Much was very good! The room though modest was very functional, clean and the location was very good.
Most of the front desk people were very helpful.

Highlights:
- location is very convenient
- room was spacious
- high standing bathroom
- ample closet space

Lowlights:
- arrived early after a red eye flight, had to wait 3-4 hours in the lobby for a room
- room cleaning service consistently failed to remove the trash from the room (eg. food delivery)
- despite putting a “do not disturb” / “no cleaning needed” sign, I got woken up by the phone, it was the front desk confirming I indeed didn’t want to be disturb

Je suis resté deux nuits dans cet hôtel et je peux en dire le plus grand bien. D'ailleurs j'étais avec un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes, et tout le monde partageais cet avis.
Le séjour était très confortable et agréable, et je n'ai rencontré aucun souci d'aucune sorte. Quartier sympa et plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité.
Personnel très professionnel et serviable.
Bravo!

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel t’accueillant et courtois. Chambre assez spatieuse, bien insonorisée, donnant sur la cour intérieure. |Petit bémol concernant la quantité des items dans le petit frigo. Mettre une boisson par client serait apprécié. Aussi, installer un ouvre-bouteille quelque part dans la chambre serait une bonne idée.

depuis plus de 7 ans nous réservons dans cet hôtel avec entière satisfaction. pour ce dernier séjour déception au niveau du matelas, trop fatigué, je me suis maintenue sur le bord pour ne pas chavirer au centre, mon mari plus lourd que moi le matelas creusait au milieu et j'étais en pente... dommage car toutes les autres prestations sont au rendez-vous, propreté, accueil, services...||Pour info il faut changer le matelas de la chambre 502.||Merci pour votre écoute.||

A hotel located in Montparnasse close to several nice brasseries and the metro, comfortable rooms (some noise from rooms above), with excellent climate control (essential during the heat wave). But, laundry service was way too expensive (makes it hard to pack light) and every day there was one fewer towel. Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly, helpful, spoke English well.

We had an amazing room (rm 404). The quietest room we've stayed in a hotel. Great AC, during the summer heat wave. Amazing location.

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect, big bed, great shower pressure, and AIRCON! (That was incredible during the heatwave).

I couldn't figure out how to switch the TV from FR to EN, but that's okay! Didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

Less than 5 min walk from the Metro, really convenient location.

My wife and I just returned from our first visit to Paris. We stayed at this delightful hotel in Montparnasse, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the Montparnasse Tower and within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, shops and charming streets that make this neighborhood so special. It also provided convenient access to the Metro.||||The hotel is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern comforts and Parisian charm. We stayed in the family room, which was larger than expected. The room was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds that made it easy to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The shower was refreshing with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. We were traveling with friends who were just as satisfied with each of their rooms.||||The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and provided incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful tips on local attractions and restaurants. Their warm hospitality helped make the stay memorable.||||Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful blend of comfort, style and excellent service in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Paris. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back on my next visit.

Bonne adresse à Paris. Chambre au calme donnant sur la cour intérieure. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Petite amélioration à apporter pour le nb des produits dans le frigo: avoir au minimum 2 items de chaque produit (bière, Perrier) et installer un ouvre-bouteille dans la chambre.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a room with 3 beds for 2 adults and a teen and had plenty of space. The towels and pillows weren’t the best, but they worked. Air conditioner was good. Location is great! We walked everywhere and public transport was very close. Highly recommend!

Con mia moglie abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni a Parigi ed abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, che consigliamo vivamente,l'albergo è situato nel quartiere di Montparnasse ,comodissimo alla Metro e a pochi passi dai meravigliosi giardini di Lussemburgo.|L'albergo è molto carino ,pulito e le camere sono molto silenziose,ottima e variegata la colazione.

Continental breakfast could be better, the rooms needs to be upgraded, carpet dirty and old, also the hairdryer so obsolete. Stuff was kind.

Great location just off the main street Blvd Du Montparnasse.
You can walk to this hotel from the Gare Montparnasse if you don't mind a 5 to 6 block walk (15min). The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Service was excellent. Would stay here again 100%.

Great location in a bit quieter part of Paris but still close to a metro entrance, the location is phenomenal. Older hotel with very small rooms. We had an issue where our room keys kept deactivating which was frustrating after a long day to have to walk back downstairs to get another one, this happened maybe 4 or 5 times. Our shower also did not get very hot.

What a great find La Villa des Artistes was! I stayed here for a couple of nights earlier this month, and was really happy with my choice. The staff were friendly, and the room was a good size, well furnished and clean. I appreciate a good shower too, and my room had one... It was powerful and didn't leak all over the bathroom floor. That's a rare thing! The area around the hotel was also brilliant - lively (but not too lively!) with loads of bars and restaurants, and the Jardin de Luxembourg was only a short walk away. Highly recommend!

mia figlia ed io abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel vostro hotel. La posizione è ottima, raggiungibile a piedi da ben 3 metropolitane, vicinissimo ai magnifici giardini del Luxembourg, in una zona molto vivace, ricca di locali ma al contempo tranquilla e sicura. Il personale è molto gentile e l'hotel è pulito. La nostra camera che dava verso l'interno, era spaziosa: aveva un letto comodo, due zone armadi ed una nicchia con diverse mensole ed era molto silenziosa.Colazione ottima e varia, con la possibilità, tempo permettendo, di consumarla in un piccolo giardino. ci ritornerei senz'altro alla prossima visita di Parigi!

This affordable hotel is located on a quiet street in a fantastic area. The front staff/concierge could not have been more helpful throughout our entire stay. Great atmosphere, clean rooms, well located. Would definitely stay here again!

An ideally situated fairly small hotel in an attractive and interesting part of central Paris. Friendly efficient staff, good size comfortable room with modern bath/shower. Very comfortable beds. Our room at the rear was quiet, overlooking a green courtyard. Metro stations with fast access to the city centre only 200 metres away; plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The attractive Jardin du Luxembourg is an easy walk away.

We booked a triple room and was upgraded to a duplex room. Spacious for 3 people. The hotel had everything we needed, room had airconditioning ( it can get warm in Paris even in May), minibar, coffee and tea, and a bath. Breakfast was standard. Friendly staff at the reception. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking less than a 5-minute walk at Indigo Neo Montparnasse-Raspail, 70 euros for 48 hours (online booking). The metro going to the main attractions is less than a 10-minute walk. Good price-quality. Location in the 6th is in the middle, so not far from everything.

My first contact with the hotel staff over email was very reassuring, as they quickly answered all of my questions and concerns. They also upgraded us from a superior to a deluxe room, which was very kind of them and a nice surprise!

I found the hotel to be extremely clean and very well located with quick access to metro, buses and RER and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. It felt very safe and was also very quiet which we were grateful for, especially after a long day of touring Paris, it was appreciated!

The only very small hiccup was the shower. The tub was a little on the higher side making it harder to get in and out of and since there is no shower door, water from the showerhead easily escapes if you're not careful. The shower fan also stays on all day, which is a little bothersome, but it shuts off at night, so it is quiet (but I believe that is a requirement for ventilation).

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again! Thank you to all the staff at Hotel A La Villa Des Artistes!

מסכם 4 לילות במלון בחודש מאי.
בהתחלה קיבלנו את החדר הקלאסיק - מדובר בחדר בסיסי מאוד, קטן עם מיטה קטנה מאוד.
למחרת הועברנו לחדר דלוקס - זהו חדר גדול יותר עם מיטה גדולה ואמבטיה מרווחת.
החדר נקי מאוד, הצוות אדיב ומקסים. מיקום שקט וקרוב לגני לוקסמבורג אם כי רחוק ממרכז העניינים.
אציין שהתמונות לא משקפות את המלון והחדר. הזרם במקלחת היה חלש מאוד.
למרות שזהו מלון בסטנדרט נמוך ממה שאנחנו רגילים היינו מרוצים.

It is a great location in the 6th Arr. there are lots of great cafés and restaurants right in that area. They had a very good breakfast Our room was nice The staff is friendly. Only problem I found is that the WiFi was erratic and would cut in and out every few minutes. I think they need to put some repeaters through the hotel to alleviate this problem.

Very friendly and helpful. Did their best to accommodate our early international arrival with luggage storage and access as available. The aircon was not working in the original room and we were quickly moved to another, which I think may have been an upgrade as it was larger. Great location for us to get to Gare Montparnasse the next day for the train. Plenty of restaurants and shops (including supermarkets) around the area.

A well appointed quiet room, of above average size. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. The location is excellent, close to Ligne 4 Metro, in a quiet side street, but with many varied restaurants etc in Bd Montparnasse. The Jardin de Luxembourg is 10 minutes walk away. An ideal place to stay in Paris.
