Wonderful little hotel in the St Germain neighborhood. It's close to a bunch of streetside restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner, and a Boulongerie de Paris and a market are down the street as well. Room is smallish, as is typical for the area, but was comfortable enough. Located near stops for Metro lines. Staff is friendly and was more than happy to share their local food recommendations. Overall had a nice experience here and would book with them again.

Hotel sans réel hall d'entrée, devant un trottoir qui sert de dépotoir... Chambre toute petite, moquette desuette, lit en 140, salle de bain minuscule et abîmée.. en aucun cas ne ressemble aux photos du site officiel... Tellement déçue..

If you’re hesitant to stay here, it’s worry for nothing. We love this hotel and the staff. It’s a small family owned hotel. Every one of the desk clerks we’ve encountered were very efficient and friendly, they are making our stay a happy one. Currently undergoing renovation so the area where you’d have breakfast is closed for now, however, your breakfast is delivered to you from the hotel next door. Breakfast was plenty of fresh breads made in the morning, served hot, meats and fruit, along with delicious yogurt and scrambled eggs. Coffee and juice. We had so much food that we made sandwiches out of the bread and used them for our picnic lunch by the river today. Breakfast charge was $15 pp, however, we still have leftovers for breakfast tomorrow morning. So, a great deal. There is an elevator (lift), that is small. My sister and I and our 2 roller bags along with other smaller bags fit very well, but that’s all we needed too. Our room is a nice size for an authentic European hotel. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are crisp and clean. The bathroom is a good size as well. There is a hair dryer, hot water kettle and a coffee maker. There is no microwave or small refrigerator, but I think that’s an American thing. There is an a/c unit on the wall but we’ve not needed to use it. The area we are in is one of the safest neighborhoods in Paris (or so we’ve been told) and we believe that, as we’ve walked up and down and around this neighborhood and never felt threatened, just a real pleasure. There are numerous cafe’s within the block with great service, foods and where you can enjoy sitting outside on the sidewalk while enjoying your break from touring. The Louve, Notre Dame are within 15-20 min walk and we walked to the Eiffel Tower this morning (maybe 2 miles). We did take a private car in from the airport as we did not wish to challenge our skills in finding this place by subway. So, hope this review helps you decide where to stay, we’d stay here again any time…

Best hotel for the best price in Paris!! The most kind staff ever! The rooms are spotless and had the best view! You are greeted with complimentary champagne and macaroons in the room!! All the staff was so helpful, Yann and Lotfi were great and we loved chatting with them about Paris and they have great recs! Best neighborhood in Paris too

The hotel has the best possible location and the service was outstanding – truly warm and welcoming. While the room was a bit outdated and not very soundproof, it didn’t really affect the overall experience. It’s a three-star hotel, and the room reflects that, but the unbeatable location and excellent staff make it a solid 10/10 stay.

We were greeted upon arrival by a wonderful hotel staffer. An interesting aspect of this hotel was its very simple approach which also seemed more personal. And honestly, it worked. For example, our reservation was managed through pen and paper. When we left the hotel, we would hand in our key in to the front desk, and when we returned, the front desk would return our key. They explained this is how they could keep track of who’s in the hotel, and who is out visiting Paris. When we were checking out. we were reminded to pay using our card as the hotel doesn’t have an auto check out. ||When we reviewed the hotel on Tripadvisor, I wondered what the rooms are like as they seemed busy with the wallpaper. I couldn’t up Tell if they were modern or clean. They were both in modern and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was roomie. The bathroom was quite updated. The room was prepared nicely for us. We were in the junior suite. Something you can’t tell from the picture is there were two very nice windows that opened. It changed the feel of the room even more so. Of course that’s weather dependent. We slept with the windows open and a nice breeze at night! Only negative was that there was a TV on the wall that was also small. But that is not why we visited Paris!||We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great hotel in a perfect location. We could walk most places. The street was quaint as was the hotel!!!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was a great location to get around to all the popular attractions and close to shops and restaurants but still was in a quiet area. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was immaculately clean. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed at Hotel des Deux Continents for a few days and had the best experience. The staff is amazing and so friendly, the beds super comfortable, the location is perfect for walking/metro around Paris.The were very apologetic for their breakfast room was unavailable during renovation and sent a sweet gift up to the room. They really went out of their way to make us happy! Highly recommend!

The experience of the hotel was severly limited as there is major refurbishment going on at the moment. It would be unfair to add negative content as we only booked for one night.

j'ai séjourné une nuit et l'accueil a été parfait. L'accueil est en rénovation mais n'a absolument pas été gênant car aucun bruit. toutefois, le personnel a eu la gentillesse de m'offrir une bouteille de champagne et des macarons pour ce désagrément. et le petit déjeuner peut être pris en chambre. la situation géographique était absolument parfaite .||je recommande

L’établissement est idéalement situé dans le magnifique quartier de Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Le personnel est agréable et la chambre est propre est joliment décorée. Mention spéciale pour la chambre avec terrasse, très sympa quand il fait beau et qu’on peut prendre le petit déjeuner dessus.

Hôtel cosy, situé en plein St-Germains. A deux pas de l'université, du Bon Marché, etc...
Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres propres. Les petits présents sont très appréciables !

We just got back home from this wonderful hotel, and we absolutely loved our stay!|The location is one of the best in Paris – right in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, just a minute’s walk from lively streets and major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. In the evenings, the area is both fun and safe, making it perfect for exploring.|The staff was incredibly kind and always eager to help with anything we needed. During our stay, the breakfast room was under renovation, so we can’t comment on the food. However, the renovation didn’t cause any inconvenience at all, and there are plenty of great places nearby for breakfast.|Our room had enough space for two, and we really appreciated the excellent soundproof windows. We couldn’t hear any noise from the street at all. We only heard our neighbors once, but they were unusually loud early risers. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and professional – they even changed our bed linens just a day before check-out, which was a nice touch.|If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be in the bathroom. The shower doors don’t fully seal, leaving a gap about the width of a finger, which makes showering a bit tricky and always leaves water on the floor. This isn’t a major issue, but it’s something the hotel might want to consider fixing.|That said, we had an amazing stay, and I wouldn’t deduct a star for this small detail. Schönes Boutique-Hotel in allerbester rive-gauche-Lage im Herzen von Saint-Germain. Sehr netter Empfang, überhaupt wurden wir ausgesprochen herzlich betreut. Die 4 Sterne für das Zimmer sind natürlich vor dem Hintergrund zu verstehen, dass in ao einer Lage häufig völlig überteuerte "Wohnklos" angeboten werden. Anscheinend sollte man über eine Internet-Platform buchen, die ausgehängte Preistafel ist gruselig! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I was in room 120 which had the window towards the back yard. It was very quiet at night and I slept very well. The room was small, but had all the amenities needed: a desk, a wardrobe, a big TV with international channels, a bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo, etc. There was nothing missing for a pleasant stay. It was very, very clean and I felt very comfortable. Due to constructions in the lounge area, breakfast was served in the room. The service was great, on time and the food was rich and delicious. Overall, a very satisfying experience at this hotel!

Super schattig hotel! Schoon en met vriendelijke behulpzaam personeel. Op een toplocatie we hebben alles te voet bezocht. En de wijk zelf is heel erg leuk.

The hotel itself is located perfectly. It’s very comfy to go by foot to almost anywhere. The team was super attentive and we also found some gifts in the room due to some works, which was a very nice detail. At the end of our stay we were able to leave our bags for the day, which was also great. However, the pictures we saw online gave us the impression that our room would be bigger and we ended up a bit surprised. My pictures might look normal, but the angle makes a difference. We later found out that these are typical rooms in the area for the type of hotel. The hotel also seemed a bit older than what we expected and was under works, which was already told to us in advance. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would even recommend it due its location.

Très (trop) bien chauffée avec une bonne literie.
Personnel à la réception et dans la salle du petit déjeuner (copieux) très sympathique
