Un séjour inoubliable à l’Hôtel Bedford
J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de l’Hôtel Bedford. Le service était parfait, efficace et professionnel. Le personnel a été remarquable, chaleureux, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. C’est un lieu où l’on se sent réellement bien accueilli. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un cadre élégant et un accueil irréprochable au cœur de Paris

Top floor (8th) have a nice view of the city with a small balcony you can sit on but they are smaller than the rooms on the lower floor. Just decide whether room size or view is more important to you. Staff is excellent and this is the hotel I choose whenever I am in Paris

Room was correct.
It didn't have usual amenities such as free water when arriving or toothbrbush that you may find in other 4 star hotel.
Is well located.
The best for me is the staff , they are mice, kind, polite, helpful and warming. At the reception, bar, etc. All of them.

I really liked the location, it was quiet but still quite close to the main sightseeing places. Very clean, and quite spacious for Paris. There is a beautiful restaurant and a bar, we had some drinks in the bar, the service was great. Next time I am definitely staying there again. On the video and photos you can see some view from the hotel room windows, lobby and inner garden of the hotel.

Had a great time staying in this hotel. It’s in a central location and really easy to access the metro. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and everything seemed to be run in a very efficient manner. They gave us an unexpected upgrade to a very large room. It was so quiet. We didn’t hear a thing from any other room/street noise and slept really well in a very comfortable bed. I’d definitely return to this hotel, it was a great experience.

On a réservé une chambre avec vue. On a pas été déçus !! Sublime vue sur les toits de Paris et Montmartre. Ça a contribué à notre parenthèse enchantée sur Paris.

More than 20 years after my first stay, Hotel Bedford is still a very good option for any visit to Paris.|Location near Madeleine is very good, rooms are clean and spacious but service makes a real difference and sets the Bedford in a class of its own.|Looking forward to my next visit.

Je n'y ai pas dormi, juste assister à une conférence. Hôtel un peu vieillot, buffet correct.

Nous avons passé trois jours dans cet hôtel et nous avons été très satisfaits du petit-déjeuner et de la chambre. En particulier, lors de notre départ, un monsieur du personnel nous a accompagnés jusqu’à notre destination car nos valises étaient lourdes. C’était un vrai gentleman français. Nous sommes très tristes de ne pas avoir eu l’occasion de lui demander son nom. Nous le remercions et nous l’aimons <3.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! L'accueil chaleureux, le personnel attentionné, la propreté impeccable des chambres et les services proposés ont largement dépassé nos attentes. The hotel lacks a lot of amenities of a 4 star hotel. Was very disappointed in our stay, the staff just seem like they are forced to work there and don’t have any welcoming skills — except the doorman who was wonderful —
Bedsheets weren’t changed everyday, had to request toothbrushes every single day, and when we ordered from room service they delivered the food without any utensils and we called to request some - but it never showed up

The location of the hotel is great but other than that it’s not worth it at all. This is more like a 2 star hotel not 4

Très bel hôtel de charme

The concierge, Harisch, made our stay!! He gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and got us into some lovely spots for dinners.

Our room was nice and very spacious. The bed, however, was very uncomfortable for what I’m used to (it was very very hard).

Petit week end Parisien en famille dans cet hôtel .
Très bon accueil . La chambre est très spatieuse, agréable et calme . L’endroit est juste magnifique. Petite mention particulière pour le concierge qui a été au petit soin et pour ces recommandations.
L’endroit est idéalement bien situé, proche des galeries et des monuments . À refaire

It’s century old family run hotel is beautiful a real Gem in the heart of Paris - central for everything - we have spent 5 nights in this beautiful period building - You would think the way it is ran it would be a small boutique hotel but how wrong - it has over 150 rooms - we only had 2 but they were beautiful my furnished with a hint of luxury .The staff are so friendly and helpful - the dinning room is so beautiful - I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel

On a passé de très bons moments dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est qualifié et très attentionné , la salle du petit déjeuner est à couper le souffle , le restaurant était excellent . L’emplacement topissime à côté des galeries lafayettes printemps , 10 minutes à pieds faubourg saint honoré , 25 minutes à pieds Champs Elysées et j’en passe . À recommander !

L'accueil est excellent, l'emplacement parfait. Le hall d'entrée est beau, par contre, déception au niveau de la chambre. Propre et spacieuse mais un peu désuète. Manque de chaleur, de décoration et surtout pas de plateau café/thé : pas de quoi se préparer quelque chose de chaud au réveil. Même en demandant à la réception, rien n'est prévu. Evidemment pas de bouteille d'eau offerte non plus ...
Le meuble sous lavabo était en train de tomber, personne ne l'avait remarqué. Cela a été rectifié lorsque je l'ai signalé.
Décevant pour un hôtel qui se veut de standing.

Was soll ich sagen? Ein top 4 Sterne Hotel in einer wirklich super Lage, fast alles fussläufig in 2-3 km zu erreichen.

Der Service ist 5 Sterne Niveau, das Restaurant sucht seinesgleichen, der Kellner im Barbereich gehört befördert für seine fast schon übertriebene Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Selten so einen Kellner erlebt der seinen Job so liebt wie er. Wirklich, hätte ich ein Restaurant / bar hätte ich ihm sofort einen Job angeboten.

Die Rezeption ist Hammer!

Die Zimmer sind zwar alt, aber sehr gepflegt, sehen richtig nett aus und ja, es ist einfach alles in allem ein wirklich 100% empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Durch die Verbindungstüren auch familienfreundlich.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: es gibt keine Tomaten oder Gurken oder sonstwas zum Frühstück. Das wäre in der heutigen Zeit empfehlenswert.

Und: die Zimmer sind so heiß! Ich hab keine Ahnung was da los ist, aber trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung konnte ich die Decke kaum nutzen. Alle haben nur geschwitzt in der Nacht. Offene Fenster sind leider keine Option da nachts doch mal der eine oder andere meint, genau beim Hotel Gas geben zu müssen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man allerdings nichts!

Wenn ich nochmal nach Paris komme, komme ich 100% in dieses Hotel da es hier einfach passt man ich mich daheim fühle.

Hotel, Personal, Ambiente und die Lage sind wirklich sehr gut.
Einzige Minuspunkt war die Parkplatzmöglichkeit.
Obwohl wir ausdrücklich gefragt haben ob die Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind und uns gesagt wurde dass parkieren kein Problem sei.
Bei der Ankunft hieß es, parkieren sei nicht möglich übers Hotel.
Hotel hat nur 6 Parkplatz gepachtet.
Wir müssten dann selber einen Parkplatz in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus suchen.

Locul foarte frumos, însă pereții sunt subțiri și se aud zgomotele celorlalți. În schimb arată foarte bine.

Personnel agréable, lobby sympathique, idéalement situé.
Les chambres sont par contre un peu vieillottes, mais leur terrasse est cool !
