fur Februar 2025!
Wir sind oft in Paris und so etwas haben wir bis heute noch nie erlebt!!!

The hotel has a perfect location as it is close to shopping areas, restaurants, metro station, touristic places. The staff was very professional, friendly and attentive to any remarks provided. The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. They serve a classic European breakfast which was excellent and they provide free minibar. I would definitely visit the hotel again.

Vendome Opera Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Paris around the corner of Madeleine and on walking distance from the Opera, The Louvre, the Madeleine and the big department stores.|Vendome Opera Hotel has nicely decorated romantic hotel rooms which are quite spacious and comfortable. The rooms all have a very nice and fresh, clean, modern bathroom.|The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect to explore Paris and is located around the corner of the majestic Madeleine where there are plenty of restaurants and bars.|We loved our stay at the Vendome Opera Hotel as it is a perfect base camp to explore Paris. The service from staff is excellent, the location couldn’t be any better and the rooms are all very clean, nice, romantic, quirky, with all the necessary extra’s such as coffee and tea maker, hairdryer, etc.|Perfect hotel!!

Very warm welcome and service at the Reception. Rooms might be a little small but very nicely furnished and there are complimentary additions like Nesprsso machine and free minibar.

زيارتي الاولى من المملكة العربية السعودية وقضيت فيه ليلتين رائعة وتجربة جميلة مكان مرتب ونظيف وهادئ وتعامل الاستقبال جداً راقي ولطيف وموقع الفندق مميز وقريب من اغلب الاماكن المهمة للزيارة بالاضافة الى انهم سمحوا لي بتسجيل الدخول قبل الموعد المسموح بثلاث ساعات وهذا لطف كبير منهم ، تجربة تستحق الزيارة //

Nous avons, mon épouse et moi, été contraint de séjourner dans cet hôtel en novembre 2024 suite à une pagaille SNCF.
Dans ces moments de détresse, nous avons bénéficié d’une prise en charge chaleureuse par un personnel vraiment exceptionnel, sympathique et surtout serviable veillant en tout point au bien-être des clients.
Hôtel luxueux situé dans une rue calme à quelques pas de la gare St Lazare, chambre propre, bien décorée, machine à café dans la chambre.
Il en ressort que nous avons vraiment apprécié ce lieu de séjour que nous recommandons vivement.

Ayant eu l’obligation de dormir dans un hôtel dû à l’arrêt complet des trains en direction de la Normandie, le personnel a été très sympathique, hôtel non loin de la gare, chambre spacieuse et très élégante, je recommande fortement et remercie encore le personnel de nous avoir trouver des chambres dans ces conditions

J'ai passé une semaine à l'hôtel Vendôme Opéra, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par une direction empathique et serviable veillant au bien-être des clients. La chambre a été bien entretenue tout au long de mon séjour et l'emplacement de l'hôtel fait rêver, à quelques pas de la gare saint lazare et une quelques minutes de marches de la place Opéra. Bref, rien à dire !

Très déçu de l’hôtel durant notre séjour. Le ménage est partiellement fait, malgré de nombreuses remarques. Des résidus d’emballage de préservatifs ainsi que des draps et taies d’oreiller taché. Les produits mis à disposition, malgré leur qualité reste insuffisant pour le nombres de personnes par chambre. Au niveau du personnel de nuit, cela reste très limite. Apres de nombreuses sollicitations, aucunes personnes qualifiés étaient disponible pour nous aider. ||Je déconseille cet hôtel !

• La femme de ménage entrait sans vérifier si la chambre était occupée.
• Le veilleur de nuit dormait dans le hall de l’hôtel.
Le rapport qualité-prix est à revoir.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage zur Opera, Blvd. Haussmann, Champs Elysees. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Ich habe noch nie so hilfsbereite Angestellte erlebt. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und sind modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und es war sehr ruhig. Am Check-in wird übrigens fließend Englisch gesprochen und sogar ganz gutes Deutsch.

Ich bin öfters beruflich in Paris dieses Hotel hat wirklich alles was man braucht sehr schneller check in. Sehr nette Rezeption. Aufzug vorhanden. Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber. Genug kissen. I recently stayed at the Vendome Opera Hotel in Paris for almost a week during the RWC, which was a great experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt. Selbst wenn man Nachts kam, konnte man mit den Angestellten scherzen. Sehr guter Service. Das Frühstück ist für Frankreich sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ich kann nichts negatives berichten und daher 5Sterne für dieses Hotel. Danke für den ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt bei Euch.

Nous avons réserver un hotel 4 étoile pour notre anniversaire de mariage et avions vraiment été déçu de la chambre.
Nous avions apparemment obtenu une remise mais nous comprenons pourquoi.
Hotel plutôt propre en apparence mais se n’est pas le cas de la chambre ( voir photo ).
Donc la chambre :
- Une loupiote de tête de lit casser et personne pour la changer
- Une tache énorme sur la moque d’une autre couleur que celle d’origine
- La tête de lit qui est nettoyer seulement à hauteur d’homme puisque on voit une démarcation flagrante entre les deux, et lorsque que l’on s’adosse plein de poussière nous tombe à la tête ( attention pour les asthmatiques )
- La douche parlons-en, une énorme fuite au niveau du joint de la porte, après s’être douché la salle de bain est devenu une piscine ( dangereux sol glissant ), donc plus possible de rentrer dans la salle de bain après s’être douché.
- La pochette de notice dans le tiroir du bureau, certaine feuille ont changée de couleur
Après avoir signalé tout les défaut on nous signale que personne n’a été informé, c’est vraiment une plaisanterie de répondre sa après des défaut pareille.
Après différent séjour dans les hôtel parisien, je trouve le prix excessif par rapport à la qualité de la chambre également le nombre d’étoiles qui je pense est à revoir.
Merci pour la soit disant remise mais j’aurai préféré changé d’hôtel si je connaissais les défauts rencontrés.
Sinon l’accueil était vraiment au top, et le petit déjeuner très bien.
