Xtraordinaire. L'emplacement est superbe, le personnel est génial, spécialement Adrien. Les chambres sont peu petites, A part ça tout est bien.

Small rooms. Had a 6th floor room,
took elevator to 6th floor and had to drag our luggage 10 steps to our room. We found out 3 days later we could walk down 3 steps to 5th elevator. No one at desk advised us.

This was our first stay at Hotel Dauphine Saint-Germain, but we hope it won't be our last. From the moment we entered the hotel to the end of our stay, we were treated with utmost courtesy and warmth from every staff member we encountered. Our room was small, as is typical in Paris, but beautifully decorated and very well planned, with plenty of electrical outlets, a roomy closet with shelves, a small desk and a coffee/tea service area. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was hot and with good pressure. Breakfast included hot items as well as cold, fresh fruit and a generous assortment of meats and cheeses. To top it off, the location in Saint-Germain is excellent - cafe and restaurant choices are abundant and the Ile de la Cite and Latin Quarter, among many other attractions, were a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was the most welcoming hotel! Staff were incredibly helpful and gave great advice about how to get around the city and suggested places to go. Super comfortable bed. Fantastic location! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

This hotel needs to be given 0 stars. A building that is historic and full of charm needs staff and management that can make this place shine. The rooms were dusty, sheets were dirty and curtains broken. The front desk reception is unprofessional and left a group of 25 people waiting outside for over 15 minutes to be check in. The hotel was aware of the group and the time they will arrive and yet there was no one there. I understand people need a break but when it comes to the business of hospitality you need staff at all time in the front desk especially in an area that is tourist and heavily populated.

I chose this hotel based primarily on location. The location is good, close to the river and notre dame, and central for other attractions if you don't mind a little walking.|At check in it was obvious straight from the start there might be issues.|The receptionist was looking for the key to room 26 for us, didn't find it, turns out they overbooked, and gave us room 25.|I had paid upfront for superior double, the room they put us in was a standard. Dark and smelled musty, and someones hat still left in the closet. Somebody else might not have said anything but I definitely had to. I went to reception, told them I paid for superior and it definitely was not what I had been given.|At that point he said there was no other room available and nothing we could do, he would raise it with the manager of the hotel. The first reception man did actually seem like genuinely felt disappointed for us, and he didn't know what to do bless him. He was at least trying.|We went out, feeling upset and disappointed and considered insisting on a full refund as not what we paid for and trying to find somewhere else, but when we got back after a little walk the reception man told us he spoke to manager and we would be moved to superior the next day, refunded 50% of the first night and given a bottle of champagne by means of apology.|We accepted and although it meant the first night we were unsettled and unhappy, couldn't relax, at least we didn't have to panic about finding a room anywhere else.|Breakfast was complimentary, basic, cheese, bread, yogurt, egg, not the most amazing quality but we don't eat much first thing anyway. The coffee was good, and we didn't get told about the complimentary water so didn't use that facility.|The next day we were moved to s superior room which was much nicer. Colourful and windows facing the street. Bathroom toiletries are basic, and tea and coffee and small kettle provided. We could unpack and relax a bit at last.|After night 3 , on our day out in paris I recieved a number of phone calls and an email to say we were to vacate our room! I told them I paid for 4 nights! When we arrived back at the hotel the reception lady just said its sorted, but there had obviously been another confusion regarding the booking systems they use at this hotel. I didn't feel as though this hotel tries to look after it's guests on a personal level, I felt more like they overbooked and hoped they can pass of standards as superior.|The cleanliness was OK, not perfect, under the bed very dusty and high mirrors dusty, and the door to our room was left unlocked after cleaning. Room 22, the door needs to be pulled tight to shut properly.|The lift was working fine.|We enjoyed our anniversary break in paris.|However, the hotel could definitely have been better in my opinion.|My advice would be to not overbook guests in future.

Awful, my bedsheets had stains, curtains were dirty, dusty and frayed. Additionally there was NO A/C. We arrived at the hotel at 4:15 to check in and the main entrance was locked and there was no reception. We waited outside with our luggage for more than 15 min. The only caveat was its proximity to main attractions. That to say we checked out fast and went somewhere else as we felt uncomfortable. Don’t book this place.

The Hotel is in a 400 years old building!, in an OUTSTANDING location in walking distance to magical places. The staff is nothing if not magnificent. My kids now want to move to Paris. Everything you’ll need is a walk away. Any Asian, Italian and of course French food to die for. Shops like La Petit Prince shop, Musée D’Orse, the Lourve. If you want to have a wonderful time in the St Germain area I highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero MUY COMODAS. Incluye desayuno y tienen 24 horas café, the y panecillos. Puedes llenar tu botella de agua y subirla a tu habitación. Tienes una jarrita para calentar agua.

I booked with them from Booking and they asked to charge for the 1st night and i paid it and i have cancelled my booking as it’s free cancellation and i had to change my plan, till now no answer from their side and they didn’t send the proof of the refund and no answer from their side

メトロのOdeonやポンヌフ、Châteret、にも徒歩圏内でどこへ行くにも便利でした。何よりホテルから数十メートル歩けば夜のシテ島やポンヌフからのセーヌ川の夜景、エッフェル塔も見えて最高でした。
ホテルは最初入口がわからないくらい小さく通りすぎそうでしたが、小さいけどエレベーターがあり、水は1階のバーでガラスボトルに好きなとき好きなだけ部屋に持っていけるので買う必要なし。部屋は高校生の娘と2人でツインを取りましたが、思ってた以上に狭く、大きなスーツケースを２つ広げるのは大変でした。バスルームも狭く、ベイシンも小さいけど清潔で、バスタブはあり、シャワーの水量もたっぷり。排水も良かった。タオルバーがあるので、毎日肌着を洗濯して干せました。
窓を開けると通りを見下ろせ、夜は騒がしいですが窓を閉めると音はほとんど聞こえなくなります。
スタッフはみんなとても親切でした。
8泊しましたが、ある夜突然部屋の電気が全て消えて、ドアの外の廊下で男性の声がして、2時間ぐらい電気がついたり消えたり、夜中でドアを開けるのが怖くて、我慢して寝ました。朝には回復していました。
1階には朝食があり、私たちは利用しませんでしたが毎朝階下からクロワッサンが焼けるめちゃくちゃいい香りがしていました。

ホテルの隣に新潟米のおにぎりの店o-komeがあります(1コ4ユーロもする)、カフェやバー、クレープ店、コンビニなど。あとその先のNesle というレストランとても美味しかったです。
Odeonの方に行くと飲食店いっぱいあり、ポンヌフの方行ってもお店いっぱい。何も苦労しないエリア。

ホテルとは関係ないけど、チェックアウト時にタクシーを呼んでもらいシャルルドゴールまで行きましたが、空港に着いてからカードの機械を持ってないと言い出し、80ユーロ現金で取られました。後でネットで見たら左岸から65ユーロの固定だと書いてあり、呼んだので4ユーロプラスしたとしてもぼったくったなと分かりました。チップまで渡したのに。最初に確認しとけば良かったかもですが。ホテルで呼ぶタクシーはそういうことしないと思っていたので、最後にイヤな思い出になりました。

The staff are always very friendly and helpful and let us put our bags into storage before check in time, giving us more time to explore with it luggage. ||The hotel provides a water machine comprising of sparkling, still and ice very handy! ||The rooms are equipped with everything you need such as hairdryer, mini fridge, teas and coffees, kettles adequate storage for clothes, strong safe. ||The location is perfect in the middle of everything you would need, shops, restaurants, pharmacy ||Very impressed and will definitely like to go back to this hotel in future if we are back in Paris.

My initial impression of this hotel was that it was like a bed and breakfast. The room was small and quaint but it had everything that is expected in a hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The beds were comfortable. One drawback was the breakfast set up. There was one small plate per person - although fresh plates could be asked for - it would be better if these plates were left out. It would mean that the same plate used for greasy food is not used for croissants etc. The breakfast room was small and the silence meant that everyone could hear anything that was said, background music would be good. On the upside the food was good. The staff at the reception desk were so helpful. I asked for a plaster and the staff member even went to the local store to get some for me (he insisted). This was more than I would ever have asked for or expected. The location of this hotel is the best selling point! It is 5-10 minutes from St. Micheal (& metro), Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre. I would recommend it to my friends and I would definitely go back.

The long-lost and usually forgotten ‘personal touch’ still exists here! Attention to detail and kindness from all the lovely staff. |I made an error in my online booking. A quick phone call to reception had the error remedied, without fuss and with kindness. I was so relieved to have booked directly with the hotel.

Myself and my partner went for our birthdays and we were gifted champagne and a cake, which was very thoughtful! The hotel was absolutely lovely, all the staff were very helpful and kind! We would most definitely return! Thank for your kindness!

we have visited hotel dauphine many times as we have always found the staff helpful and freindly. However for us the stand out reason is the location it is so easy to walk to so many major attractions. This year we visited Mussee Cluny, Fondation Cartier and both the Luxenbourg Gardens ( our favourite peaple watching space and the Tuilerie gardens. also although for us not walkable the Picasso museum. the hotel can summon taxis very quickly. In the summer the impromptu jazz in the evenings close by adds to the charm of the area.

The breakfast is very good. The localization is the best in Paris! I love this hotel and recommend for vacation or business. The professionalism and service of the staff were fundamental to our stay in Hotel Dauphine Saint-Germain. It was our second stay ..

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a great experience. The rooms are clean and stylish, the location is great, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The staff here was so kind when they found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. We are so thankful!

Our stay last autumn was profoundly disappointing. We arrived from the UK in the evening (around 11 PM), exhausted from our journey, only to be met with an appalling lack of hospitality at the front desk. The receptionist, who appeared to be of Indian origin (no bias of course), was unhelpful and outright dismissive, refusing to address even our most basic inquiries. Instead of providing essential information about the hotel's services (such as details about the breakfast included in our reservation), she seemed entirely disinterested in her work and more focused on her mobile phone. The check-in process was frustrating and unwelcoming, setting an unfortunate tone for the rest of our stay.

Having paid a hefty sum (over £2,500 for one weekend), we expected a truly Parisian experience, to the lengths of explicitly requesting, prior to booking, the highly advertised pink upstairs suite. However, the level of service fell far below the standard one would anticipate from a hotel of this calibre.

The room seemed just briefly glossed-over when it came to cleanliness (long dark hair in the sink, towels randomly placed on the floor of the shower cabin, complimentary tray with tea/coffee not stocked).

Given this unprofessional experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend staying in this hotel. Before booking, consider the multitude of other places in the exact same area.

My dad and I had a lovely stay. Flor, Roland, and the others were all very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary coffee, croissants, and pain au chocolat were nice, and the breakfast (not included in our rate from Expedia) was good as well.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many great shops, restaurants, and two metro stations, plus the Louvre, Notre Dame, and other landmarks.

The beds were very comfortable. The only downside is due to the fact that I’m a spoiled American. The rooms are quite small (especially the bathrooms) and the air conditioning/heating was confusing, but that is to be expected. Very French indeed!
