Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel ASTORIA pour cet excellent séjour ! Un accueil irréprochable, et une mention toute particulière à Céline et Federica à la réception : charmantes, souriantes et toujours disponibles. I recently stayed at the Astotel Hotel Astoria with a friend, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing.
We booked two rooms after calling the hotel in advance to confirm that this was necessary to accommodate our request for two separate beds. However, the room I was given turned out to have two beds in what was essentially a two-room suite, meaning we could have easily shared one room and saved money. This was frustrating and felt like a lack of clear communication on the hotel's part.
Despite having completed online check-in, I still had to wait for my room, which was only ready at 4:00 PM—an hour later than the official 3:00 PM check-in time. I was repeatedly told it would just be “15 more minutes” while waiting in the lobby, which dragged on for quite a while.
That said, the staff were very friendly and made an effort to be helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, though unfortunately very noisy as it was right next to the elevator on the 5th floor.
Breakfast was average—not as good as other hotels I stayed at in France during my trip. The highlight of the breakfast was the fantastic service by Tej, who really stood out with his warm and attentive approach.
The best part of the hotel is definitely its great location, which made getting around Paris very convenient.
Overall, this hotel has potential, but better communication and a few service improvements would have made for a much more pleasant stay.

The hotel and the staff are very kind, helping and polite, especially Frederica. The hotel is really clean and cosy. Besides it's just 25 minutes walk to the tower of Eiffel???? . I'll recommend also to take breakfast, as everything is delicious and fresh.

Très déçu de cet hôtel, pourtant habituée à ce groupe hôtelier plutôt bien,départ tardif prévue et demandé par mail aucune reponse,du coup je leur demande dès de mon arrivée et on me l'a accorde mais la femme de l'accueil me téléphone pour me dire sur un ton autoritaire le dernier jour, que c'est à midi le départ et que je doit les prévenir le jour du depart,aucune information n'a été partagés dans l'équipe,pareil pour la réservation du sauna la femme à l'accueil antipathique me dit de téléphoner moi même et que c'est payant.
Alors que c'est faux pour tout client de ce groupe hôtelier ,il suffit que la réservation soit faite par l'hôtel d'accueil et c'est gratuit pour les client du groupe comme d'habitude,elle voulait pas s'embêter et c'était moi à faire son travail quelle incompétence !Pour la visite gratuite offert aux clients Vip Gold c'est moi qui ait demandé et prouvé sur mon application, sinon je n'aurait rien eu.
Chambre très petite impossible d'ouvrir ma valise complètement ,bien sûr j'aurai pu me faire surclassée mais soi-disant c'était complet.Salle de bain étriquée pas de place pour ranger sa trousse de toilette.
Table de la salle du petit déjeuner qui prend du temps à être débarrasser, espace goûter et petit déjeuner très peu fourni et variés.
Hôtel propre, proche de tout.Mini bar ok.
Mais l'accueil devrait être revu ainsi que le partage des informations concernant les clients.
Plus d'amabilité et une meilleure reconnaissance serait apprécié

La chambre est confortable et l’emplacement central. L’hôtel est bien et j’aurais aisément mis 5 étoiles si la réception avait été à la hauteur. La procédure d’arrivée par Frederica ou Francesca je ne suis pas sûre en revanche a été très limite, j’ai eu le droit au minimum syndical avec un ton très sec, aucun sourire ni explications comme par exemple le fait qu’il y a deux ascenceurs différents pour accéder aux chambres. Elle a dit le montant à payer et m’a donné la clé sans rien dire. J’ai donc dû expérimenter par moi-même et redescendre, pour demander au second réceptionniste qui lui était bien plus aimable et agréable. Je suis habituée des hôtels parisiens pour le travail et je n’ai jamais eu un tel accueil.

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze a Parigi, alloggiando in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene .
Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile e soprattutto parlano anche italiano, la camera è pulita, ordinata e hai a disposizione un mini bar che riempiono giornalmente già compreso nella tariffa e all’ingresso puoi trovare durante la giornata anche snack degli snack da poter gustare gratuitamente e anche delle bevande calde e fredde, sempre tutto gratuitamente.
Per quanto riguarda le valigie, le puoi tenere anche dopo aver fatto il check-in lì da loro per poi passarli a ritirare prima di partire .
È disponibile su richiesta anche il ferro da stiro .
Abbiamo approfittato anche della promozione della colazione ed è stata un’ottima scelta siccome abbiamo trovato un gran buffet composto sia da marmellate, uova, salumi e formaggi Nutella e tanto altro ancora.
Sicuramente, se torneremo a Parigi, alloggeremo di nuovo qua .

Hotel was great, on great location, all staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tej on breakfast. Breakfast was tasty and full of choices. Room was very clean every day, room maids did very good job. Free drinks in mini bar was very surprising.

Number 1, the location is excellent, exactly as described, you have a lot of major attractions and sights within walking distance. The rooms are great, a special shout-out to Stephan from checking into the hotel, who was very welcoming, helping, and answering every question I had. Snacks and coffee in the lobby all day long, soft complimentary drinks at the room, overall excellent stay

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent, extremely polite, attentive, and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided daily.||One particularly classy touch that stood out was the daily provision in our refrigerator of Evian water, a bottle of Pepsi, and apple juice, something I’ve never seen offered so generously, even in higher-end hotels. It’s these small details that really elevate the experience.||The atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and tranquil, offering the perfect retreat after busy days in the city. The location is fantastic, giving you that unmistakable feeling of truly being in Paris.||I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, class, and an authentic Parisian feel.

Stayed in twin standard room upper floor in back for two nights. Tiny room as expected with plastic chair and space to open one suitcase. Stool unusable. Safe and frig. No air conditioning yet in May so we had to open window behind heavy curtains So some noise from pigeons and sirens, but not bad.||Everyone grabbing snacks (Madeleine's, cookies, etc.) in afternoon. Also free bottled drinks, coffee. Can use toilets and free snacks at other Astotels in Paris, so handy for sightseeing.||Only disappointment was front desk staff. I can accept struggle with new computer system (who hasn't) but one man repeatedly gave me bad information about taxi cost. I directly asked in multiple ways about fixed rate to airport, meter, and booking charge. He repeatedly gave me wrong answers, which cost me extra when I got a taxi he booked.

Wow! What a find!
A beautiful and modern hotel in an old, charming building in an historic part of the city. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, residential, and accessible by taxi.
There are 2 supermarkets and a few restaurants on the block.
Bus and metro stations are within walking distance. It’s just one bus ride from the Opera Garnier and the Lafayette.
The hotel offers fruit, cookies, and coffee at the lobby in the afternoons, and the complimentary room mini bar (non-alcoholic) is replenished daily.
Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Ondanks dat we niet veel in het hotel zijn geweest, zijn we enorm tevreden. Locatie was goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, de kamer waren goed, en de service van Tej aan het ontbijt was uitstekend. Goed hotel voor studenten die met een budget een lang weekend Parijs bezoeken.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location is perfect|Metro is 2 min walk , so is the bus stop|Nice cozy rooms ,very clean. The housekeeping staff makes sures everything is spic and span everyday.|The staff at the reception were very helpful and guided us well. Checkin was at 3pm, we were allowed to keep our baggage. They have coffee, cola and light snacks served throughout the day|Breakfast was good, we asked for some vegetarian options and next day they arranged for some.|Breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful, especially " Tej", he took good care of us and my kid. Very jovial and makes the atmosphere very lively|Definitely recommend this hotel

Astotel Hotel Paris – A Wonderful Stay||I had a fantastic experience at the Astotel Hotel in Paris. Everything about my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from beginning to end.||Room & Sleep Quality:|The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping through the night. The hotel is in a calm area, so I wasn’t disturbed by outside noise. The blackout curtains and cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.||Facilities & Cleanliness:|The entire hotel was spotless. Everything worked perfectly—Wi-Fi was strong, the shower had good pressure and temperature, and the room was cleaned daily with great care. The attention to detail really stood out.||Breakfast – The Highlight:|The breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of fresh options, including croissants, eggs, fruits, cheeses, and quality coffee. But what made it truly special was the kitchen staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed. You could tell they genuinely cared. Location was great, right by a train stop and close to many Parisian sights! Room was comfortable with 3 beds and the breakfast was great, lots of breads, meats, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. The perk for getting evening snacks at all locations in Paris is nice, but really who is going to eat packaged food when vacationing in Paris? Shout out to Tej who went above and beyond in providing excellent service and good jokes! Great location to get to the starting line of the Paris Marathon!
AC was not on in mid April and it was pretty warm! Opening the windows helped at night, but our room also faced the street which meant we were bombarded by the screeching of nighttime partiers. This was a bad combo as I wasn't able to get good sleep before my race. The singular tiny elevator is an annoyance, but after the initial route up with the luggage just take the stairs. If your mobility is poor then another hotel might be better suited!
Overall the hotel was great! I would stay again, though not prior to a Marathon and hopefully for a little less.

We absolutely loved staying here. The room was lovely and the location was perfect. They offered so many thoughtful extras, like a kids area in the lobby, the complimentary mini bar, the afternoon snacks and the friendly staff. Highly recommend.

C'était l'hôtel idéal pour notre séjour en famille. Les chambres situées l'une à côté de l'autre peuvent être reliées par une porte communicante, les boissons et les collations sont gratuites. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et surtout l'excellent service de TJ était super. Nous pouvons fortement recommander l'hôtel pour les familles.

Hôtel propre et confortable. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sauf pour le café qui peut être amélioré. Il a des arrêts de métro et de bus à proximité et est situé dans une zone avec de nombreux restaurants et vie. Mention spéciale à Mary, toujours à l'écoute et souriante dès la première heure. C'est sympa de trouver des gens comme ça.

Hôtel Astoria : Astotel est un excellent lieu de séjour. Cet endroit est très approprié. La station de métro est accessible à pied. Une pharmacie et un carrefour sont ouverts jusque tard dans la nuit.
Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. Le design est moderne et unique. La chambre était belle et propre. Les boissons du réfrigérateur dans la chambre sont gratuites et réapprovisionnées quotidiennement. La chambre est assez grande pour nous trois car je demande un lit supplémentaire pour mon fils. Il aime un coin minibar gratuit avec des collations, des macarons et des boissons dans les services du hall de l'hôtel jusqu'à minuit.
Il pleuvait un peu le deuxième jour, et nous avions prévu d'aller à la serviette Eiffel. Je suis passé devant la salle du petit déjeuner le matin et le nom du personnel de l'hôtel TEJ m'a demandé si j'avais besoin de boissons. Je n'ai rien dit puis il a apporté à ma femme une tasse de café chaud et de chocolat chaud pour mon fils. Ensuite, il m'a servi un plat plein de croissants et m'a dit de ne pas être timide. Ma femme était tellement étonnée qu'elle ne s'attendait pas à cette belle gâterie. Tout ce que je pouvais faire, c'était lui sourire et lui dire merci.
Il s'agissait d'autre chose que de la nourriture gratuite, et je me demandais s'il savait que sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux m'avaient donné la première impression de Paris.
