The hotel is clean and the rooms are taken care of every day.
The rooms are small and have what you need.
The breakfast is better than average.
But no extra fancy stuff. It is great value for money and location.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: rooms are very small (even by Paris standards) and outdated. No complimentary water bottle in the room. Service was quite unpleasant. In the morning we waited 10 minutes for the elevator, finally we used the staircase (4th floor). I mentioned that to the guy at reception who replied “IS THAT MY FAULT?” I told him no, it was not his fault but there is a problem with the elevator and he should know about it. He nodded and that was it, no explanation no apology, just snooty attitude.
Bottom line - overpriced for what you get, which is a tiny room and poor service.
Next to the hotel are a lot of wine bars and restaurants of all kinds. The nearest metro station is 2 minutes walk away. We stayed there for 4 nights and will definitely come back the next time we are in Paris.
