Comfortable bed, nice staff and safe place.

The best is the location, few minutes by walk or metro from touristic places. Thank you !
Belles chambres et très bien placé au centre de Paris , 10 minutes à pied de l’arc de triomphe et des grands magasins.
Le personnel est très agréable et serviable .
I was robbed during my stay, and the hotel did nothing but refund my accommodation cost. They refused to reimburse the value of my stolen belongings. The hotel has very poor security — it’s extremely easy to break into. We were robbed around 6 PM, which shows how unsafe the place is even during daylight. On the same day, three other families also got robbed. When I spoke to the hotel owner, he simply said, “I refunded your stay, that should be enough.” Unacceptable attitude and zero accountability.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel.
Lo recomiendo para hospedarse cuando visiten paris, tiene una ubicación para ir a la torre iffel.
Para ir caminando toma alrededor de 30 minutos o tomar un taxi cuesta 30 €.
Un personnel charmant et accueillant, un lieu propre, soigné, étudié des chambres avec grand lit double avec un VRAI matelas, le tout dans une tarification abordable. Je recommande fortement ????

Rude abusive attitude of reception ( Laura), i was quite sick and was hoping to get into the room at 13:00 , but no , she told me to buy a water for 2 euros or go to the next door restaurant if i feel sick , then she asked me to contact agoda for cancelation and after 10 minutes on roaming on the phone , she told agoda she is denying the request , she refused to give me any management email for a complaint ( my legal right) , she raised her voice at me up to a point where i wanted to call the police because i was basically forced to remain in that hotel even considering the incident .
I am a frequent traveler , i never saw anything like it in hotel businesses .
Rooms are depressive , not clean , poor maintanace . Please do not do the mistake to bring them your money , you will ruin your trip . there are plenty of beautiful hotels in paris from the same category
Absence de parking et sdb vraiment petite
Tudo novo, reformado, aquecedor excelente, água quente ótima.
Guardaram as malas até o período do checkin, permitindo explorar a cidade logo no primeiro dia.
Fomos bem atendidos e recepcionadas com uma carta de boas vindas, doces e uma garrafa de vinho. Muito boa a experiência.
Localização excelente, próximo do Arco do Triunfo e da Champs-Elysee e 300 metros de acesso ao metro, com integração com diversas outras linhas.
Possui padarias, restaurantes e docerias ao redor.
Fomos e voltamos de metrô para a Disney, com integração ao RER tranquilamente.
