I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Faubourg, and I especially want to highlight the exceptional service of Mohamed Chouiref, the minibar attendant. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and cared for. His thoughtful attitude made a real difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you, Mohamed!

This hotel didn’t meet our expectations in several ways. Very disappointing. Old rooms and we couldn’t sleep well because of the not working toilet flush. Some things went wrong. Reception was good and the bar is nice with good service.

Séjours toujours aussi agréables !
Le petit déjeuner est magique, un large choix, d’une qualité hors pair !
De même le restaurant pour dîner et déjeuner est très joli, on y mange très bien.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg in April 2023. From the warm welcome at check-in to the elegant lobby and stylish rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and major attractions.|Our stay included breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all dietary needs. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail made our experience feel truly personalized. The views from our room added to the charm.|Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris who appreciates luxury with personality and warmth.

We greatly enjoyed our short one-night stay at the Paris Sofitel Le Faubourg. Just a block off of the Place de la Concorde, it is centrally located and near to all of the sights in central Paris. Room was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return for a longer stay!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We booked directly with Sofitel months in advance. We called a couple of times with small requests like distilled water for a CPAP machine and each time our reservation was cancelled. Took lots of effort and time to get everything straight with their 800 number representatives. Once at the hotel, the first room had only a shower in a tub- we had requested a separate shower in one of those calls. They did switch us to a tiny room with a shower which we took because mobility issues require a shower. But supposedly both our original and this tiny top floor (mansard sloping ceiling) rooms were ‘upgrades,’ But the most disappointing thing was the dirty housekeeping. The first night we found under the lumpy -and not fluffed -feather bed a pen and other debris! At that point we called management and they did come up and clean it up, but rather disgusting. Another nite the evening bedside tea and turn down service included a sticky cup that my husband had poured a cola into that morning. Not washed out or anything- just a teabag on top like this was a nice gesture. |Would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Very poor value for the money.

The location was fantastic, and staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Fast and efficient check-in, room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the bar made great cocktails. I will stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Fantastic location steps to high end shops. . The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Efficient check-in and concierge was very helpful suggesting cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the bar made great cocktails. Will stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This hotel is simply the BEST!! It is in a superb location and walking distance to most major sites etc. Literally, two minute walk to Place de Concorde. Since it is next to the American Embassy, the little street has great security. It is a classic boutique hotel with the feel of a Paris fashion styling & sophistication . Rooms are well appointed and the bed is so very comfortable!!! Hospitality is something that every employee embraces to the fullest! The Concierge team lead by Antonio (with Thomas & Anais & others) are exceptional in giving musee, touring, day trip or dining recommendations. We love the hotel dining options....excellent breakfast buffet each morning with Jessica, & Stefano greating us! Drinks in the bar. Macron in F&B arranged another wonderful picnic in Tuilleries Garden. Thomas in reservations always ensure we get the right room for our needs and helpful in our room logistics. The valet staff go our of their way to help in any way. This hotel is such a wonderful experience that will make your Paris stay memorable.

We came for a wedding and brought our daughter with us. We thought the service was excellent and the room was great. Our only feedback was that the toilet was a separate room from the sink, so it was not practical for washing hands after. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the extra bed for our daughter.

Our first room had awkwardly angled walls, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. However, I really appreciated how promptly the staff responded to my concerns and moved us to a similar room that felt much safer and easier to navigate. Their attentiveness made a big difference in our stay.

We have visited this hotel several times. It is in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, wonderful shopping, the Seine, galleries, museums, the Champs Élysées, etc. The decor is very attractive in greys and yellows. We received a great welcome and throughout our stay all the staff were helpful and charming. The bar is great for refreshments, very comfortable, good food and service. Breakfast was good, even though it was busy at times we received good service and the food selection is great. Lovely poached eggs. Our room was extremely comfortable and very quiet with everything we required. Thanks to all. We will be back.

Мы часто останавливались в этом отеле, когда начали посещать Париж!
Потом начался период коллекционирования отелей-дворцов
Вернулись в него через 10 лет, не пожалели и даже испытали восторг!
Очень вкусный завтрак и ужин!
Дважды ужинали в отеле, на свежем воздухе, в красивом внутреннем дворике!
Очень внимательный персонал, что большая редкость для Парижа!
Для бегунов тут рай! Тюльери через дорогу!!!
Из недостатков - совсем крохотный, не оборудованный GYM, но думаю, что просто запрос от гостей минимальный

The quality of service is poor! We arrived at the Paris airport and had to wait for a pre-ordered transfer that never arrived. The transfer was ordered through the concierge service by email. In the end, it turned out that the hotel forgot about us. As a result, time and mood were lost! I will write about further impressions of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel a few days later, after the end of my stay.||Качество сервиса плохое ! Мы прилетели в аэропорт Парижа и были вынуждены ждать предварительно заказанный трансфер , который так и не приехал. Трансфер был заказан , через консьерж службу по электронной почте. В итоге выяснилось что отель про нас забыл. В результате потерянно время и настроение ! О дальнейших впечатления о отеле Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg напишу спустя несколько дней по итогу проживания.

Tout le monde a fait en sorte que nous nous sentions à l'aise et bienvenus. La chambre était extrêmement propre, les lits étaient divins et le service était de premier ordre. L'emplacement était également parfait pour faire du shopping et explorer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
