Que dire si ce n'est un énorme merci.|Le service est impeccable, que ce soit au moment de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ de l'hôtel.|Le staff est très professionnel et d'une gentillesse que nous n'oublierons pas.|L'emplacement est exceptionnel, juste à proximité directe des Champs-Elysées et de l'Arc de Triomphe.|Nous nous sommes senties directement bien au sein de l'hôtel car le décor y est chaleureux ainsi que l'ambiance.|Nous avions réservé une chambre classique et avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassées dans une chambre supérieure que nous avons fort apprécié.|Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Mme Angie, Mme Bassa et le réceptionniste de nuit pour leur écoute, empathie et professionnalisme.|Un tout grand merci également Mme Richard.|Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Galiléo hôtel.

The room was clean, it was very calm, no noise. The breakfast was very good. Firstly we booked an airbnb, it was terrible, this hotel saved our trip and gave us Joy as well as good memories of Paris. Big thanks to the Team!

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They understood our struggling French. We would have like to have been able to take a to go box to the airport with a breakfast pastry and fruit in it, but it was hard to communicate that to the man at reception desk. He said it did not open until 6:30 and our ride to the CDG was at 6:20 am. The safe also did not work for us. The receptionist tried to correct it, but could not. I believe it was you that also tried to repair it, but we placed our passports in our luggage and locked it up. No worries. ||

Location, location, location. This hotel is a block from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, an easy 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Bateaux Mouches river cruise, and a 10 minute walk from a great dinner spot- Sens Unique. We loved that after a day of whatever our activity was (Versailles/ Louvre/ Galeries Lafayette Haussman) that may be a train or cab ride away, we could come back to the hotel and decide who wanted to wander through shops or get a coffee on the way back. Being able to walk to dinner each night was so easy.||The front desk staff could not have been nicer. They offered umbrellas on the rainy days, held our luggage in the morning, offered infused water in the afternoons, etc. Very kind and professional and welcoming.||We booked rooms 404 and 405, which were essentially two rooms connected by a tiny hall that we could turn into a suite- there was an outer door that locked. This configuration was PERFECT for our family, so that as we were getting ready in the mornings or for dinner, we had two bathrooms. It also meant at night that we could keep our bedroom doors propped open in case the girls needed us, but still have privacy. ||The rooms are small if you aren't used to city accommodations (not any smaller than NYC or Boston rooms that are in premium locations). They had hairdryers, magnifying mirrors, cute little vanity stations that popped up in the desks in each room, a mini fridge, safe, etc. All the amenities you would expect.||We were amazed at how QUIET the rooms were- we are used to city noise and definitely the hubbub of hotels (doors slamming, kids running down the hall, etc.) and had NONE of that. our rooms looked out into a courtyard that had balconies from what appeared to be an apartment building looking out into the same courtyard, so I imagine that might get noisy if the residents were loudly entertaining outside, but that never happened. The curtains were sufficient for light-blocking. ||The beds were to our liking- very firm and the pillows were perfect. ||We put the "please clean our room" on the doors each morning when we left for the day, and always found the rooms clean and tidy when we returned.||If we came back to Paris, we all agreed that we would want to stay in the same place again!

The lady at counter what was the worst part her name was Angie, the lady at front desk was very rude , when you go to a place you expect to receive a service. Good service; but it was like i was bothering her, she said maybe she could accommodate me, i had already paid for the room .thru booking This hotel needs people that are ready and happy to work . They did not have parking we had to actually go to a parking yes it was near by but they should say that in the website , also in the website it said breakfast was included but when i got there they were asking for €15 per person.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce charmant petit hôtel, l’Hôtel Galileo, idéalement situé dans le 8e arrondissement de Paris, à deux pas des Champs-Élysées et juste à côté du délicieux restaurant marocain L’Étoilé Marocaine. L’emplacement est parfait, à la fois central et calme, dans une rue agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant.||Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel de l’hôtel, très professionnel, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider ou répondre à nos questions. Cela a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.||La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien décorée, avec une ambiance élégante et apaisante. Le lit était particulièrement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées de visite.||Le petit déjeuner était un autre point fort de notre séjour : copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. Des produits frais, des viennoiseries savoureuses, des boissons chaudes et froides, tout était réuni pour bien commencer la journée. Un grand merci à Mala pour sa gentillesse et son attention.||Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

C’est un plaisir d’avoir séjourner à L’hôtel Galiléo.
L’accueil est très chaleureux et je tenais à souligner leur professionnalisme.
J’ai séjourné pendant le marathon.
Les chambres sont superbes et l’emplacement a 100 mètres des champs Élysée et juste magnifique.
Calme et très agréable.

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La chambre très agréable ainsi que la literie et, au calme.Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Un avantage important la localisation de l'hôtel à 50 mètres de l'avenue des champs Élysées et de l'Arc de Triomphe

Great location, short way to Champs-Elysees and Gerorg V metro station. ||Nice and clean room with everything you need and good bed. ||Staff were gentle and helpful.||Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant et compétent.

Very nice, quiet boutique hotel 2 blocks from the famous Champs-Elysees. Walking distance to the Arch de Triumph and many cafes. You can walk to and from the Eiffel Tower (about 25 minutes each way). The front desk staff, especially Angie, are awesome and will assist with any specific needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good.
Only possible area of improvement could be Breakfast.

The options were very limited and mediocre. Looking at the options we chose to have breakfast out, but would have liked to start the day with a ni e breakfast at the hotel itself.

We (four US ladies ages 16-79) stayed here for four days on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our visit immensely. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and nicely equipped. Breakfast was excellent each morning. We are very thankful we chose Hotel Galileo.
