This is a Great hotel. Great location. Kind and accommodating staff that spoke English. Great food. Great room service. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. The reception desk helped us make dinner reservations and had fantastic food recommendations. We would stay here again.

It was my first time in Marriott Champs Elysees.
Even though there were few comments on the room upon arrival, the quick corrective action taken was excellent.
Location is exceptional, of course. It helps enjoy the Champs Elysees streert.
Marriott Champs Elysees will be the first choice whenever possible.
It is to note that Price is high....

My family and I just spent a truly wonderful four nights at the Marriott Champs Elysees. The staff at the hotel is simply incredible - the epitome of hospitality. ||If you are able to snag a presidential Eiffel Tower Suite - go for it. Truly amazing!||The breakfast at the hotel is also delightful. The crepes were a highlight of the family and the morning. ||While the hotel’s lobby is slightly dated, and the atrium lobby, while beautiful, is a tremendous waste of space, the rooms are spectacularly up to date and modern. ||The hotel located smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Champs Elysees - close to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and all the best shopping. Its location doesn’t get any better. ||While there may be more luxurious Marriott properties in Paris, for the price, it doesn’t get any better than this Marriott. I’d happily stay again.

About an hours drive from CDG airport. Couple of times staying here. Excellent location to shopping, restaurants and sights with very convenient parking. Modern rooms (Marriott signature beds and bedding) with interior view of the atrium. I've also stayed inan Eiffel Tower view room with an opening door w/ a minimal balcony. Quaint continental+ breakfast available: omelette station, additional ... eggs, crepes, cheeses, yogurt, croissant & coffees.

Breakfast organisation is a mess. There is no space to sit at all, never seen something so badly organised. There was no space to sit so I decided to take a croissant to go. There is a rule to not take cutlery out (which is fine), but if you decide to take 1 small croissant in a napkin they will not let you take it and throw it away instead. Was I supposed to just put it in my mouth and transport it that way? Would they have asked me to spit it out? Honestly disgraceful to see food being thrown away. I suggest you improve the management of the breakfast area so people can actually eat there instead of throwing food away. It’s a lose lose situation: I don’t get to have breakfast, hotel wastes food = bad experience for both.

Lovely hotel. François was amazing! The entire staff was wonderful actually but we dealt with François the most because we was so wonderful!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city & convenient to everything. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast.

500 euros per night for a room without a window. What else to say?

As a father currently staying at the Paris Marriott Champs Élysées Hotel with my family, I can honestly say this vacation has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel right at home. The service here is truly exceptional—every request was met with genuine care and attention, making our family vacation not only comfortable but also incredibly memorable.

The hotel itself exudes a refined elegance that blends classic Parisian charm with modern luxury. Our spacious room offers breathtaking views of the bustling Champs-Élysées, and the amenities cater perfectly to both adults and children. The kids have been delighted with the playful touches in the common areas, while I’ve appreciated the quiet corners designed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

One of the many reasons I chose this hotel was its unbeatable location. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it provides easy access to some of the city’s most iconic tourist sites—all within walking distance. Just a short stroll away, we marveled at the Arc de Triomphe, an emblem of French history and architectural grandeur. The Champs-Élysées itself is a vibrant stretch filled with history, culture, and a lively atmosphere, perfect for a family walk in the evening. Not far from the hotel, you can also visit the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais, both architectural masterpieces that host fascinating art and cultural exhibitions.

From start to finish, the hotel made sure it was an amazing trip for my family. We are so appreciative as every member of the staff was amazing. A special shout out to Eve Marie and her amazing manager Fabien! They were so kind, genuine, generous and loving! Absolutely loved these two special amazing people!!! Special shout out to the concierge team, you’re treats, note and room was soooo spectacular! Also, a special shoutout to the amazing breakfast crew. Amazing place!

Désolée je mets 1 Etoile pour illustrer la frustration et la tristesse que j'ai ressenti en organisant mon mariage en mai 2025 avec Mariott Champs Elysee. J'ai fait plusieurs visites avec mon conjoint, l'équipe évènementiel nous a établi plusieurs devis précis. J'ai commence à me projeter et à réfléchir à la déco. Nous avions reçu une date pour venir signer le devis. Et la VEILLE, on nous appelle pour dire que Marriott ne fera aucun évènement de janvier à novembre 2025 à cause de travaux. Comment une telle décision peut elle être si soudaine et sans préavis ? Est ce que Marriott rembourse et annule les évènements 2025 déjà signés ? La manière dont l'équipe évènementiel a géré mon dossier a manqué de professionnalisme et de transparence.

A propos du brunch dominical à 89€/personne. Le brunch en lui même était bien. Mais le personnel très distant.
On nous a donné une table de deux alors que nous étions 3, c’était fort incommodant. Je ne réitérais pas l’expérience

I just had one night here prior to leaving France but I wish I’d stayed longer! A beautiful hotel in a great location. My room was amazing too. I looked over the Champs Élysées with big open glass doors that kept the noise out when closed. The hotel is in the middle of renovations so food options were reduced but still good. I had dinner at the front sitting area - tasty croque monsieur - the service was also very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Service très moyen. Produit de basses qualités et pas de grand choix! Une ambiance pas très chaleureuse. Je m’attendais à un brunch haut de gamme et c’était plutôt du moyen de gamme. Les plats étaient froids, pas qualitatifs et pas savoureux. Heureusement que le seul pruoduits de qualité étaient les huîtres. Très déçu !

Il est très bien situé mais la chambre est petite

Je trouve dommage pour un hôtel de luxe de s’adonner à la pratique de surfacturation. Vous commandez quelque chose et on vous facture systématiquement du surplus et ce, même pour les boissons… Quand on signale les faits, ils refont l’addition mais si vous ne vous rendez compte de rien alors pas vu, pas pris ! Une honte. Je ne recommande absolument pas !!!! Sinon le lieu est très sympa et bien décoré mais il faut être un minimum loyal envers ses clients.

Hôtel exceptionnel.

Nous ne pouvions pas être plus satisfaits du service. Nous étions une famille de six personnes et le personnel était très amical et serviable. Je sais que Paris a la réputation d'être impoli avec les Américains, mais le personnel nous a fait sentir comme chez nous !
