My wife and I come to Paris frequently. We always try to stay in a different hotel in a different location. This was absolutely the best experience we’ve ever had. We will be coming back here often. Staff, service, attractiveness of the hotel, location, and the intimate atmosphere were sublime.

I had a wonderful stay in this amazing hotel. Elegant cozy rooms, great location and excellent service.

We stayed at this boutique hotel in Paris for a week. The location is convenient — close to metro stations, shopping, and dining options. We booked a junior suite, which, while well furnished, still felt quite cramped — not surprising for Paris, but worth noting.

Though the hotel is affiliated with Hilton, its operations feel outdated and in need of modernization. As Hilton Gold members, we got complimentary continental breakfast with our booking. Unfortunately, claiming it became an ordeal: the café staff insisted (repeatedly) that we weren’t eligible; and eventually it took a trip to the front desk who also initially insisted we weren’t eligible then suddenly figured out we wereq Gold status. Breakfast service was consistently slow and appeared understaffed — from waiting to be seated to delays in fulfilling orders.

We also noticed a lack of consistency in the hotel staff, with different faces each day and a general absence of warm, personalized interaction. In some cases, staff seemed either undertrained or bureaucratic. One particularly frustrating experience was with a delivery from a nearby designer boutique. The hotel had clearly received the item, and it was labeled with our name and room number. Yet, the front desk staff initially refused to release it, claiming it would’ve already been placed in our room. When we pointed out the large bag with the name of the store we made the purchase, he seemed to look at the bag and said it was not ours. After checking the room and returning to the desk, it took prolonged discussion before they finally acknowledged the bag we earlier pointed out was ours (with our name and room number clearly on the bag several places). The whole interaction felt needlessly bureaucratic — and, candidly, left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.

That said, a highlight of our stay was the short-haired woman working at the bar in the evenings. She was an absolute delight — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Her customer service stood out, and she even remembered I liked the chocolate there and kindly gave me extra.

Given the many options in Paris, we won’t be returning to this property. While the location and the exceptional bar staff were bright spots, the overall experience fell short — especially for a hotel at this price point and tied to an international brand.

Nous avons effectué, pour la seconde fois, une expérience SPA + repas au Château des Fleurs. Et l’essai, déjà pleinement réussi lors de notre première visite, a été cette fois définitivement transformé.

Le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel : à la fois élégant, apaisant et parfaitement entretenu. Les installations SPA offrent un véritable moment de détente, et le personnel se montre toujours aussi attentionné, professionnel et souriant.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de savourer une cuisine fine et raffinée au restaurant de l’hôtel. Les plats sont créatifs, les saveurs parfaitement équilibrées, et les tarifs tout à fait raisonnables au regard de la qualité proposée. Le service, quant à lui, est irréprochable.

Une mention toute particulière au personnel en charge des cocktails et des accords mets/vins, dont la gentillesse, la discrétion et le sens du détail méritent d’être salués.

Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The hotel has immense detail to light, color and creates a stunning environment to stay in. The staff were attentive and the food we did have was exceptional. Made for a memorable stay in Paris. My wife could not stop remarking on how picturesque it is!

Pourriez-vous expliquer à votre personnel, en l'occurrence un homme de la cinquantaine, qu'il est inacceptable de dire à une inconnue marchant dans la rue de "sourire un peu". Cette remarque non sollicitée ne devrait pas être tolérée.

It was a great experience for me and my family
This is our first time at this hotel
We booked 2 rooms that was not possible to be connected so I told them about my concern and they directly acted and did an upgrade to A rooms that can be connect

Also they helped me to get one room earlier as I came super early about 4 hours before check in time and they manage to support me with one room

It was a great experience and especially Mr mathiu the manager was one of a kind supper nice and friendly and very supportive

If you have any hesitation, trust me, just book a room here and they will make sure you enjoy your stay .

Hotel is very kids friendly. Great experience they will make your day .

Nous avons passé un excellent après-midi avec ma femme, service un bon, le spa rien à dire.

We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant — the food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. A special thank you to Cristina, who made our experience even better with her kind and helpful attitude. She was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. We will definitely be coming back!

Une petite pause en après-midi grâce à Sezame.  Moi et une copine avons pu profiter du spa avec un déjeuner.

Je ne peux rien dire pour les chambres, mais le service était au top et le spa très sympa. Très beaux vestiaires, sauna et douches à point et bain tourbillon super (si pas très chaud) dans un petit espace intime. Un moment bien passé.

Muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Recomendado.

Spent the first 3 nights of our trip here and it did not disappoint. A beautiful home away from home with kind staff. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!!!

Prenant rarement des hôtels, celui-ci est magnifique. Avec un accueil chaleureux et souriant, un service à l'écoute et rapide.
L'emplacement était parfait pour ce que je suis venu faire, l'endroit était beau et propre, revenir ne serait pas de refus.

None of the outlets worked in our room and they did not care. Paid 550 euro and left with wet hair.

Nous avons organisé notre dîner de fin d'année 2023 d'entreprise au Château des Fleurs. A cette occasion nos 16 convives ont dîné dans un salon privatisé du Château des Fleurs et ont été enchantés et ravis par l'accueil chaleureux et serviable de l'équipe du restaurant, par le cadre agréable et convivial et par une excellente cuisine. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour son cadre chaleureux, la gentillesse des équipes du restaurant et sa restauration originale et délicieuse.
