Excellent service with a great concierge who booked several day trips with drivers for us; food was outstanding and the location charming near the Arc de Triomphe. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the sights.

Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Staff was friendly. Good gym for this size hotel in a city. Ac worked well even when I arrived in cooler weather. Location wise I prefer the other side of town but I knew that before booking for attractions on that side of town. I would recommend and stay again.

Bonjour. My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we encountered was not only highly professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We truly appreciate how the hotel staff helped make our trip to Paris unforgettable. I fell in love with this hotel and the city.

Got myself an amazing birthday gift from a coworker to stay at Sofitel and explored Paris. Great location. Room was amazing. Staffs were friendly. Shoutout to Mr. Tom. He assisted me with recommendations for celebrating my birthday. He really paid attention to details, gave me 5-star service. Love the breakfast here. Will definitely come back here again.

It was such a great experience with the hotel! Everyone was nice, and went above and beyond. They celebrated my son’s birthday and was very thoughtful. Hotel was very clean, room was comfortable and allowed us all to have a great rest. Hotel is also near great restaurants. Breakfast buffet was also a good selection! Would definitely come back!

The staff was AMAZING from start to finish. The carpets in the halls looked dirty and the shower doors were not functional and frustrating. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone because the layout was not functional. It was not a 4-5-star interior. The mattress did not seem up to par either, I don't know why there was a pamphlet to buy one. I am glad I got a better rate when booking through AMEX. If I had to pay more than 400$ a night (like the 5-6 listed later), I would have been so disgusted. The staff was amazing and should be commended for all they did.

What a great hotel. Fantastic service. The doorman already had my luggage in the hotel before I was out of the taxi. The concierge were exceptional in recommending French restaurants to eat at and they were fabulous.
Rooms were cleaned and the housekeeping had turn down service (very attentive).
Location, Location, Location. A few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue Champs- Elysee.
I would gladly stay there again.

I am so thrilled with our choice of hotel for our first time in Paris. The location is incredible, a short walk from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, but on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. We walked to a lot of landmarks within 45-50 minutes during our trip (the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre). We started our days early with a delicious breakfast at the hotel (great selection of breads, cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, as well as hot items like omelets and pancakes). The staff was exceptional, so friendly and willing to offer helpful recommendations. The concierge services were excellent. We ordered room service for dinner one night and were not disappointed with the delicious meal. The hotel is comfortable, room was perfect size, decor is understated but beautiful. Overall, would love to stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I am very impressed. It is clean and not too expensive. It is very convenient to travel. As for the service, the staff welcomed me very well, especially Mr. Tom who works at the reception. He has good interpersonal skills and is very attentive to details. He takes really good care. I will definitely come back to visit again.????????????

I had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is well located, in a very central part of the city, but set back just outside of any commotion. The restaurant was nice for cocktails and breakfast. My room was beautiful and very clean. However, the hotel staff is what really makes this hotel shine. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly Jonathan and Michel. We were blown away by the extent to which everyone at the hotel went to make our stay memorable.

La chambre est relativement petite, la taille de la chambre standard est d'environ 23+m2, j'ai dû passer à la suite junior, environ 5+m2 de plus, ce qui permet d'avoir une disposition plus raisonnable et de se sentir un peu plus spacieux

Nous avons séjourné la veille de Noël chez le Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. Les concierges sont très professionnels et disponibles. La chambre de luxe est richement meublée, il y a un grand lit très confortable. La salle de bain est elle-aussi unique, fournit de tous les conforts, y compris de peignoirs et de chaussons. Comme cadeau de Noël nous avons trouvé dans la chambre une boite de chocolats. Le soir nous avons dinè chez le Bar Sorsi. Nous avons profité d’un voucher pour boire un excellent apéritif et commandé une entrée, un plat et un dessert à la carte, qui est très bien assortie. Le serveur a été très agréable et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner, servi dans le restaurant Les Cocottes, est très délicieux. Je recommande vivement cette structure hôtelière.

C'est tout simplement honteux qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles n'ait personne à la réception qui parle italien, je pensais que Paris faisait partie de l'Europe, ils ne nous comprennent que quand ça les arrange.
