Sans une révolution du service client dans cet etablissement qui se veut chic, la 5eme étoile restera un rêve lointain ….
Kleines feines Gym dabei und Zimmer auch überschaubar groß, aber das ist in einem Boutique Hotel in dieser Lage zu erwarten.
Overall Top gewesen und Rooftop Bar hat mega Ausblick über Paris!
Terrasse magnifique 360º sur Paris
Gros bémol : vu la pléthore de Spritz et autres cocktails proposés, il serait de bon goût de supprimer les montagnes de glaçons dans chaque verre et de les remplacer par du produit… histoire d’avoir du goût ! Également, un peu de générosité sur les accompagnements payants, tapas, etc. ne nuirait pas.
Chambre à fuir … douche de moins d’un mètre carré … une honte pour ce type d’hôtel !
Communication pre-trip was informative and quick. I will not mention specific names to protect their privacy but “R” at the front desk remembered our email correspondence when checking us in and the doorman “V” was very helpful in securing luggage while we waited for our interconnecting rooms to be ready.
Rooms are Parisian small but well appointed, The staff responded quickly and apologetically when we did ask for a squeaky door to be lubed and an odd odor to be addressed. To be honest, the rooms served its purpose and was comfortable for sleeping.
The highlight here, however, is the staff. All were welcoming and genuinely seemed interested to know how our stay was going. Guest relations managers “C” and “P” engaged with us in genuine conversation without that feeling like it was a “timeshare sell”. Ha!
Pro tip: Get up to the rooftop after 11PM. There was no one there (post Easter week) but it’s still accessible to guests to simply hang out with a leftover bottle of wine you took from dinner! The amazing night time view of Eiffel Tower in the distance is so enchanting.

Great location in the left bank less than 10 minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. Neighborhood is very safe and walkable with so many restaurants, bakeries cafés, and bars. Would love to stay in this area again if I returned. The room itself was well appointed, and the staff very friendly. Everyone we encountered was friendly— special recognition for Front Desk staff Marie, who helped us with check-in and was able to understand my very poor French and was happy to speak to us in English.
The rooftop bar was spectacular view, unfortunately the weather for us was a little bit cold to completely enjoy.
If you can, splurge for a suite, was very spacious with a nice terrace. Housekeeping would leave treats for you in the evening and we loved that the mini bar was included without the typical exorbitant prices seen at most hotels.
I would not hesitate to book here again
D’abord l’accueil, Marie a été fantastique du début à la fin, elle a rendu ce moment, déjà beau, magique.
Ensuite, le lieu est sublime, la nourriture fantastique (mention spéciale aux Orrichiette)
Bref un sans faute, on tarde d’y revenir

O Hotel é muito bonito, com Staff SUPER prestativo e acolhedor, você é tratado com carinho e individualidade. Ganhei flores, macarrons e presentinhos no meu aniversário. Têm um Rooftop com bar e vista clara da Torre Eifell, Notre Dame e da Cidade. O Restaurante têm área interna e externa e a comida é uma delícia!
O Quarto é novo, moderno, funcional, limpo, com cama muito confortável, jogo de cama e banho de alta qualidade. Possui frigobar com águas gratuitas, máquina de café, cápsulas e chás.
Super silencioso, privado e seguro.
Quel plaisir de séjourner dans un cadre exceptionnel comme celui là avec une chambre soigneusement décorée et parfaitement confortable.

Les chambres sont très agréables bien qu'un peu petites et qui manquent un peu de rangements. Pour un très court séjour, cela ne pose pas de problème. La literie est très confortable et le double vitrage fonctionne parfaitement !
Le petit déjeuner continental est varié et les produits proposés sont de très bonne qualité.
L'espace fitness et Spa est un plus... et le rooftop doit être dingue à la belle saison !
The rooms were clean and very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor seating terrace for two.
The staff was super helpful especially in regards to things to do or dinner reservations. Erwin really helped me to make our vacation in Paris very memorable!
We also felt completely safe walking around outside of the hotel in Latin Quarter area.
We would highly recommend this hotel!!
