Décu. Une nuit passé dans cet hotel, pas d eau chaude dans la douche le matin, inadmissible pour un 4 etoiles parisien.

Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns immer wieder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon in den Innenhof, was ein ganz besonderes Highlight war! Die Lage ist überragend; viele der Highlights der Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip zu zweit!

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble dans cet établissement qui a malheureusement été gâché par les bruits insupportables de la femme de ménage à partir de 8h du matin et jusqu’à «midi (meme le dimanche matin..) Je trouve cela inadmissible surtout que l’insonorisation n’est pas la meilleure qui soit: J’ai logé au 5ème étage en pensant être au calme..

The location is great, very close to Arc de Triumphe.
Rooms were very clean, and the receptions were very warm and welcoming. The hotel was offering free coffee and tea all the time which was very pleasant.
Only negative point was the taff at breakfast who were not very welcoming.

Pire expérience de mépris et malhonnêteté que l’on peut avoir dans un hôtel. La race humaine décline a cause de personne sans âme comme la directrice de cet établissement qui a oublié ce qu’était de recevoir.
Une chambre lamentable au Rez de chaussé quasiment dans le restaurant pour la modique somme de 195€ la nuit où elle interdit un couple de se retrouver parce qu’ils n’ont pas payés 390€ pour un lit de 120cm. L’enfer est le mieux que vous pouvez attendre avec un comportement pareil.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Arioso, l'hôtel et les chambres sont très jolies. Je tenais à remercier le personnel, vous êtes irréprochable. Plus particulièrement, je remercie Denis, grâce à sa personne et professionnalisme mon séjour à été fabuleux !!!

Pire hôtel à fuir absolument il n’y avait plus de chambre alors que nous avions réservé depuis 6mois , nous nous sommes retrouvés à dormir dans la rue et nous avons fait compagnie de jean Claude qui était un clochard qui nous a accompagné durant cette dure nuit j’ai crus faire koh lanta bref fuyez..

When we arrived by Taxi, we saw a small sign with Hotel. We never saw the hotel name until we were really close. when entered, we were helped by a gentleman who was very nice. the rooms are tidy, and very nice. staff very helpful in pointing out restaurants and attractions. The hotel is well located in the heart of Paris, but still you don't hear cars that much from the room. Can warmly recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere and the style of the hotel are grand but cute in a way.
The staff was always eager to serve us in the best way.
The bathroom within our room had a bathtub and the water was nice and hot, excellent to relax after a full day of walking around the city.
The only drawback that we experienced was a bit of noise, doors slamming, airplanes flying above and some other noises, apart from that our experience was delightful.
Would definitely recommend.
