Hotel Maravilhoso |Recepção super atenciosa, equipe nota 10 , decoração linda , quarto espetacular , super limpo e com lençóis e toalhas de primeira ! Recomendo muito , alem de tudo isso tem|Uma localização perfeita ! No melhor de saint Germain ! Já fiquei nos outros dois hotéis da rede , BUCI e MADISON . Todos ótimos

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Artus for about one week in May. This is an exceptional hotel with the best staff anywhere. It is within easy walking distance of most of the major attractions in Paris and very close to many excellent cafes. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, the carefully prepared and lovely breakfast buffet as well as the hotel manager were all exceptional and very kind. We couldn't have been treated better, and we will definitely return.

Most amazing stay in St. Germaine! The location was perfect on rue de Buci, a bustling, vibrant street filled with cafes and patisseries, yet the hotel was at a quieter end of the street, pure perfection! The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! Sanjay, the chief concierge was amazing and could not do enough for us as well as all the staff. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and arrived to a wonderful bottle of wine in our room. Sanjay was also able to secure us a dinner reservation at La Jacobine! Cannot say enough about Hotel Artus and Sanjay, can't wait to go back, highly recommend!

We just spent 6 wonderful days at the Hotel Artus. Everything about the hotel is perfect. Its location cannot be beat- a wonderful neighborhood, lively and bustling with people and action. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby and can you walk to all of the major sites in Paris. Our room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sanjay, the hotel concierge, is amazing. He helped plan our days, recommended unique art exhibits and sent is to fabulous restaurants. Sanjay checked in daily to see if he could be of help. He is a true gem!! I highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel located in the heart of Saint-Germain

Highest recommendations to Hotel Artus. If only location is paramount, then Hotel Artus is a 5 star stay. Beyond location, the staff and hospitality were superb. Sanjay, the Concierge, merits 6 stars. He made our trip to Paris memorable and unforgettable. Each of Sanjay's recommendations for meals, sites and other activities were flawless. We were amazed by Sanjay's efforts (for example, he went in person to a small, highly acclaimed restaurant to made reservations for us for dinner, and the meal was incredible) and wisdom (tickets to front of the line to Dior house, Saint Chapelle and Notre Dame on Easter Sunday). Each bistro Sanjay recommended was fabulous, and each praised Sanjay. We hope to return to Paris again soon, and will reach out to Sanjay when that time comes.

Supreme hospitality, perfect location, pleasant amenities. Loved the coffee, croissants, and fresh sparkling water in the lobby, bed and pillows were comfy, and rain shower was refreshing. The staff - Sanjay the concierge, plus the front desk crew - were always pleasant, delighted to help with any question or inquiry, and made you feel welcome.

Truly wonderful hotel, from the installations to the staff. The staff was very welcoming and always looked to help or answer any doubt sor recommendations. At the lobby the receive you with croissants, coffee or tea, or with still or sparkling water, which usually is not offered in hotels, even in 5 stars in which I have stayed. The rooms are small but are very cozy and have this retro inspired theme. Personally, I had a medical situation and had to go the hospital and they were super collaborative calling a taxi, giving us information and just being pendant. I had already planned to had check out this day and they let me stay a couple of hours after check out, no charge because of this. I can't thank them enough for this, because when something like this happens, is when you can really see how attentive a hotel can be, and they were truly wonderful. The area is amazing, with tons of restaurants and cafes, shops and with 3 metro stations near. Definitively, the best option to stay in Saint Germain Des Pres area.

The hotel and room felt clean and modern. What made the experience|Premium was the great customer service! The front desk was warm and welcoming and the head concierge, Sanjay, was super helpful with making reservations and giving us recommendations. His attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable! I would stay here again the next time I go back to Paris. Great location as well.

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable, and customer service top notch. We missed having a fitness center, but we would stay here again because the location is spectacular. Booked a privilege room which was fantastic - the design of the room, closets and shelving made for ample space for a four night stay with luggage, etc. We didn't have breakfast here since there are so many cafes within walking distance, but no doubt it is excellent.

My family (husband,2 teen daughters and my mother) just returned from a 4 night stay celebrating my 50th birthday and my husband’s 52 birthday. We had 3 separate rooms booked, all “superior rooms” I think? I cant say enough about the service that the staff provides. Not only did the staff leave a bottle of wine in the room for my husband’s birthday, they quickly resolved a small issue that we had with the room that we were given and upgraded us to the Duplex Room, which was so fantastic I thought I was living in a dream. The staff constantly checked in and made sure everything was okay with the rest of our stay. They were truly fantastic; and not just to us because we had a small issue, I observed them having the same amount of care and detail to everyone. And the area in Saint Germain CANNOT be beaten. It is smack dab in the middle of all the action, with cafes and restaurants galore. This is a wonderful, quirky boutique hotel with the most amazing staff and I cannot wait to visit again!

The hotel is a gem. Perfect location in Paris for everything, eating, walking, touring, shopping, going out at night. Inside the lobby it is like home away from home , with free expresso and croissants, and going out of the hotel front door is stepping into wonderland Paris.|The room has everything needed. You have to use all spaces available to arrange your luggage, but once you do it it is cozy and incredibly quiet. The metro is 1 minute away. Best sights are walking distance and the Restaurants and Coffee shops around a joy (and many with very reasonable prices for the high quality). I do not mention anyone in particular because there are so many and so nice, just explore and enjoy. I must share we did not have breakfast at the hotel because the experience of discovering the places to have brekfast around the hotel, with tourists and also local patrons, is part of the fun.|The hotel area feels completly safe any time.|The front desk staff go out of their way to help you with directions and advice. Mr. Sanjay Kaloya , the chief concierge, deserves a special mention. He makes you feel the most wanted and respected guest in the world and is a true Paris wizzard who even made reservations for us personally for the evening in one of the most requiered restaurants of the 6th quarter with live music, a truly impossible task.|Paris is a gorgeous city, and the stay at the Artus made it perfect.|I make an effort to write honest reviews, as I myself use them a lot. |The summary for the Artus: "just stay at this hotel when in Paris."||Disliked · Nothing

We had an amazing time from the gorgeous decor; lovely helpful and friendly staff; a great area to stay with fantastic location tow steps to anywhere you like !
A special thanks to our Concierge Mr Sanjay- we can not thank him enough for his kindness and care! And thanks agone for the lovely staff .

I really loved this hotel. Firstly, the staff were warm and friendly and the recent modernisation of the rooms was great. The lift works well, the rooms are way bigger than many I have encountered in Paris and the location was perfect for me.||I wanted a few days to just wander around St Germain and take it all in. I was there in Winter and the rooms were warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable too. There was no street noise and it’s located within easy walking distance of the St Germain market, metro station across the road and the amazing choices of cafes and restaurants. A really nice little hotel, highly recommended.

Finally met Sanjay/ Head of Concierge after reading so many good reviews about him. He waived his magic wand (thru connnections) to last minute book for us a restaurant that have to prebook at least 3 weeks in advance. Meeting him made our stay worth while! Thank you Sanjay again! Merci!

Hotel molto bello nel quartiere di Saint-Germain a Parigi. Servizio e camera molto buoni e siete vicini a molto ristoranti dove potrete fare colazione , pranzo e cena. A pochi metri trovate metro, treno, e collegamenti per girare Parigi.

I’ve stayed up & down Rue de Buci at numerous hotels and Hotel Artus is one of my favorites. What I really liked was staying in the ground floor room. I loved being able to just walk through the lobby to enter/exit my room. No waiting for the elevator or taking the stairs. Definitely would/will stay here again
