Excellent stay at a very quality hotel. Great service by Bachir with his warm hospitality and excellent service. Well situated to great shopping on Rue Sainte Honoure, Galleries Lafayette. Would stay here again.

I loved the customer service and the location of this hotel. Staff was very welcoming and was happy to call me a cab whenever needed. The amenities and items I received complimentary at this hotel also exceeded my expectations. The rooms had AC and was much needed during the warmer days in Paris. Unfortunately the rooms were smaller than I imagined but I understand this hotel used to be a boutique hotel so the space in the building would have been limited. I definitely will be staying here again. I enjoyed my stay.

We finalized our trip to France with two nights at Hyatt Paris Madeleine after staying five nights in La Marais.
We booked Hyatt Paris Madeleine using Chase points, which meant we got a room on the first floor by the elevator overlooking the courtyard. As to be expected! But the room itself needed some love. There were some scuffs and stains on the walls and curtains, and overall it felt a little dingy. It was a bit more spacious than we expected as we were able to walk around, but it definitely needed some TLC.
Location is fine, not a ton going on right outside the hotel but a short walk away gets you to the M14 metro and some cafes and shops. A little sleepier than La Marais but still felt safe and close-ish to the hustle and bustle!
The staff were so kind; they checked us in promptly and even got us a room a few hours early. They held our luggage while we explored Paris while waiting for the room, and even put our bags in the room for us once it was ready. A nice touch! We ordered room service which was delivered promptly! (I will say, I requested a non-feather pillow on the Hyatt app and it never came until I called down! So don’t trust the app!)
I loved the happy hour for our free drink; it helped get us out of our room and ready for a night out!
Overall I’d recommend staying here but only if you shell out a bit more € or have a higher Hyatt status than we did. I bet the nicer rooms make for a better experience!

Hyatt La Madeleine is becoming our home in Paris, this is our second stay and we were delighted with everything this hotel has to offer: cosy bar, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast, professional and friendly staff. It is a walking distance to major attractions and eateries. Highly recommended

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel staff & Manager Nathalie were wonderful and the care they gave to myself,husband and mother was exceptional! We spent quite some time finding a hotel to meet all of my specific needs for rooms with a view and restaurant, breakfast and lounge and they met all of them as well as have some of the best fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever had! What a wonderful experience and place to stay in Paris!

Beautiful and intimate, the hotel was perfect for our short visit in Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room well-appointed. We enjoyed the ‘happy hour’ each night and the location was close to most everything we wanted to see. The shining stars of this property are the staff, who provided excellent recommendations and answered all our questions.

From the moment we arrived I knew this hotel was special. A welcome drink was offered and appreciated, a delightful lobby available for the short wait for our room, and our king premium room stylish, chic and modern with plenty of space. The room has no desk, this seems to be a trend in renovated hotels and makes using a laptop while charging awkward.Breakfast was both a l carte and buffet and was faultless, one of the best I have had at a Hyatt hotel.|A few complementary mini bar items are provided on the first day which is a nice touch.|Sadly for us we only had one night there but would return in a heartbeat.

Love the Hyatt Regency Madeleine - I've been coming here since 2003 - have tried many other high end hotels in Paris but just love this place - relatively small, not pretentious, elegant but relaxed, great service, nice rooms, good (but small) workout facility. Our rooms have always been nice - if you feel like you can afford it and want to splurge, book rooms 702 or 706 - both of which command incredible views of the Eifel Tower (see pictures below from our room). Bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. Staff at the hotel are very responsive; food is excellent - ate at Restaurant M for breakfast and in the bar area for dinner - loved both meals (the waitress in the bar area is just so energetic and positive - created a great atmosphere for us). And he location is awesome - so close to so many different areas whether you want the Champs, shopping on Rue St. Honore, headed up to the Opera or Montmartre or the Tuileries - just a great place overall. Highly recommended.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Hyatt Madeleine in April. The hotel is beautiful and in a charming neighborhood that is within walking distance to the Champs-Elysees. What really made our visit so magical was the staff -- they upgraded our suite so we had the opportunity to stay in a gorgeous, spacious suite with stunning, 360-degree views of Paris and an outdoor terrace area. Emilie in particular was very warm and welcoming, and provided us with great recommendations. The hotel has an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning, as well as complimentary happy hour in the evening. We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful hotel and will definitely be back!

The staff is great. The location is excellent. I was bitten by a dog while leaving g the bar on the last day of my stay so it ruined the experience for me. I was pretty upset and the management staff did nothing to address the issue even though I was quite loud about it. My cab was waiting so I left. Subsequent contact with the hotel was unacceptable. Apparently when the manager goes home management stops.

The location is fantastic, the staff were pleasant and warm, the rooms were cosy. The late evenings at the lobby bar, sipping and let the wine grace your palate, while we sat by the fire place and exchanged memories of long past would remain indelible..

Outstanding hotel; Perfect location. With just 85 rooms, it is a small hotel, but has an excellent staff. Natalie Urban is the GM and she makes you feel like you are staying a her home. She went out of her way to make us feel as home.||Rooms were average size ironically, the bathroom was very large.||No concierge, but the front desk staff goes out o their way to act as Concierges. ||As a Globalist Level Guest, breakfast was included. It was excellent and included everything off the menu too in additional to the buffet. ||I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend the Hyatt Madeleine in Paris. The staff were wonderful. One of our group had a birthday while staying at the hotel and the breakfast staff sent out a crepe with a birthday candle and later, house keeping left goodies and a balloon in the room. The front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. The hotel is clean and service was wonderful. The towels were soft and replaced daily. Several times during our stay we had treats in our room after spending a long day touring Paris. We just loved our stay there. Highly recommend!

Un Noël exquis ! De l'arrivée à la sortie le service est de grande qualité, les mets et vins sont délicieux et bien accordés.
Je recommande cette adresse pour vos beaux évènements !
