We had a short trip but during this time we managed to fall in love and enjoy the excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location of the hotel and a very stylish, spacious and cozy room! Staying at the hotel left the most pleasant memories, which we will definitely repeat soon, I can confidently recommend this hotel to everyone!

I booked a suite at Elysia for our wedding weekend, expecting a luxurious experience given the premium price and the hotel’s 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the suite was a complete letdown. The room felt oppressive with low ceilings and small, jail-like windows that made it impossible to take decent wedding photos. The shower had no hot water, which was unacceptable for a supposedly high-end property.

To add insult to injury, a friend staying in a standard room at the same hotel had floor-to-ceiling windows, a charming Romeo and Juliet balcony, and high ceilings—everything I’d hoped for in the suite. The contrast in room quality for a higher price is baffling and felt unfair.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’m shocked at the 5-star rating. I hope the management addresses these inconsistencies to prevent other guests from similar disappointments.

The hotel is beautiful and just what you picture when you think of a Paris Hotel. It is well located to easily walk to various tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. The experience was even better than expected as the staff is super friendly, extremely helpful and always available for any questions you might have. We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and the level of service and kindness was the same from day one to day 15. Many thanks to all the staff that made our stay one to remember.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Osama . Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely come back again!

So we stayed for 1 night, during which the three lovely ladies Victoine, Rogemm, and Léa, I’m not sure if my spelling is correct. However the tree staff of reception showed warm and professional care to us. The rooms interior is very aesthetically pleasing so we do strongly recommend for anyone wanting a good view of Paris.

This is a beautiful hotel but that’s just the building. This hotel is staffed with the kindest & most helpful staff imaginable. Their |Courtesy and attention to detail dispel all the talk of arrogant Parisians!! I travel the world & have never encountered a more welcoming place to stay. PS: the food is delicious & they know how to make a mean martini!!

Notre adresse incontournable à Paris – chaque séjour est encore meilleur|Quel magnifique hôtel ! Tout est impeccable : les chambres sont propres et élégamment décorées, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, et l’ambiance générale est incroyablement apaisante. On a vraiment l’impression d’arriver dans un cocon de confort.||Mais ce qui fait vraiment toute la différence, c’est le personnel. Tellement aimable, chaleureux et attentionné – on se sent vraiment accueilli avec le cœur. Cela crée une ambiance unique.||Le sauna privatif, que l’on réserve pour soi, est un vrai moment de détente. Toujours propre, parfaitement entretenu, et idéal pour se relaxer à deux après une journée à découvrir la ville.||C’était déjà notre troisième séjour ici, et à chaque fois, c’est encore mieux. Tout est parfait : l’emplacement, le service, le calme… rien à redire. On a déjà hâte de revenir !

Truly, a home away from home, but add exquisite decor, and a true Parisian feel.|There was no detail unattended to and everybody on the team from doorman, front desk all the way to upper management and restaurant staff go above and beyond to make you feel special and welcomed. The food is exquisite so eat at the restaurant every chance you get.I cannot wait to return and see my Parisian family at the Elysian.

We live just around the corner, but when our apartment suddenly had no hot water, we decided to book a night at Hotel Elyssia and honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even offered us a complimentary upgrade!||The room was stunning. Elegant, spacious, and so beautifully decorated. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious, from the soft lighting to the comfortable bed. It truly felt like a little escape, even though we were just a few streets from home.||What could have been a frustrating evening turned into such a lovely and relaxing stay, all thanks to the wonderful team at Elyssia. We’re so glad we discovered this gem and will definitely be recommending it to anyone visiting Paris!

Passage du 23 au 26 04 . Encore un séjour enchanté à l’elysia. Équipe et chambre au top. Première au spa et salle de fitness pour nous : super service. Emplacement à 2 pas des champs Élysée très pratique. Une valeur sûre pour moi. Un seul bémol : fonctionnement très chaotique du wifi en chambre.

Overall; almost perfect. One thing different from Norway. Back home we have breakfast included also the day we check out. Here we must pay €35 + €11 pr. person if we want breakfast. We have the room until 12 a.m. so it should be included. And now; one week since the stay I still don’t recieve my deposit in €250.

Su restaurante respira gastronomía creativa. Los platos que elabora riman con el arte más efímero de los que conocen, el culinario. Los domingos, organiza un servicio de brunch muy bien establecido y al que suman muchos adictos de París y otros llegados de allende de la capital francesa. Muy logrados los sabores presentados en la mesa.

Our stay at Elysia was one of the best parts of the trip! It’s located in Champs-Élysées and is within walking distant to a lot of great shops/restaurants and is in a safe location. ||The hotel was very clean and family friendly. ||Special thanks to Oussama, Mohammed, Joseph, and Omar. They were so accommodating and made our stay a lot better.

The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed an order, but it arrived in such poor condition that I couldn't eat it. I politely requested them to take it back, but I was taken aback when I noticed they charged me for the meal I hadn’t even touched. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The following day, I switched to a hotel across the street, and I’m so pleased I did. The food, service, and staff at the new hotel were absolutely fantastic

My husband and I stayed at the signature suite with our kids and it was so spacious! The view was beautiful with four balconies! The most important aspect for me was the safety of it. We not once felt unsafe, and we felt very confident going to bed. In the past, we've also stayed at 5 star hotels and had a couple sketchy moments with weird men knocking then leaving once they saw my husband, but in this hotel, we felt extremely safe which to me is very important when traveling with kids. Lastly, every member of the hotel staff was so sweet and accommodating, I called one night and asked for Chamomile tea because the room didn't have any, and they apologized and also said they don't have any downstairs as well. But 5 mins later, they knocked and found some for me and brought me some with an already hot pot of water! I could tell they go out of their way for their guests. I'll defiantly be staying here again!

We stayed at Hotel Elysia in Paris for our honeymoon, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering warm and personalized service that made us feel genuinely cared for.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious assortment of macarons in our room — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our entire stay. We also have a pork allergy, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every dining experience was safe and enjoyable without compromising on flavor or quality.

The room was elegant, romantic, and impeccably clean, with classic Parisian charm and modern comforts. The location was perfect for exploring the city while still offering a quiet, luxurious retreat to come home to each evening.

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a special occasion. Hotel Elysia exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already dreaming of returning for an anniversary in the future!

Cet hôtel a été une magnifique découverte pour fêter nos fiançailles. Son emplacement, à quelques pas des Champs-Élysées, allie l’effervescence parisienne à une véritable bulle de sérénité une fois la porte de la chambre fermée. Nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, qui s’est révélée encore plus belle et spacieuse en vrai que sur les photos, un détail appréciable tant les grands espaces sont rares à Paris.||Avant notre arrivée, la conciergerie s’est montrée à l’écoute et a parfaitement respecté chacune de mes demandes pour préparer la chambre de manière à émerveiller ma moitié. Chaque détail comptait, et l’attention portée aux petites choses a marqué notre séjour : de délicats macarons à savourer, des cartes avec de petits mots chaleureux, et même des touches aussi inattendues que la météo du jour affichée dans l’ascenseur ou un rappel pour le changement d’heure.||Le spa, accessible sur réservation et sans frais supplémentaires, offrait un véritable moment de détente avec son grand jacuzzi, son sauna et son hammam. Un poème de Ronsard, inscrit sur les murs, ajoutait une touche poétique à l’ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et raffiné, nous a été apporté en chambre sur demande, rendant le matin encore plus agréable. Le massage que nous avons commandé a également été d'une grande qualité, complétant parfaitement cette expérience de bien-être.||Mais ce qui rend cet hôtel exceptionnel pour nous, c’est son personnel. Toujours disponible, attentif, et n’hésitant pas à se plier en quatre – voire à courir – pour satisfaire chaque demande. Leur dévouement a rendu ce séjour inoubliable.||Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Il mérite chacune de ses cinq étoiles.

Visited with my adult daughter. The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the welcome and the general attention of the staff. The only name I took was David, the porter, sorry but all reception staff, dining staff and cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy.|The room was a Classic and faultless. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Breakfast was so fresh with something for everyone. We had dinner and were blown away by the attention to detail: amuse buches; fresh bread topped up as required and petit fours when we thought they couldn't do more.|The location is 5 minutes walk from Champs Elysee and The Arc de Triomphe. We walked almost everywhere with comfort.|Paris is wonderful but staying here makes it even better. Thank you x
