Unfortunately , the guest relationships was not great.
On my last trip, I was promises I will be called when my room is ready.
It was not done.
On this stay I got lectured about a bottle of water i requested and she told me I should go to the corner store because is more cheap.
She start again when I came back at night, I stayed all over the world and it s never happen to me and I felt under appreciated as a returning client who refer this hotel to many people.
It felt very cheap.
The night guard was very caring and felt very bad about the situation.
It left me a sour taste in my mouth.
At checkout no apology about the incident.
An absolutely perfect location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
