Ça devrait déjà bien faire 20 ans que j’aurais du laisser un commentaire, mais ce lieu fait tellement partie de ma vie, que je n’y avais même jamais songé jusqu’alors.
J’y ai passé les plus beaux moments de mon existence. Il n’y a pas une personne que je n’aime pas dans ce lieu, qui a forgé la personne que je suis, mes goûts musicaux, et mon amour pour les pianos bars. Merci d’exister, depuis si longtemps. On s’ennuierait bien sans vous

In the basement of the restaurant they play jazz from 23.00 to 4 am. However, it is very stuffy there, ventilation is either weak or not at all.... So when there are a lot of people there, and also dancing, it becomes uncomfortable, you should pay attention to the owners to improve the ventilation of the basement, and in the restaurant itself is also stuffy, although the music and songs are so exciting that you forget about it. Sometimes you go out for fresh air and then back into the thick of cabaret atmosphere.
The cuisine is not bad by the way, tasty dishes, good portions. Service is good.

Aux Trois Mailletz est un restaurant cabaret légendaire à Paris, véritable symbole du Quartier Latin. Son histoire en tant que restaurant remonte à 1948, bien qu'il soit installé dans un bâtiment du XIIe siècle, une ancienne chapelle.
Aux Trois Mailletz est l'un des rares endroits à Paris où l'on peut passer une soirée dans l'ambiance d'un véritable concert musical, combiné à un dîner.
Depuis le début, Aux Trois Mailletz associe la gastronomie à la musique live. Ce n'est pas un simple restaurant, c'est un véritable cabaret musical. Presque tous les soirs, il y a des concerts en direct avec des pianistes, des chanteurs et des musiciens. C'est une rareté à Paris, il faut donc réserver ses tables à l'avance.
Le programme va du jazz, des chansons, du blues à la musique pop et à l'opéra.
Au sous-sol du restaurant, on joue du jazz de 23 heures à 4 heures du matin. Cependant, c'est assez guindé, avec peu ou pas d'aération.... Vous devriez demander aux propriétaires d'améliorer la ventilation du sous-sol, et le restaurant lui-même peut également être étouffant, bien que la musique et les chansons soient si excitantes que vous l'oubliez. Parfois, vous sortez pour prendre l'air et vous vous retrouvez dans l'ambiance du cabaret.
La cuisine n'est pas mauvaise d'ailleurs, des plats savoureux, de bonnes portions. Le service est bon.
