Et kvalitetshotell i et rolig strøk, et steinkast fra Champs-Elysee. Rommet var lite men med gode kvaliteter, rent og pent og vi fikk påfyll av drikke og sjokolade på rommet uoppfordret. Personalet møter deg vennlig, frokosten er velsmakende og hele stedet har en dempet, rolig stemning.

we traveled 7 hours by car, with a small child, when we arrived, it turned out that the parking lot was occupied and we had to write some kind of letter (what nonsense) we had to sit in the lobby for quite a long time while my husband looked for where to park his car, a terrible experience, we chose this hotel because of the parking, but they did not provide us with this service

The hotel is in a really good location with the Arc de Triumph, Champs-Elysees, Hotel Invalides, Louvre all within walking distance, however the Eiffel Tower isn’t but Uber and Bolt is cheap enough to travel to the Eiffel Tower if walking is too much. The hotel is located right next to the Presidents palace where the President lives so security is really high around the hotel which makes it incredibly safe. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was also an incredible added extra. ||The staff were always welcoming and were always supportive of whatever we needed. They also went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.||Our room was amazing, the bed was huge and comfy. We had a balcony which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower where you could have a coffee whilst enjoying the view. We had a Nespresso coffee machine which was stocked daily. The room was also cleaned daily to a high standard. We had plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom was also very spacious with a good quality shower and bath. ||The breakfast was similar to most hotel breakfasts you receive at hotels in Europe, nothing special but it does the job. ||Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would most definitely stay at this hotel again when we next stay in Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had three rooms with a private shared hallway to connect us. And only one key to worry about. It gave our family plenty of space and privacy, but we didn’t feel far apart or concerned for our kids being in their own rooms. We all had our own bathrooms and the deep soaking tub in the parents room was luxurious.
The amenities, service and staff were phenomenal. I appreciated the offer of an espresso when we were checking in because we were very tired from the flight. They offered a happy hour charcuterie / snacks with an honor bar and breakfast was so good! The butter! Oh my goodness.
It’s a beautiful hotel, with lovely holiday decorations and very clean. The neighborhood is just around the corner from the presidential home, so it was very safe and close to many high-end shops and restaurants.
The only thing I did not like is that our rooms were very close to a bar called Bugsy’s and people were partying until at least 1 am. You could hear so much of the street noise, even with earplugs. It was annoying.
We had a small issue with getting our taxi from the hotel. They arrived earlier than scheduled but they weren’t allowed to park on the street and had to drive around. It was pain and the driver seemed annoyed. Not a big issue, just be careful with timing.
Otherwise it was lovely stay and I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Un très bel hôtel dans un quartier parfaitement situé et sécurisé de la capitale. Hôtel à taille humaine, avec un service parfait et de qualité. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse (double communicante). Les petites attentions pour la famille sont toujours un plaisir ! Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité, servi soit en chambre soit dans la salle du bas qui est très agréable. Le service est très attentionné. Le honesty bar est un concept également appréciable et le concept tapas offert en fin d'après-midi est une bonne idée. Le seul point négatif reste la salle de bain, pour laquelle il n'y a pas de séparation véritable avec la chambre, ce qui est à revoir. L'agence de celle-ci est aussi un problème. Cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité générale de l'établissement, de la qualité et de l'accueil. Merci.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is very safe!! The breakfast and evening charcuterie was a wonderful addition. The hotel rooms are spacious and well appointed with little treats and toiletries. I would highly recommend!

Our family of three stayed in a two room family room on the fifth floor. Complete with two full bathrooms!! Firstly, the staff, everyone that we encountered was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. The location was absolutely gorgeous and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and had plenty of room and they left some very sweet touches that were very personalized. The view from this room and balcony was absolutely spectacular, and I won’t ruin the surprise for you If you book this room. Let’s just say, I exploded with happiness! The maid service was wonderful as well as the breakfast bar and honesty bar. 10 out of 10 would stay here again in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed it!

Très bel hôtel où nous avons été agréablement accueilli tout au long de notre séjour par Noémie et son équipe ainsi que tous les employés.
Établissement idéal pour se détendre et profiter en étant au cœur de Paris. Presque tous les monuments se font à pieds.

The staff at this hotel were top notch. So was the breakfast! Best cappuccino I had in Europe. Great location re: walk-ability to all the sights. Rooms were tight, but the complimentary treats on our nightstand sweetened the deal.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Pavillon des Lettres. The Deluxe room was pretty small, which was somewhat expected in Paris. However, it had an impressive spacious bathroom. Overall, the room was cute and clean, with large windows that could be opened for a nice street view.
The entire staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. I specifically want to mention Jessa at the reception who was really nice and helpful. The staff deserves 10 stars.

We stayed here for our proposal trip to Paris, and the staff went above and beyond to help coordinate the surprise room decorations after the big moment. When we walked in to rose petals, candles, balloons, and an “engaged” banner, it was absolutely magical. Everything was beautifully arranged and made the entire evening feel that much more special.
The location is fantastic, the rooms are stylish and cozy, and the service was warm, discreet, and professional. We stayed in the Diderot room, which had a wrap around balcony and views of the Eiffel Tower.
Whether you're in Paris for a romantic getaway or a milestone moment, I can’t recommend Le Pavillon des Lettres highly enough. We’ll treasure the memories made here forever.
