Just off the main bustling centre of the Paris, between Opera and Place de la Concorde, this beautiful hotel is a tranquil Paradise. It is like stepping back in time into a beautiful private house. Our room was sumptuous with a marble shower room and a little private terrace. Furnishings were beautiful. It is close to great restaurants and bars but does not have its own. We found that a bonus. It does have a delightful breakfast room although we did not eat there. The welcome was delightful and we cannot wait to go back again.

This remarkable hotel is quite unassuming and therefore seems to be somewhat undiscovered and under appreciated. But it’s outstanding. Historic—imagine, the home where Lafayette lived 200 years ago! Exquisitely renovated—not fussy but very upscale and extremely comfortable. Perfectly located—walking distance from so many Paris landmarks, restaurants, shopping streets, and parks. A quiet oasis in the middle of high international hubbub. Above all, extraordinary service and thoughtfulness—kudos to manager Kays, and assistants Brahim and Lulu, if I have those names right. Executive suite recommended—more affordable than the famous five stars yet equally well-appointed and way more spacious. Terrific place.

One of the worst places hotels I have ever stayed in. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the receptionist who let us in was kind but after finally getting the key to the room, we found none of the online pictures are true representations of the rooms. Frankly, the hotel looks like it weas renovated in the 70's. most everything is worn, and dated, bulbs missing in lights, dirty, care kits half gone, etc. The mattress on the pull out has pee stains and is ripped up and is very very thin. The receptionist tried but she has nothing to work with. This should be removed from Relais, and is a total joke of a hotel. We came from staying at the St Regis in Florence which was fantastic beyond expectations. I would never tell you to stay here. Please do not.

What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming!
This was our first-ever trip to Paris and didn't know what to expect. The Hôtel Marquis Faubourg Saint-Honoré exceeded our expectations in every way.
We arrived well before their normal check-in time and while the room wasn't ready yet they graciously offered to store our bags in a secure location while we got lunch and did some exploring.
Early in the afternoon the hotel staff contacted us to let us know our room was ready and that they had already placed our bags in our room.
Our reservation was for one of their suites which was amazing. We initially wanted to stay in a typical Paris neighborhood, but were drawn in by the images of the suites on their website. I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It was exactly as described. The room was very clean and refreshed daily.
Whenever we needed help navigating Paris there was always someone available to help us.

Le responsable et une personne adorable qui fait tout le nécessaire pour que vous vous sentez comme chez vous. Ainsi que les personnel très gentille, les chambres sont spacieuse avec une jolie salle de sport cosy.

Excellent emplacement mais trop nombreux désagréments lors du séjour. Lors, de notre arrivée, la réceptionniste regarde un film ( ou autre!) sur son portable. Elle me donne le boîtier pour que j ouvre moi même la borne pour garer la voiture. Elle est assise sur son manteau… prête à partir!!! Remise de la clé de la chambre et aucune explication.|Jolie chambre mais rouille sur le radiateur, plafond de la salle de bain dans un état pas digne d une suite, tache sur le peignoir, tache sur la moquette, ménage qui laisse à désirer … mauvaise insonorisation( passage des poubelles le matin, partage des bruits entre chambre… avec celle au dessus!). Le lendemain réveil en fanfare a 7h du matin… le réceptionniste nous appelle mais c est trompé de chambre!!! |Petit déjeuner restreint; la personne ne sait pas fait cuire un œuf à la coque ( recommencer 2 fois), coquille sur les œufs durs, jus de pomme perimé! |Trop de bémols pour ce type d établissement. |Prix injustifié pour les prestations fournies. |On paye clairement uniquement la localisation de l établissement.

Longe de ser um 4 estrelas com a chancela de um Relais& Chateaux.|O que salva somente é o tamanho do quarto e banheiro.|Não existe staff no hotel. A recepção, que conta com 1 pessoa “faz tudo” vive vazia.|No cafe da manhã, você reza para alguém aparecer e ter a oportunidade de pedir um cafe para degustar com um bolo industrializado e seco, já exposto ha dias naquela mesa..|Pedi para trocar o travesseiro pois não me adaptei ao oferecido e o hotel não dispõe de outra opção.|Enfim, caro e pretensioso para o que oferece

Un hotel bonito pero con muy mal servicio. Sin duda no volveremos. No quiero entrar en detalles pero si me lee el dueño debería hacer una revisión del personal y de los servicios que ofrece. |Paris tiene infinitas opciones mejores por el mismo precio.

Ein sehr schönes kleines charmantes Hotel mit ganz tollen Zimmern für eine Familie ( 2 Erwachsene und 2,5 J und 11 J ) wir waren im 4. Stock. Die Dusche ist toll und sehr sauber. Wir haben ca 700 pro Nacht bezajlt das ist für Paris Top wenn man 5 Sterne möchte und besonders die grösse und die Ausstattung der Zimmer.

Ich finde das Hotel Top. Reise mit Baby und Kind und Ehefrau. Tolles Zimmer viel Platz ( für Paris sowieso ). Guter Parkplatz. Ich weiss nicht warum das Hotel so schlecht bewertet wird

The hotel has no staff. I arrived on 08/06 and left at 09/06. I need to leave the hotel cause my room was full of dust. I cancel the remains days of the reservation until 13/06. The breakfast was terrible. The only person that takes care of the breakfast didn't speak English and even didn't speak French. I've tried to order a scrambled eggs or l'boeuf bruille but she didn't understand what it was. I discover later that she was Brazilian. Totally crazy. The door of the bathroom didn't close and also some equipments did not work. Alt night we did not have and turndown bed service or other service in the room. No staff. The room was quite small than the room that I've book. Totally photoshop from the website. A trap. I don't understand how this hotel could be part of Relais & Chateaux. Francesco and Long at the reception did their best.

I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews of this property. Clearly people seem to want this hotel to be the Crillon or Four Season's. Newsflash, those places for the same sized room, cost 3-4x as much. Here you get a lovely room, a fantastic location, and a staff the seems eager to help. Breakfast is fine, but if you want something better make it happen. We also had breakfast at the Fauchon(9) and Crillon(8). They are just steps away. For me the Marquis Faubourg Saint-Honore offered rooms that I found more charming than it's more expensive neighbors. And having a tub in a city where we average 30,000 steps a day is a delight too. A boutique hotel with 15 rooms can't offer every service a hotel with 100 or 400 does, but it can and does offer personalized service in a way larger hotels can't. I was surprised how far the staff was willing to go to make our stay comfortable and easy. I hope to come back.

A stunning small boutique hotel on a quiet street in a great location. We stayed with two kids (ages 7 and 12) in an executive suite. The space was perfect for us. The suite was larger than excepted with a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom. The heated floors were a nice bonus. The room rate was very reasonable and I don’t think there are any other 5 star hotels of this caliber in the area offering the same amount of space at the price point we paid. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely return. I highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with children and need the extra space.

Betgham “ the receptionist” is RACIST and rude!!!!
We checked in with Francisca “the lady receptionist “ she was so nice and respectful.
However, when we checked out Betgham and the other guy try to charge us for FREE WATER!!!! and they tried to manipulate us in paying for free water!
When we came back to take our luggages we went to the gym (where nobody was there as it was empty and the lights are dimmed) he came all the way to the gym to be rude and disrespectful saying the we can’t pray here cause there might be guest come to the gym!!! Note that the gym is empty! I tried to explain that he need to respect and be quiet while my friend is praying but he said we are not guests anymore and we need to get out now, as he tried to cut my friend pray!!!
I am so disgusted by betgham and the way he was so rude and disrespectful!!!!!
Also, he did not allow us to use the toilet in the lobby even though we are guests!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVEER !!!
Tha most RACIEST situation i have ever faced by BETGHIEM. He kicked us out just for praying even though we are guests at the hotel and just checked out he said your not a costumer any more and not allowed to use the utilities !!! And were making others un comfortable while praying even though no one was there NONE!!! how is even possible to face a situation like this in this time the least thing is to accept others religions. Franciessca was nice and so helpful.

The staff was so rude and RACIST especially (betghim), he did not allow us to use the toilet in the lobby even though we are guests, did not allow us to pray. The only good person was francisca shes is so nice and polite.

Juste catastrophique le voiturier ne se prend pas pour n'importe qui déjà quand je suis passé devant l'hôtel c'était le 23 décembre a 20h35 c'était un black pour préciser si il yen avait d'autre qui bossé ce jours là du coup je passe devant je prend l'hôtel en photo car je trouve jolie le voiturier même pas de bonjour rien il me dit eh me prend pas en photo alors que je le prennait même pas aussi si il veux pas être sur la photo il se décale qu'il reste pas sur son téléphone et de toute façon quand tu prend une photo ya toujours du monde dessus elle peut pas être parfaite du coup même pas il se décale au contraire il se mes devant ah es il était bien bien sûr son tel alors que ta pas le droit normalement ensuite je vois la belle voiture je lui demande si il elle et la depuis longtemps il me dit déjà bonsoir alors que c'est lui de basse qui me parle mal bref évite cette endroit merci beaucoup

Ambiance cosy, élégante. Le designer italien a fait un très bon travail. Le vrai luxe à Paris. Tout près de l'Elysée. Mais après quelque mois je dois dire que le management est nul. Aucune élégance et pour un hôtel 5 étoiles c'est lamentable

We arrived late left early. Nit offered Hot Breakfast, no Cognac on Bar, no Diet Or Zero Coke or Pepsi... none of these usually a deal breaker...at THESE PRICES -- We won't return. I recommend the Napoleon or Lord Byron - they have a better understanding of courtesy, timing, and OFFERING LIQUOR MADE IN FRANCE. - I am: "From where I sit...." Globally reporting on where you should spend your money.

すぐに解決して下さり大丈夫になりました。
この度は大型のスーツケースを預けてショートトリップに出かける 長期の旅行でしたので 本当に良くしていただきました。
マネージャーさんとスタッフさんが とてもよい方々で 色々 相談があれば言ってみると 良い方法を教えてくださいます。
パリに 慣れた方なら 送り迎えのタクシーは個人で タクシー乗り場から 乗った方が良いでしょう。
とても 良い場所にあるので 目的地が はっきりある方にはおすすめします。

ひとすじ中に入るだけで とても静かです。

J'ai effectué une prestation avec cette hôtel pour un de leur client et j'attend toujours le paiement. La direction ne veulent rien savoir sur cette prestation vous êtes des escrocs.

The hotel is my Parisian home. Love it with the whole my heart. People, service, interior are exquisite. Moreover, I feel myself absolutely safe and the area by itself very nice. Highly recommended.
I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at this so-called five-star hotel in Paris deserves an exception. Let me start by saying the location is absolutely unbeatable, and the decor is undeniably tasteful — a true visual feast. Sadly, that's where the luxury experience began and ended.
Upon arrival on May 26th
, I was greeted by the one and only staff member at the front desk, who, mid-conversation, suddenly disappeared without a word — for nearly 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure whether I had checked into a luxury hotel or a magic show. ????
Later, I discovered that basic necessities like drinking water weren’t replenished in the room. When I called to request it, I was told it was on the way. Three hours and three phone calls later, I was informed they had delivered it to the wrong room — repeatedly. Quite the dedication to consistency, if nothing else.
This level of disorganization and disregard for guests' time is not what one expects — or should tolerate — at this price point. If management is truly committed to upholding the standards that their stars suggest, I strongly recommend reviewing internal operations… and perhaps investing in a calendar to remind staff that the 21st century values basic hospitality.
Until then, come for the location and interior — but don’t forget to pack your patience… and your own water.
