Un hôtel qui porte bien son nom !
Merci encore au personnel toujours aussi sympathique et souriant.
Un court séjour toujours aussi agréable à l’hôtel splendide !
Une équipe à l’écoute des remarques et demandes et un cadre magnifique.

Un lieu unique dans Paris. Un havre de paix. Le restaurant Tosca de l'hôtel sert une cuisine moderne italienne avec des produits de qualité dans un cadre confortable et chaleureux. Le service est professionnel et attentionné.

Albergo con ottima posizione. Ambiente e camere un po' datate ma ben arredate e mantenute.
Personale reception gentile e collaborativo.
Assolutamente negativa l'esperienza della colazione che si è rivelata non accettabile per un albergo di tale classificazione e prezzo:
-tempi di attesa assurdi (soprattutto il primo giorno, ma anche i seguenti)
-cameriera assolutamente inaffidabili che hanno dimenticato sistematicamente parte delle ordinazioni (tutti e 4 i giorni)
-Camerieri che servono in ritardo le ordinazioni che si dimenticano di mettere le posate...
-Pancake immangiabili (dopo 40 minuti di attesa)
-Assortimento di formaggi consiste in 2 (due!) qualità, banalissime.
-uova servite completamente fuori cottura
Inoltre le poltrone della sala colazione/pranzo completamente usurate e totalmente sporche, con tutti i margini completamente neri tali da coprire la fantasia del tessuto!!
Luci che si spengono ed accendono ad intermittenza.
NOn accettabile in un albergo 5 stelle a questo prezzo.

Excelente experiencia, muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel y del metro, al frente venta de afamados Sandwich y tiendas de ropa.
Excelente servicio y atención, totalmente recomendable.

A Gem. Great location. Central but still quiet. Shout out to Caroline and Jerome. I forgot my medication after our stay. Caroline assured me that we'll work this out to together. Medicine was well received soon after. Thank you for the amazing and caring services. Will recommend and will be back.

Unfortunately I had a passport issues and was unable to leave the US to make it to Paris for my reservation. It was 2 days prior to my 1 night reservation that I called to cancel and I didn’t get a single dollar in refund nor anything even in credit. I understand canceling 2 days prior isn’t the best thing for the property however given the circumstances I was hoping to be shown some grace and get my refund which would make me happy to return to this property in the future. Unfortunately that was not the case, I got absolutely nothing, on top of the trouble I was going through with my passport, and because of that it’s clear there’s no reason for me to desire to stay here in the future. All over $1000. What a shame

We stayed 2 nights in suite room. The room is nice and spacious, worthed with the price, also not noisy because not in the main road. Service and management we don’t have issues. Location is great for shopping around and feel safe because there are many police around, I guess its because the hotel near with embassies etc. The breakfast was just okay, not so many options. But overall, we had a great stay here.
