Was a wonderful hotel with great staff and amenities. Had a pleasant stay during my visit to Paris! Will recommend to people travelling as it is also near bus and trains!

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre impeccable et très confortable. Le personnel a été aux petits soins et a toujours répondu à nos besoins avec le sourire. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est Parfait. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec ma famille, tout était parfait : propre, confortable et bien situé. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée. J’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre que l’hôtel offre ainsi que le service proposé par les employés. Les chambres sont très bien et propre, j’avais un petit problème de réseau et l’employée « Promi » m’a gentiment aider et a fait tout son possible pour régler cela, tout en étant très agréable et souriante. Je tiens à la remercier pour ce séjour car sans elle je n’aurais pas pu en profiter pleinement car un petit détail peut tout gâcher mais heureusement ce n’était pas mon cas. Merci.

Un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée grâce à la réceptionniste Promi . Elle a été professionnelle, souriante et très à l’écoute. Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec efficacité. Just returned from a wonderful stay! The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible service we received, especially from one staff member named Promi (she’s the sweetest girl ever)

Stayed at Hôtel Cervantes for a few nights and had a really good experience. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly. I especially want to mention Promi, very professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The location is fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff.
I would like to particularly mention Promi, who was always courteous, attentive, and respectful throughout our stay. She assisted us several times with a genuine smile and made sure our needs were taken care of efficiently. It’s extremely disappointing to see certain reviews unfairly targeting her character and even mentioning her personal background, which should have no place in a professional setting.
From our direct experience, Promi demonstrated nothing but professionalism and care. It’s unfortunate that some people choose to bring bias and personal prejudice into their reviews instead of fairly reflecting the quality of service they received.
I fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Paris with a team of staff who truly care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team — and especially to Promi for making our visit so enjoyable. I look forward to coming back in the future!

Hotel muito prático e agradável, com ótima localização e quarto funcional, tudo bem novo. O atendente Ahmed foi extremamente solícito, inclusive me ajudando a solucionar a conexão de internet em meu laptop e com muita cordialidade apresentou os serviços do hotel. Recomendo.

The staff was mostly very friendly and the location was great. They made the beds and changed the towels every day if we wanted to but we chose only to do it once in four days.
