The Staff is curtious, Eric was extremely accommodating. Rooms are spacious and the Air Conditioning is PHENOMINAL which is not the case in many hotels. Will certainly stay again and will recommend to my colleagues.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The room for three persons was spacious, however it needs renovation (especially floors). The door to the room was exceptionally heavy, the same with the elevator. The room was clean, The safe didn't work but it was exchanged for a new one the next day (in the meantime we were offered the possibility to store our documents safely in a different safe). Typical French breakfast with possibility to order extras.

Super hôtel hyper bien situé, très confortable, style purement parisien, avec un patio intérieur. Chambre assez spacieuse, lit excellent et belle salle de bain. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Petit déjeuner continental parfait. A recommander les yeux fermés. A savoir pour certaines personnes, c'est sans ascenseur.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, con camere con affaccio su un rilassante cortile interno, ristrutturate di recente (c'è la moquette, questo è vero, ma tutto è molto pulito e ordinato), con bagni molto moderni e funzionali. L'accoglienza è stata eccezionale (Yannick, in particolare, simpaticissimo). Un'ottima soluzione dove alloggiare per visitare Parigi in tutta serenità.

The reception staff at this small older hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side, but are quite adequate. Housekeeping was a bit haphazard the first few days we were there, but after I mentioned it to reception it got much better.

ho passato un week end con la mia famiglia a Parigi. l'hotel all'entrata è accogliente, personale gentile. Salendo verso le camere la situazione cambia completamente. Scale strettissime, moquette datata, ascensore vecchio e piccolo, corridoi delle stanze stretti e poco curati (sacchi di biancheria abbandonati). La stanza, su nostra richiesta, è stata cambiata perchè non era quella della prenotazione (chiamano "suite" delle stanze che sono lontanissime da questo concetto!). Bagno cieco, grande con doccia e vasca. Il divano letto è piuttosto piccolo, per un adulto non è particolarmente adatto. non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Si possono lasclare le valigie in caso di partenza alla sera. Metro a 7 minuti di strada.

Très bel hôtel à la décoration très parisienne, très bien situé, la literie est impeccable et confortable. Un accueil chaleureux et dévoué du personnel, cela devient rare donc très appréciable. Séjour pour un concert au théâtre Marigny qui est à seulement 15 minutes à pied ou en métro. Je vous le recommande pour vos long ou court séjours.

Die Personal war super nett und freundlich.
Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Die Toilette war sauber, aber eng. Das Bad war auch sauber, aber es waren an den Wänden und in der Dusche noch Haare.

Nous sommes venues en famille. Chamber très propre, spatieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour une nuit. La literie est très confortable. Nous étions dans une chambre côté cours : très calme. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages pour profiter de notre dernière journée.

Over the last three decades I have stayed at the Concortel on numerous business and family vacations. What I appreciate most are the location and friendly staff. ||I have always found the area safe and walkable day or night. The hotel is a couple of easy blocks to the Madeleine metro enabling access to the all of central Paris. Plus the hotel is a quick walk to Gare St Lazare (Normandy travel) and even our mobility compromised friend preferred not taking a taxi. There are many restaurants in the area so no need to venture far at night. ||What also struck me on this latest trip is how much I enjoy coming back to this less touristy area after an exhausting day of site seeing and crowds. ||Eric and Yannick are two of the most friendly hotel managers you could hope to meet anywhere and will go overboard to make your vacation or stay enjoyable. ||As far as the rooms, I find them comparable to any hotel rooms in Europe and similar in price to other central Paris rooms. We booked a small room for 5 nights and after checking in decided to upgrade to the superior. I also much prefer the character of the Concortel to the larger business hotels I have stayed at in Paris and other European cities. ||Hope to see you again Eric and Yannick!||Recommendations -Eric’s wife runs Village Madeleine restaurant (ask directions), Tradition Boulangerie excellent sandwiches.

Pour l’anniversaire de ma maman j’y avais réservé trois chambres pour ma famille. Ils ont été enchantés.
Les champs sont belles, spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner parisien consistant.
Une mention spéciale à tout le staff qui a tout fait pour que ma famille se sente à l’aise pendant leur séjour.

The staff is most accommodating! I left my phone in the hotel room upon my departure and didn't realize until I arrived at the airport. They boxed it up immediately and sent it to me in the US right away! I am so thankful. Everyone is so kind and the hotel is very quaint, cozy, has all the amenities and is very close to many sites, the river and transportation. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Paris!

I chose this hotel for its convenient location and its very reasonable prices for Paris (~160€/night). It’s an older building but impeccably maintained, with a charm that adds to its appeal.||Upon arrival, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, promptly fulfilling my spontaneous requests for spare toothpaste and slippers which I had forgotten to take with me. A very nice service!||The room itself was clean, warm, and quiet. There were no issues with hot water, and soap and shampoo were readily available. I was able to enjoy an uninterrupted night’s sleep, with no noise from traffic or other disturbances.||The room also offered a clear view of the well-lit Parisian style buildings. So, beyond its great practicality, the hotel provides a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.||While I didn’t try the breakfast or other catering options due to an early business meeting, the bustling activity I observed in the dining area each morning suggests that the offerings are well-regarded. This is what I would assume as a guest looking to eat at the hotel.||The standout quality of this hotel is its excellent staff. There were no language barriers, and both the reception team and the director were professional, efficient, and accommodating. They promptly issued a correctly detailed invoice with my billing address—a service that is not always guaranteed at other establishments. For business travelers, this level of precision and professionalism is highly appreciated. I was able to check out without any unnecessary delays.||In summary, I recommend Hotel Concortel to anyone seeking a reasonably priced, well-located, and comfortable hotel in Paris. It offers reliable service and a pleasant stay without complications.
