J'ai connu un bien meilleur service au Market... Quelle déception. L'attitude du personnel me conduit à blacklister ce restaurant que pourtant j'aimais beaucoup il y a quelques années. L'expérience n'y est plus. Le prix n'est plus justifié.

As a daily patron of this culinary haven, my commitment to savoring every dish on the menu continues. Exploring the diverse menu of this restaurant, my culinary journey led me to the exquisite Steamed Shrimp Salad. The freshness of the shrimp combined with vibrant flavors left a lasting impression. Following that, I had the roasted turbot with herbs and beefTenderloin a culinary masterpiece that even I tried a single bite, though not my order, transported me to a taste bud paradise.
To conclude, the Crème Brûlée dessert was a delightful finale—light, delicious, and an absolute must-try. Each visit unfolds new layers of flavor, making it a place worth savoring.

J’y suis allée en petit comité pour fêter mon anniversaire durant le déjeuner. L’ambiance est conviviale, l’équipe a chanté en cœur mon anniversaire et avec son CEO ! Quelle belle surprise, mais la plus belle restera gustative… Si vous souhaitez être épaté(e) par le goût, je vous le recommande car le Chef saura vous rendre votre repas exceptionnel !

The staff was unprepared and unprofessional. Our table was not ready for Christmas Dinner, we were told “2 minutes” several times. The manager directed us to sit at the bar for drinks, we were ignored by the bartenders. Our table was ready about 25min late. While waiting for our table and to order a drink one of the bartenders cut their finger, she plunged it into the ice of the wine bath. This is unhygienic. The food was hugely disappointing, not tasty, poorly seasoned, this may be JG by name but his restaurants are usually delicious. I can not recommend this place and I will not return.

Please avoid the app sampler, it was awful.

poor attempt at “franco-asian cuisine”. unimaginative food, lacked flavour and poor service. we visited here on new year’s eve, a busy time for more restaurants in paris im sure, but we arrived at 8:15pm and only finished our 3 course menu at 11:00! we waited an average of 1 hour for each course! unfortunately we could tell that the restaurant we severely understaffed, so we were sympathetic to the staff. waiter didn’t seem to care about the bad experience we were being given. tables next to us had many complaints too from raw chicken to long wait times. to note, we were given the bill of €400+ euros for this experience. the 3 course menu being €198 per person. would be happy to pay this much for a michelin with great service, but the value for money was extremely poor. perhaps it was just the new year’s eve menu that was disappointing as we saw many good reviews. i think the restaurant lacks morale and should be ashamed to charge this much for what they have to offer.

Food was amazing, unfortunately there was no indication of the pricing as reviews and Google say that per head meals typically cost around €80. Upon arrival we received the menu which was €200+ per head + wine on top. This was disappointing for us that they could have at least given an indicator of this.

Service was very slow, they brought out the wrong knives and smashed plates. They were nonetheless friendly, just not good enough for what we paid.

Ambience was poor, we had no privacy and felt like we were being watched from both sides as it was a very crammed table area we were sat at.

Music was awful - I DJ myself and I can hear when mixing technique is poor. They would increase the volume on one song and fade the other out which meant that the music would just suddenly get louder, increasingly so that we couldn’t hear each other talk and enjoy the moment.

Food was incredible none the less, it did take ages to get our wine served and for the food to arrive however. It’s a shame although without it, this review would be 1*.

This meal was a highlight of our trip and somewhat unexpected. We anticipated the food would be good, but were blown away by how good. After a few days of heavier food, it was also very nice to have a few salad and lighter options that were just phenomenal. Our pickiest eater had the “tomato, mozzarella, basil” pizza and cast aside the usual sauce aversion and loved the pizza. The desserts were also a hit from the sundae, to the lava cake, to the cheesecake.

This was truly a remarkable place. The atmosphere was great, the food was very good and the service was excellent. They really do provide great customer service. The host and servers strike up great conversation and service was fast

Loved the atmosphere, food was delicious. The only thing I would take suggest is the tuna from the starters. Its meant to be one of their signature ones but it wasnt great. The rest was outstanding though - and the cheesecake dessert was top!

The food is bland at best, especially at this price point. The portions are small, the atmosphere weird, the music did not at all fit the high end vibe of the restaurant. Overall a very disappointing experience, though the chocolate cake deserves a honorary mention (that was delicious!). We spent close to 100€ per person and left hungry, I stopped at McDonald’s on my way home.

Dîners d’affaires, Rendez-vous, Déjeunés entre amis, volonté de solitude, tout n’est que prétexte pour se rendre au Market.

Sa force ? Son personnel. L’âme de ce restaurant.

Vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs une équipe si professionnelle, avenante, respectueuse, tout terrain et si chaleureuse.

Concernant la cuisine, que ce soit les produits d’exceptions, les denrées présentées à la manière d’un Rembrandt ou les associations de saveurs si caractéristiques du chef.
Chaque millimètre, est vecteur de qualité.

L’on dit souvent que la cuisine d’un restaurant fait tout. C’est pourquoi nous revenons tous au Market après y avoir goûté.
Cependant, l’équipe de salle est ce qui vous fait aimer le restaurant, son âme, son histoire...
Ce qui permet de raconter en somme, un soir entre amis des anecdotes de ce passage au Market qui restera à jamais inoubliable.
