Un hôtel indépendant avec une qualité d’accueil de type familial qui me correspond tout à fait.
La situation est idéale pour la visite de paris avec des chambres extrêmement propres.
Le plus est vraiment la qualité d’accueil avec des personnes bienveillantes et attentionnées.

My wife and I spent 8 nights at Nuage in early March. We were absolutely delighted with the overall experience. During our stay, at the last minute, we chose to extend by another night and they were very accommodating. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean, service was great. To top it off the location of the hotel is great and very close to most tourist attractions. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I’m not totally sure why this place is so highly rated. The whole hotel looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint. In our room, the floorboards were coming away from the wall, the paint was peeling, all the walls were scuffed, the closet drawers didn’t open or close properly, the carpet on the stairs is worn and there are missing nails on each step, the lamp on the desk didn’t work, and the shower head was so clogged that barely any water came out. The daytime staff weren’t particularly nice or helpful to me, and they had trouble finding my reservation, and even asked if I was at the right hotel lol.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the towels were always fluffy and clean and the bed was made immaculately each day.

I don’t think this place is being maintained well enough to be considered a four star hotel, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé proche métro, dans un quartier touristique et dans une rue calme.
Petit déjeuner au top. Personnel au petit soin. Le balcon avec chaises et table est très agréable pour un moment détente. Les lits sont très confortables, j'y ai passé une de mes meilleures nuits.

Walking distance to Champs-Élysées and 30 mins walk to the museums. New boutique hotel. I stayed for 5 days, the staffs rotate alot but they are all well trained, warm and helpful. Medhi is excellent bartender and gave excellent recommendations on food, felicity was sweetest friendiest soul. The manager, Florent was very attentive to every detail which made my stay feels like home which is their mantra. But more like a home, where you are being looked after. The chef made breakfast exquisite but will be good to add variation to the menu as I ate the same all 5 days. The music playlist and vibe feels like home and Amastan has beat the most expensive hotel I'm staying right now, hands down.

Merveilleux hôtel, de la décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, aux personnels bienveillants et accueillants. Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec pleins de belles attentions du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Hôtel très charmant. Le personnel est adorable et très agréable, mais aussi compréhensif.

Les chambres offrent tout le nécessaire pour un confort optimal, le lit est confortable, pour être seul ou à deux.

Le petit déjeuner buffet était un régal. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour explorer la ville et vivre une expérience mémorable.

عطونا غرفة مشاكلهاا كثيره كان الحماام يخر والسيفون خربان يعني فيه اعطال كثيره بالحمام وكانو على درايه بهالاعطال ... قعدناا ليلتين عشان جذي ماطلبنا نغير الغرفه
وسبب اختيارناا لهذا الفندق قربه من الشانز وفعلا نمشي له مشي وحتى رحنا للغاليري مشي بدون اوبر ..
الخدمة والغرف ولا حتى المرافق تليق لفندق اربع نجوم ..

Hôtel Nuage a haven of peace in the center of Paris. A stone's throw from "Place de la Concorde" and the Champs Élysées, it's always a wonderful time to come and relax there.
For a professional stopover or a tourist stay I highly recommend it!!!

Hôtel Nuage un havre de paix en plein centre de Paris. À deux pas de la place de la Concorde et des Champs Élysées c'est toujours un magnifique moment de venir s'y reposer.

Réconciliation Parisienne!
Pour la première fois à Paris, cet hôtel nous a offert un accueil souriant, agréable et professionnel. Medhi a su nous charmer avec ses cocktails et sa disponibilité. L’accueil est souriant toute la journée. La personne de ménage est très agréable et son travail est très bien réalisé, avec professionnalisme.
Les chambres sont très bien décorées, spacieuses (pour Paris) et fonctionnelles. L’emplacement est idéal car très central…à deux pas du jardin des tuileries et du Louvre. Je recommande vivement et je remercie tout le personnel de m’avoir réconciliée avec les parisiens ????

Incroyable séjour.
Personnel très sympathique, ils ont su être à l'écoute de mes attentes, un check in avec chaleur et amabilité.
Les produits au service petit déjeuner sont frais et qualitatif.
La chambre propre avec une literie impeccable.

Wir (junges Paar) waren 4 Nächte hier zu Gast. Wundervolles, kleines Hotel. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Persönlicher, freundlicher, stets hilfsbereiter Service. Sauberes Zimmer, komfortables Bett. Schöne Bar/Lobby, wo man gerne Zeit verbringt. Frühstück sehr lecker, nach persönlichen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Insgesamt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, die einen schönen Kontrast zum bunten Treiben in der Stadt bietet. Lage toll, Seine, Louvre, Champes-Elysees in Spazierweite, diverse Metrostationen in direkter Nähe für Ausflüge.

location very nice. around corner, nice restaurants including Adian and french and etc.

good service and super nice people there. on our arriving day, Felicity welcomed us with good energy, service and also information.

however, the bethroom, especiallyshower booth was too small..it was the only problem.

it was nice to stay there and i hope to stay again there.

تعامل الموظفين رائع جدًا.. افضل فندق مر علي تعاملاً بحياتي كلها. ما شاء الله عليهم رائعين! مع اني في كل شفت اقابل شخص مختلف..

الفندق قريب لشانزلريه و لمحطة القطار و برج ايڤل تقريبًا نص ساعة له ( كلها ممكن مشي)

فيه بقالة قريبة و اغلب المطاعم و الكوفيات تحتكم..

Nice small hotel in a not so busy street. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has some nice selection of food. All in all is a very good hotel. Highly Recommanded.

4월에 방문했었습니다. 아고다로 예약했다가 이상하게 취소되어서 홈페이지 이용했더니 예약이 되더라구요.

엘레베이터 최신식이어서 편하게 잘 썼구요. 여기 직원분들이 정말 친절합니다.

위치 죽여줍니다. 단 이스라엘 외교시설이 가까이에 있는데 조심하세요. 아무 생각없이 주변 하늘사진 찍었는데 그걸 보더니 총들고 쫓아와서 막무가내로 지우라고 하더군요. 영어도 못하는 총든 여자군인? 무식해보였습니다. 참고하세요ㅋㅋ 괜히 기분 나뻐질 수 있으니...

그나저나 페리시치랑 메디 덕분에 감동의 1박2일이었습니다. 특히 여자분, 페리시치라고 했던것 같은데 그분 정말 친절했어요.

흑누나 특유의 유쾌함.. 정말 최고입니다. 사장님 이분들에게 보너스좀 주세요... 절 너무 기분좋게 해주셨네요. 빵과 과일 잊지못할 웰컴 음식이었습니다. 메디 역시 정말 친절했습니다!!

제가 묵은 방은 1인실인데 특이한 구조의 방이었어요. 화원? 나무가 가까이에 있고 약간 서브 룸 같은곳이었어요. 청결했구요 냉장고는 없었습니다. 가격대는 좀 있었지만 직원들 친절하고 불편함 없이 잘 지냈어요! 또 방문해도 좋을것 같습니다

페리시치 정말 고마워! 너의 친절 정말 최고였어!! 몇년전 파리에서의 안좋은 추억이 있었는데 이번엔 좋은 추억만 가득하다~~~! Thanks!!!!
