Globalement très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Un petit bémol sur le manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres. On entend les voisins parler, leur chasses d'eau,...

En général positif, sauf le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas au niveau ****. Il manquait surtout du bon café et du cappuccino ainsi qu’un service personnel (demander si on souhaite un café de la machine au lieu du café à « l’américaine »). De plus, les oeufs brouillés n’étaient pas bos et il manquait du bacon.

We stayed in one of the apartments and were surprised with the quiet bedrooms, the space and mostly the friendliness and warmth of the staff. It was an exquisite stay and we will be back!

Hotel was conveniently located, staff were very helpful, room was clean and well outfitted. Wc was a little sparse and the shower room was small to accommodate two people.

The front desk staff was very kind and I really appreciated the clean towels and sheets each day. Unfortunately for three of the nights we could not sleep - we could hear other guests snoring and talking through the walls all night, a machine (sounded like a hot water heater) was going on periodically all night long, there were other water noises all night, there was a cleaning staff member that made us feel quite uncomfortable and for the first time traveling we felt we had to make sure our possessions had not been taken (nothing was taken thankfully but it was a little stressful), and the rooms need some renovating.

The electricity in the room was on and off. Flickering lights. The check in staff were very nice. The check out staff less so. The breakfast eggs were some of the worst I’ve had in my entire life.

Staff lovely, bed super comfortable, hotel perfectly located. We had a few issues with trying to work out how to turn light switches on- seemed unnecessarily complicated and similarly, instructions for how to work the shower would be useful- we had to ask staff to come and show us.

Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Wir brauchten Hafermilch zum Frühstück, die der Kellner sofort im nahegelegenen Supermarkt gekauft hat. Die 1. Etage müsste renoviert werden. Es gibt viele abgestoßene Ecken.

The staff are professional and helpful. Example: they made an appointment for a taxi as needed for airport, train station, etc, with a very reliable service, and also do wake up calls for early departure. The cleaning and bell services are also excellent. The hotel is also set back from the street and it is quiet at night.
