Great location, clean and nice rooms, good breakfast. Minus for rude customer service in English. While leaving the hotel we got questioned about how many mornings we had breakfast at the hotel (some mornings we ate elsewhere). They had a poor system for keeping track (no one at the breakfast desk during breakfast). Maybe in French the service is better but next time we will likely choose another hotel.

Went on a city trip with my wife.
The rooms were small but very cozy and tidy.
The night receptionist was a really friendly and helpful guy.
However, do not trust the information about the parking next to the hotel accommodating a normal-sized car. You need to be an expert driver to avoid denting your vehicle. We emailed the hotel a few days before our visit to inquire about the parking size, as we were driving a larger SUV. The hotel assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. In reality, it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. We ended up denting our car and consider ourselves lucky we made it out of the garage without getting stuck.
Do yourself a favor and check out apps to reserve a larger parking spot in Paris—it does wonders for your stress levels.
When we informed the hotel about this in person, we received the "Yeah, this is Paris—what did you expect?" look. When we followed up via email regarding the misleading information, their response was simply (on the 2th email, first email no answer):
"Ok, message reçu 5x5, merci."

Had a Good stay at this hotel the location is very good, friendly to metro/bus. The food is very good especially they provide a lot of different fresh juices and the staffs are friendly. The room service is good. And they also keep a extra blanket it was a wonderful thing as there was so cold even i kept the room temperature 32 degrees Celsius it wasn’t enough to warm the bed that time the extra blanket was my saviour. I hope they Keep serving people a good and variety of foods.

Cuando llegamos , la recepción muy pequeña. Hablaban italiano y español, no fueron muy atentos al principio pero después si. Tipo hotel boutique, las habitaciones ni muy grandes ni muy pequeñas. Eran cómodas y tenían detalles sofisticados al estilo parisino . Tres botellas grandes de cortesía . Pava eléctrica con café, tés y leche de cortesía. Balcón francés y un baño grande y moderno. Muy buena ubicación, lo recomiendo para dos a 4 noches ????

Booked a balcony room but got a standard one. Wasted hours resolving it, and one day’s breakfast as compensation was insufficient. Disappointing experience.

Not recommend this hotel. Room was an average size for Paris. We were on the 6th floor which was good. Love the big windows in the room and the bathroom. I give 3 star for cleanliness.
Pictures on website make the hotel looks bigger and cleaner and newer than actual. Lobby was tiny.
The reception was actually a small desk right under the stairs. Wow, looks so professional, right?! The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. No greetings (I don’t really expect too much from Europe honestly, as far as friendliness). The unfriendly guy at the front desk had such heavy accent that we could barely understand them.
When we asked about storage for our luggages, the front desk guy answered with annoyance “room number”. The service we got from the reception was unpleasant.

We booked through expedia for 3 nights.
The first day we checkin early around 1120 am and came back about 8pm. When we opened the luggage we noticed something out of place. So we decided to do a detail review and discovered that somebody stole from our room jewelry worthing around 1500 euros
We inmediatly reported the situtation to the recepcionist who said he could do nothing and that moment but the manager will help us next day.
Next morning we went again to the front desk to follow up and the person in the reception neglected to even review the cameras and even suggested we were lying and we have to go to the Police because the hotel will not take care of the situtation.
Be aware they are thieves.

After posting this review and claiming through expedia, we were told that they will investigate the situtation. And the hotel staff changed their attitude. We already checkout as we did not feel safe anynore.
Any further will be posted here to ensure fairness of the review.

Awesome hotel near Montparnasse. Close to two metro stations and two bus stops. The room was nice and clean and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is included and there was a nice spread/variety of foods to enjoy. If you plan to stay in the area I would highly recommend staying here

This hotel is super cute and in a fantastic location. We also had a gorgeous petit balcony over looking the street. The draw back was the staff unfortunately. My friend and I are quite low maintenance guests, but the staff seemed very bothered to help us with very simple requests. It was very strange and verging on rude which really ruined the experience for us. We always tried to speak our best French, and we got felt so awkward we were not even wanting to walk past one of the male front desk workers. It’s a shame as the location and the room were great! Hopefully the hotel improves whatever is causing the issues with their staff.

Good location, BUT...
- staff did not listen and caused us trouble with our company because of receipts and billing, even though we explicitly talked to them multiple times about this.
- cleaning staff was not really doing a good job. One day we came back to the room and there was a random toothbrush laying around next to our things, and another day we came back and there were obvious signs that someone was in our bath and drilled inside the wall, since there was dust all over the floor. We weren't informed about that somebody needed to come in either.
- random people entered our room at like 11pm in the evening with a keycard they got from the reception, while we we're laying in bed. This is obvious mismanagement from the hotel staff since they should have known the room was occupied.
- the breakfast was (without the eggs and joghurt) basically pure sugar and after the third morning i was asking myself were the good french bread is in Paris...
However, the location is convenient...so i guess that's a plus. Also the price is ok compared to other hotels in that area.

Ταξιδέψαμε στο Παρίσι και μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για 5 βραδιά με την φιλη μου.
????Στα θετικά του βάζουμε:
+Πολυ ωραία περιοχή δίπλα σε καταστήματα
+Ωραίο πρωινό
+ Καθαρά δωμάτια
????Ωστοσο στα αρνητικά του:
- Αγενέστατο προσωπικό όπως άλλωστε είναι και όλοι οι Γάλλοι (όταν ρωτούσαμε κάτι μας ειρωνεύονταν ή σχολίαζαν μεταξύ τους και γελούσαν) πολύ επαγγελματικό εκ μέρους σας ευχαριστούμε! Το ίδιο λέμε και εμείς για εσας το πόσο απολίτιστοι είστε, αγέλαστοι και ειρωνες.Είμαστε έτη φωτός μπροστά και ευχαριστούμε γι αυτό????
- Πρώτη μέρα είμασταν έξω από την πόρτα και στα δεξιά είχε ένα κουμπί να πατήσουμε (που δεν το είχαμε δει μέσα σε κλάσματα δευτερολέπτου)πως τολμήσαμε!!!Άνοιξε η πόρτα στη ρεσεψιόν επάνω στη μούρη μας καθώς την πάτησε η κυρία της υποδοχής αντί να έρθει να μας ανοίξει με ευγένεια.
- Ενώ έχουμε κλείσει τα εισιτήρια μας και είναι όλα προπληρωμένα από το ταξιδιωτικό μας,τα είχαμε και σε pdf δηλαδή ότι είναι να πληρώσουμε 20€ φόρους, αντιθέτως μας κράτησε 54€ χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.Μας ανέφερε απλά ότι τόσο είναι οι φόροι παρόλο που δείξαμε το έγγραφο.

If you consider booking this hotel and came here to check the reviews first: don’t book it! The location is great but the hotel is not. The rooms are really old, the AC is not working, staff refused to put on the AC, the cleaning staff is not doing a proper job and in general the staff is unfriendly and not willing to help. I think I have never experienced that unfriendly hotel staff.

Une salle de bain incroyable. Un mitigeur de lavabo cassé. Concernant la douche, le locket qui permet de passer entre douche de pluie et douchette est cassé lui aussi. Lorsque j'ai demandé le lendemain matin la réparation ou le changement de chambre, le réceptionniste m'a répondu que ce sera fait. En rentrant le soir pour la seconde nuit, il n'était pas au courant de la réparation (trop occupé sur son téléphone visiblement) et bien évidemment la réparation n'avait pas eu lieu. Au lieu de ça, la personne de la maintenance était visiblement passée dans la salle de bain à en croire les traces de chaussures au sol, mais sans réparer... Si on ajoute à cela un petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et des produits industriels congelés, le choix de cet hotel est vraisemblablement une erreur. Fuyez client, fuyez !
