Magnífica estancia en Maison Malesherbes, buena ubicación, habitación maravillosa y personal muy amable, en especial un chico joven que hablaba español, fue encantador. Repetiría sin duda.

Un hotel piccolino ma tenuto molto bene ed estremamente pulito. Posizione comoda a pochi passi dal pieno centro della città e servita bene dai mezzi pubblici. E cosa da sottolineare, la macchina del caffè in camera che per me vale le 5 stelle. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la luminosità non eccellente della nostra camera e la ristrettezza degli ambienti (che però so bene essere caratteristica degli edifici parigini).

Concierge ,Djamel was exceptional with directions. A defenite asset to the establishment. The location was ideal for walking to main monuments.
Room was on the small side, needed to ask for toilet paper on regular basis, had to ask for water bottle daily as well coffee for the room. Ice was hard to get.

Excellent location and service, nice details and amenities, great staff - Fouad and all his colleagues have made the stay extremely pleasant.

Accueilli par le directeur même, chambre prête malgré mon arrivé assez tôt.
Personnel souriant et serviable et de bon conseil (transports, restaurants...).
Décoration fait avec goût, bien entretenu et propre.
Une petite perle en plein centre de Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The personell was very helpful and gave attention to small customer details, like offering coffee and water while we waited for our taxi. The hotel is beautiful and the interior is thoughtful and classy. Also we had a nice view over the church.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I am a solo female traveler and to say they took care of me during my stay is an understatement! Fouad worked night shift and he was the best, very kind and was available for all of my requests. He went above and beyond to secure my safety since he knew I was alone. Djamel was also so kind, made my check in process a breeze and helped me with all of my luggage. Outstanding customer service, they all deserve a raise!

For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting more. Mind you, this hotel is not a bad hotel, it just does not match the expectations I had for that rating.

Good:
- The staff is very friendly and makes an effort to welcome you, almost every time!
- The bed is comfortable.
- The rooms are somewhat large for a hotel in Paris.
- It's well decorated and feels premium.
- Our bathroom was large.

Not good:
- There is no indoor restaurant.
- The room service is made through a third-party service, which might close independently from the hotel, so you cannot have delivery at your room every day (we had this happen towards the end of the year).
- Our room had a shower that drained slower than a snail climbing Mount Everest, which meant we finished each shower in our own foot juice. And I mean 1-2 inches of water (3-6 cm).
- Our A/C didn't work (only blew hot air), and the room was somewhat warm, which made the night not 100% enjoyable.
- The shower head holder was not holding properly anymore, which meant it could fall at any time if handled improperly.
- The soap holder had little bumps which would make the soap bottles constantly fall.

The issues above are not horrendous in themselves, but are definitely not at the level of a 4-star hotel. And it's the sum of it all that makes it less than satisfying.

The end-of-year absence of service was not just one day, it was for multiple days: Dec 30th - Jan 2nd. Again, not unexpected, but lacking at this price ($300 / night).

I am certain the staff would have helped if we reported the problems (see my previous positive review about the staff!), but my point is that they shouldn't have been issues in the first place for that level of hotel quality.

Very cosy hotel with the best location! View from the room with balcony is amazing! Comfort, Parisian atmosphere, friendly staff! Perfect hotel for a city break in Paris!

The room was decorated very nicely however there were a few things that weren’t great.

There was only a bath no shower which was quite strange.
The double bed was two single beds pushed together which kept separating. The door was not sound proofed so in the morning you could clearly hear people outside talking and making noise.
One other small thing was they had no ice or ice bucket for champagne which was minor but, quite disappointing.

I liked this hotel but, wouldn’t be rushing back as the cost does not reflect with those issues.
