My luxurious stay at Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris was nothing short of excellent. Nestled in the heart of the elegant Madeleine neighbourhood, this hotel perfectly blends Parisian luxury with a gourmet experience. From the stylish Madeleine Suite with signature Fauchon touches to the exquisite in-room gourmet bar, everything exuded sophistication. The Grand Café Fauchon served creative and delicious cuisine, elevating the overall experience. The most special is the unmatched view of the iconic Madeleine Church – a distinction held only by this five-star hotel in Paris

We stayed at the hotel yesterday for 5 nights and very much enjoy the experience. Daniel at the front desk was amazing,, our cleaning people were awesome and the managers of the restaurant were great. We would highly recommend best place to stay

Very lovely hotel at an excellent location — easy to walk to attractions and restaurants and close to metro. We were upgraded to a large, beautiful suite overlooking the Madeline (Leaders Club benefit). The service was top notch and most helpful. The restaurant was fantastic — breakfast and dinner — and provided excellent alternatives to our gluten and lactose (cow dairy) restrictions.

Loved staying at the Fauchon L’Hotel. Great location, delicious breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic snacks in the room from Fauchon. Great Dyson hairdryer in a custom pink case! The front desk and concierge staffs are all very accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. Having started as a purveyor of fine foods, Fauchon has the best breakfast spread ever! From the delicious jams and pastries to the most creamy Greek yogurt I’ve ever tasted (I’ve heard other customers exclaim in delight as well), it was such a treat and a favorite part of our trip. ||But what really makes this a 5 star experience is the staff! They’re so helpful and kind and just wonderful. And our room was huge (for Paris), with a balcony. What a lovely stay, we’ll be back!

We were so impressed with the hotel and the staff! |I’ve travelled heavily for the last 35 years and can’t remember a hotel where 100% of the employees were genuinely friendly and willing to accommodate in any way they could. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable!|Our room developed an air conditioning problem and changed us to another room right away with pleasure. The manager, Chadi Lotfi, was extremely professional and wanted us to enjoy our stay. He and the rest of the employees would enquirer about our day and greet us with opening the door each time. |The genuineness of all was so refreshing. The employees we encountered the most were Chadi, Aurelie, Solene, Nicolas, and Phillipine. They were all excellent!|Fauchon LHotel Paris is very fortunate to have these people working for them!

We spent 9 nights at the Fauchon L’Hotel. The hotel is extremely well located, and has a very welcoming feeling. This was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the second we stepped through the doors, until the moment we left, we received such good care; the entire hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, and did everything possible to make our stay memorable. We looked forward to seeing them every time we passed through the hotel lobby. They helped us with reservations, hard to get museum tickets, detailed planning for a day trip to a charming small town outside Paris, as well as with anything we required in our hotel room. Thank you Muhammad(sp?), Shadi(sp?), Roman(sp?), and everyone that we encountered at the front desk!||We had come to celebrate a special anniversary, and the entire team went out of their way to welcome us with unique and sweet touches in our hotel room, gifts and champagne, to mark the occasion! ||The hotel room was very comfortable, with comfortable furniture and nice products. The gourmet bar was a unique item, and just as advertised - filled daily with delicious treats and a great variety of teas that we looked forward to on our return to our room every evening. ||The Fauchon breakfast served in the café every morning was outstanding. Every item was perfect – the basket of bakery products, butters and jams, fruit bowl, cheeses, cereals, varieties of egg preparations, waffles, crepes, ……. And the café servers were the best! We got to know them by name over the days we were there, and they too played a huge part in our wonderful experience at this hotel!||Look forward to visiting them again!!!!!

We enjoyed an excellent stay and were most impressed by the attentiveness and generosity of the staff. We appreciated their efforts to make our stay most memorable. The suite was fantastic - very spacious and comfortable and with the added bonus of the Fauchon products in the minibar! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stylish and exclusive hotel!

Une suite incroyable avec une vue sur madeleine et un accueil et un service dîner/ petit déjeuner de qualité comme ont en voit rarement une équipe au top et chaleureux et la nourriture tout simplement incroyable de très bon conseil sur le vins pour accompagner les plats de très bon cocktail aussi fais par les barmans

My husband and I stayed at Fauchon for four nights during our first trip to Paris. We were in the Panche suite which was a perfect home base for us. The room was immaculate, the gym and steam room delightful and the location perfect! It was close to the metro, parks, luxury shopping, museums, and restaurants. ||A true highlight was the staff. They were all very welcoming and helpful, for example one young man behind the front desk walked us several blacks to a takeout sushi restaurant to make sure they were open when we got back fairly late after a busy day of sightseeing. ||They also did a wonderful job accommodating my husband’s allergies when stocking our room with delicious goodies from Fauchon’s gourmet food line. We looked forward to our treats every day. ||I highly recommend this boutique hotel that’s close to everything but still a quiet oasis to retreat to after a busy day.

I always stay at different hotels in a large city when I travel. In Paris, no more! I will always stay at Fauchon L’Hotel. Upon our arrival, Nicholas and Mohammed made us feel SO welcome and the rest of the staff followed up for the whole stay. Breakfast was lovely, started off every day wonderfully. Our room was super quiet, so restful. We can’t wait to return, a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!

フレンドリーかつプロフェッショナルなスタッフのおかげで素晴らしい滞在でした。|先ずは、予定よりかなり早く到着したにも関わらず、図書館でウェルカムドリンクを頂いている間にチェックインも完了し、そのまま部屋に案内してもらえました。簡単なことのようで、そこまで柔軟に対応してもらえることは、実はなかなかありません。|こちらは荷物だけ預けて戻ってくるつもりだったので、ある意味嬉しいサプライズ！||今回は滞在が短かったのがとても残念です。|また是非戻って来たいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。|Grand Cafe Fauchonのお食事もとても美味しかったですし、サービスも気配りが素晴らしかったです。|まさに最初から最後までMagical Stayでした！

L'albergo è in una posizione perfetta, due passi dalla chiesa della Madeleine, place della concorde è raggiungibile a piedi. Una zona molto elegante e leggermente fuori da quelle maggiormente prese di assalto dai turisti. L'accoglienza è impeccabile. In stanza è presente una piccola dispensa di prodotti della omonima gastronomia che è davvero buonissima. La stanza mi è costata circa 700 euro a notte, in linea con lo standard offerto

The hotel is super helpful in helping me find my lost phone! Me and my family stayed in hotel Fauchon for 2 days in our Paris. We've got room upgrade and daily refreshment of delicious cookies.
Besides, the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful to help me find my phone. I've lost my phone on the taxi seat. At the time, i was very stressful, since i was already on the way back to London and then back to US. The hotel helped me contact the taxi company and successfully convinced the taxi driver to send the phone back to the hotel. After that, hotel staff also helped me arranged the DHL, packaged my lost phone, and mailed it to me in the US in just a few days!
I'm really impressive by the excellent service and helpfulness of hotel staff in hotel Fauchon. I will definitely continue to choose the hotel as the place to stay in the next trip to Paris!

5/5 Fantastic Experience! My husband and I are young but seasoned travelers for business, and we have stayed in a variety of hotels over our lifetime. The reason why we choose "Leading Hotels of the World", which Fauchon Paris is part of, is because they never disappoint. Rooms were beautiful, food was fantastic, Service was phenomenal, and Staff were so kind and helpful at every turn. Daily breakfast was PERFECT because of Maya and Guillaume, whereas the check-in and overall stay was PERFECT because of Ali. If I owned a hotel, these would be the individuals that would represent who I would want to hire. Location of the hotel was perfect, about 2km from all major tourist attractions. Very pleasant surprise was that there was a complimentary gourmet bar in our room that was re-stocked daily. This allowed us to have snacks, macarons, and tea/coffee when we came back to our hotel every evening. The staff member who was in charge of re-stocking was born for his role. He was funny, fantastic, kind, and wanted to make 100% sure that we had everything we wanted and needed everyday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

O hotel é um charme, excelente localização - isso em Paris é muito importante (trânsito horrível). No entanto, o verdadeiro diferencial está na calorosa hospitalidade e no serviço impecável que oferece aos seus hóspedes. A equipe, com sua solicitude e sorrisos luminosos, torna-se o emblema de uma acolhida que transcende o convencional, foi memorável, voltaremos mais vezes. Eles não hesitam em perguntar se precisávamos de ajuda, seja para auxiliar na impressão de ingressos ou na reserva de experiências.

Довольно паршивый отель. Номера маленькие с убогим дизайном. Ресепшн наорала на меня когда я сегодня забирал чемодан. Потом сам нес его под дождем в такси, хотя портье стоял на входе с зонтиком но для других. Эта же девушка забронировала мне примитивный ресторан Лаперуз. Точно здесь не стоит останавливаться
