Przytulny hotel z klimatem, w starym budynku i z ciekawą historią. Dobry punkt do zwiedzana miasta, śniadania urozmaicone. Polecam!

There is little to like about this hotel. We were put in Room 1, which is on street level adjacent to the reception. Consequently we could hear every sniffle of the night receptionist. The bathroom had sliding glass doors which meant you could see your partner using the shower or toilet. The room was hot but the air con was locked on a setting that was unbearably cold so could only be used in short spurts. The window had bars for security but could not be opened because of the noise. Worst of all, we found ourselves locked inside the hotel on one occasion with no means of escape - a death trap in the event of a fire. To top it all, the receptionist shouted at us for daring to try to open the door and get out! Absolutely awful stay, not recommended.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night only before we headed out to Disneyland. Hotel is in the good location. Just few minutes away from the beautiful Luxembourg gardens. Check in was no hassle, receptionist was lovely. Just hotel needs a refurbishment and some more cleaning. It looked like just bed sheets and towels were changed but room wasn't cleaned at all. We wouldn't stay there again. We went to get breakfast in the morning and receptionist told us that no one there to serve us.

Resepsiyonda bulunanlar her gün değişiyor .Pek güleryüzlü değiller.

Nice and safe location is the Saint Germain des Pres area, in the 6th arr. In my opinion, it's the true Paris and that's why we choose this area to be able to feel the Parisian way ???? . Le quartier Latin is around the corner. |The hotel is nice. The hearty breakfast was excellent with croissants, eggs, fresh orange juice... ???? |Thank you for providing a coffee and coffee machine and 4 bottles of water in the room. which was great as not in every hotel they give the guests.|The room was quite big and we could see the top of Eiffel Tower from the French balcony in our room. |The lady at the reception was very helpful. |My family and I loved our stay there.

A via crucis continuou. Louça do banheiro encardida.

We booked this hotel and paid 442 for 2 nights based on having a bath in the room in an upmarket hotel, but what a horrible stay it turned out to be. When we arrived the receptionist didn't tell us the aircon control was actually for heating - the room was already unbearably warm and we had to open the window to get any cool air. The room (#2) had almost no natural light and felt like a dungeon. We then went to run a bath - the highlight of the stay, except the plug for the bath had no seal and the bath emptied in seconds! The receptionist came and had a look and said he couldn't do anything and would change us to a different room the following night which he totally failed to do. We also asked for a bottle opener but this was also not possible as a guest 'had walked off with it'.... The room itself was a weird pastiche of fake beams and tacky gold tiles and the bath was held together with mastic. Upon check out a different and much more helpful receptionist (Chantal) said the bottle opener was in a tin they had under the reception counter and there was also a bath plug WITH A SEAL in there too. What. The. Hell. We ended up running out of the hotel and even my 9yo daughter hated the place! The only reason to stay at this hotel would be the location, but the experience meant we’d never ever again even consider staying here. Avoid at all costs.

J'ai pris mon petit déjeuner pendant 3 jours.

When we came in our first room everything was really gross; dust al over de floor and furniture. Also on the furniture were white stains. We asked for an alternative and we were given another room. Here was it a bit better, but in de cloth closet were blankets with big yellow stains en molt. In one night stand there was also a gross pillow. In general didn’t have a good experience mainly because of the hygiene. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent location and is nice. They screwed up our reservation pretty bad. We had reserved a suite because we’re a family of four they had us all set up in a tiny double. They worked it out for us. Split the family into two rooms and then moved us into the suite for day 2. We were thankful for that and the staff was helpful, but it was a bit inconvenient and there was no effort to compensate for the hassle. Also, the breakfast is not free. It is 15 Euro per person, per day. They don’t really explain that. When you check in, they just say “oh breakfast is downstairs,” when you go to breakfast there is no indication it doesn’t come with the room. Then when you check out of the hotel, they say, “that will be whatever for the breakfast” It is pretty good though.

Run and don't look back. While the reception and staff were super helpful, I couldn't get over how old and smelly the room and building were. Granted, it's an 'older' building, and I booked it because of its location in Paris. It looks nothing like it shows on the website. We booked the Junior suite because we needed a room for us and my two kids.

Firstly, the carpet is old and smells like someone's grandma's musky house. They have an elevator, but it only fits two people at a time. It's only three floors, but the stairs are so narrow that bringing luggage up or down will be tough. It's definitely not ADA accessible.

All the rooms are named after King Henry the VIII's wives. We were in Anne Boyle's room, which I think is the only "Junior Suite" they had. It is the only one with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Thank goodness we only booked it for two nights. The sofa bed has a thin mattress that squeaked every time my kid moved. The room was so small we had nowhere to put our luggage. The tub didn't drain properly. The toilet room was very small and awkwardly situated between the bed and the other room.

We didn't opted in for the breakfast buffet. I took a look one morning and I am glad we didn't. It cost $19 EUR per person and didn't look appetizing. You are surrounded by so many other wonderful cafe options that I would opted to do that then eat at the hotel. Is a unique dining area where they have the breakfast. It is in their lower basement level so there's no windows and looks very medieval which fits into its theme.

The TV didn't offer much; the only channel available was in French. Everything looked broken or dirty from the carpet flooring to the bathroom shower compartments. Classified as a 3-star hotel, I'd say it's more like 1 star because it only offers a sleeping area and a bathroom. The sheets on the sofa bed were thin, and you could feel the springs when lying on it. The double bed was actually decent. It's located on a noisy street; we heard people partying throughout the night which we didn't really mind. Close the window and you don't even hear them. We needed the air so the window was open. There was no air conditioning or fan.

The only good part of the room was the distant view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. You do get that "Parisian" feel staying there--not suited for family or if you can't go up and down stairs. I imagine it gets really uncomfortably hot in the summer with no cooling options. Great location and the front desk were super friendly--just spend a few more dollars and you could get the same but with better sleeping arrangements.
