The room was tiny, old, and nothing like the photos on Booking.com - completely misleading. For over $400 a night, there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided, and the minibar was empty. Reception was dirty and smelled bad. Staff were polite, but overall this place is a rip-off. Avoid!

Only location is good but absolutely overpriced and no value for money. Old, outdated and tiny rooms. Mold in the bathroom…
Poor staff who has to defend themselves in front of the customer because of such “offer”. On top: internet connection weak and always up and down ☹️. Absolute no value for money!

Excellent stay! The staff was always very kind and the rooms cleaned daily. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet at night, so we slept very well. We also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and juice at the reception :)
The location is perfect, right next to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and the metro station. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in the vivid neighbourhood of Le Marais, a perfect starting point for sightseeing in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but very small, especially the bathroom. And it always smelled like cigarettes.

Leider wurde beim Buchen ein falsches Datum angegeben. Obwohl es um über 400 Euro ging, war das Hotel leider nicht bereit, eine terminliche Anpassung zu machen - das überwiesene Geld wurde hingegend dankend angenommen mit der Antwort: "Aufgrund der großen Anzahl an Änderungsanfragen, die wir derzeit erhalten, ist es leider nicht möglich, Änderungen vorzunehmen.

Le camere sono decisamente piccole e poco spaziose. Le pareti sottili non garantiscono un buon isolamento acustico: si sentono chiaramente rumori provenienti dal corridoio e dalle stanze adiacenti, il che compromette la qualità del riposo.
Un episodio particolarmente spiacevole è stato lo scatto dell’allarme antincendio alle 7 del mattino, rimasto attivo per circa 10 minuti. Nessuno dello staff si è premurato di dare spiegazioni o rassicurazioni, creando confusione e un certo panico tra gli ospiti, molti dei quali erano in vacanza e cercavano relax.
Aggiungo un’esperienza negativa anche con l’assistenza post-soggiorno: ho dimenticato un apparecchio in camera e ho subito inviato una mail per segnalarlo. Mi è stato chiesto di compilare un modulo per la spedizione, che ho prontamente inviato, pagando anche 25€. Purtroppo, da quel momento non ho più ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, né aggiornamenti.
Nel complesso, ho riscontrato scarsa attenzione al cliente e poca serietà nella gestione. Un vero peccato, perché le aspettative erano decisamente più alte.

Hotel vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Temple, si trova in posizione strategica, per visitare le varie zone di Parigi.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. I also liked the unlimited access to coffee and drinks, which was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

The location is a blessing and a curse. It is near multiple train stops, but is also directly on top of a train. Be prepared with earplugs because the regular train traffic will vibrate your room and bed.
I visited in January and there wasn't a great way to regulate the temperature. I had to open the window frequently because the room was too hot and the heater adjustability is limited.

Tres deçu de cet hotel qui est vieux j aurai meme pas mis d etoile ...
Je me suis aperçu trop tard qu il y avait des cheveux par terre au sol, c etait sale.
Nous avons pas eu d eau chaude le matin et malgrès ma reclamation , le soir lorsque ns sommes rentrès de notre journee de visite à 23h toujours pas d eau chaude
Apres ma reclamation au matin ils ne sont pas capable de regler le probleme pendant la journee
Et ns avions le lavabo bouchè et le nous avons pris juste un jour car le pt dèjeunè est dans une petit salle ou nous ètions tres serre et du cafè machine bas gamme bref une catastrophe !

Siamo arrivate venerdì 22/11 avevamo prenotato una doppia , siamo state messe in una singola. Dopo aver chiamata l’agenzia siamo state spostate , letto piccolissimo e camera un loculo. Tranne il cambio delle salviette , la stanza non era pulita e non ci sono stati svuotati nemmeno i cestini.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The guy on reception who checked us out and received us Friday morning was so welcoming. This hotel is no frills but is adequate for anyone exploring the wonderful streets of Paris. Definitely worth it...we didn't take the breakfast so can't comment on that.

2) ευγενικό προσωπικό, ιδίως οι κυρίες στην υποδοχή & στο πρωινό
3) καλή καθαριότητα, σεντόνια, πετσέτες, μπάνιο
4) check out στις 11πμ αλλά μπορείς να αφήσεις τις αποσκευές με ασφάλεια στην υποδοχή
- : 1) μικρό δωμάτιο με κρεβάτι & σκαμπό, που θέλουν αλλαγή.Επίσης οι κρεμάστρες στην ντουλάπα θέλουν αλλαγή.
2) πολύ στενοί κοινόχρηστοι διάδρομοι δηλ. 2 άτομα δεν χωρούν να περάσουν,και χρειάζονται αλλαγή οι μοκέτες
3) μικρή τραπεζαρία, γι αυτό και λίγα τα τραπέζια. Οχι πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό

A fuir. Je suis arrivée à 23h avec ma fille. après avoir ouvert la porte je vois des punaises de lit ou des cafards dans la chambre. J'ai du changer d'hôtel en pleine nuit et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser. Aucun respect des clients et une propreté des chambres catastrophiques.

Hôtel fantastique situé dans un endroit idéal. Le personnel est absolument MAGNIFIQUE. Si nous revenons à Paris, nous y séjournerons à coup sûr !!!!

De hotelkamer was erg klein, maar dat is vrij gebruikelijk in Parijs. Hoewel wij hier geen probleem mee hadden, viel het achterstallig onderhoud helaas erg op, met name in de badkamer. De kitranden waren duidelijk aan vervanging toe en de ventilatie werkte niet, wat schimmelvorming tot gevolg had. Daarnaast hing er een onaangename rioollucht in de badkamer.
Het bed was aan de korte kant (ongeveer 1,90 m lang), wat oncomfortabel kan zijn voor langere mensen. Ook vonden wij de matrassen erg hard – dat is uiteraard een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur.
De kamers zijn erg gehorig; we konden het gesprek van onze buren woord voor woord volgen.
We hadden vooraf ontbijt bijgeboekt, maar konden hier helaas geen gebruik van maken. De ontbijtruimte was extreem klein – met slechts drie tafeltjes – en zat telkens vol. Uiteindelijk hebben we besloten om buiten het hotel te ontbijten.
Vanwege deze tegenvallende ervaringen zijn we uiteindelijk eerder vertrokken, omdat we hier niet langer wilden verblijven.
