We stayed for 8 nights. The room was comfortable and clearly had been refurbished. Our only complaint was that there were no washcloths for the shower. When we asked for one, we were told that we could go around the corner and buy some. We found that response to be inappropriate.

Though my stay was necessarily brief, I found the location and the accommodations at Chateau Frontenac to be very very good. Sorry that their bar/salon de the was under renovation when I was there. Tant pis! A la prochaine fois.

Rénové avec goût, bien situé.
Néanmoins rare de ne pas avoir aujourd’hui dans cette catégorie d'hôtel un machine à café expresso. Une douche à l’italienne aurait été appréciée.

I wish recycling services were offered to guests. So much that can be recycled goes into waste bins. If every hotel offered recycling services it would greatly help with climate and environmental issues.

This was our third visit to the hotel and found it to be as outstanding as ever. Breakfast was very good and served to a convenient time for a holiday. The staff were all polite and welcoming., adding to the wonderful atmosphere. The one very minor thing that we found strange was that during the whole week we never found how to switch off the light in the wardrobe.

Tout a bien passé sauf le voiture privée au CDG (l'aéroport), le 13 septembre. Le conducteur n'a pas accepté de carte de crédit et n'a pas de la monnaie non plus. La réception et le bureau des bagages avaient confirmé que la carte était utilisé. Egalement, en donner la monnaie pour 70 euros (vs un 65 euro faire) devrait être simple. Je suis heureux que vous offriez le service. Chaque visite j'ai utilisé ce service sans probléme. Je ne suis pas sur de ce qui s'et passé.
