The location and friendly staff at this small hotel can't be beat. I enjoyed staying in the middle of my favorite Paris neighborhood. You can walk to everything, but be aware that the Metro isn't just outside the door -- it requires a few minutes' walk. Breakfast was delicious, and the women that attended the breakfast room were very friendly. As expected in a small Paris hotel, the room and bathroom were small, but fine for two of us, since we barely spent time in the room. Free water was a plus. The A/C was powerful. We faced the street, but there was no noise, even on a Saturday night. A great choice if you prefer staying in the Marais.

First off, what a Willy Wonka cute hotel, you won’t miss it! Check in and out was fast, they will email you ahead; just answer that so you’re good to go. They will replenish your water (yay to free water in France lol), even the Nespresso pods. In that sense, I don’t think getting the breakfast in the hotel is necessary (Poilane and boulangeries abound). They are centrally located with loads and loads of cafes and restaurant options nearby plus many independent shops and familiar brands within walking distance. But, Paris is made up of 20 arrondisements so don’t be fooled that you will be walking distance to all sites. You will need to take metro, a short walk away. Now, to the con, though not unique to this hotel, is the size. Wow, we got the higher 1br category (sorry forgot what it was) but still tiny. Yet, by some miracle, we were still able to fit 3 large luggage and 1 carry on! There is an elevator and the staff speak good English and very helpful. They helped us with reservations and even cancellations. Oh, one last thing, this is Marais, so the streets are narrower, which I think restricts the sun from coming in the room, a thought especially when booking in the winter.

Very kind staff and great location, but as a light sleeper I feel I need to share with others who are in a similar situation that this is a very noisy hotel. I asked for a room in the back courtyard as I was told it would be more quiet, but the reality is that you can hear everything from all the other rooms on the stairs all the time.Just good for people to know.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore del Marais. Hotel molto gradevole.Personale gentilissimo, fanno il possibile per farti sentire a tuo agio e rispondere a ogni tuo bisogno. Camere molto pulite e curate, anche se il bagno è un po' piccolo (ma è Parigi). Letto davvero molto comodo. Prodotti per l'igiene, messi a disposizione, di ottima qualità. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Siamo già tornati, e torneremo ancora più e più volte.
Consigliatissimo.

Ideally located in the Marais on a quiet street. The rooms are clean with everything you need and the breakfast is tasty and staff are fantastic. HUGE thanks to the front desk for so kindly and quickly helping me solve a transportation issue!

I chose this hotel for its location, and it turned out to be the right choice. The hotel offers a warm atmosphere, enjoyable vibes, and creative interior design. Its colorful decor and thoughtful details like the Nespresso machine in the room make the stay even more pleasant.

Daily cleaning and replenishment of amenities were done meticulously. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They respond quickly to urgent needs, and hot water in the room is available instantly, adding to the overall comfort.

The hotel is situated in a neighborhood with fantastic shops, adding extra charm to the room. Opening the window, you’ll feel like you’re part of this chic neighborhood. However, as with many places in Paris, the rooms are quite small. Additionally, soundproofing might be the hotel’s weakest point, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Overall, if you’re looking for an accommodation that balances price and performance in a great location, this hotel is an excellent option. I’d especially recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of a stylish Parisian neighborhood.

Un Séjour Chaleureux et Créatif

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement, et ce fut un excellent choix. L’hôtel offre une atmosphère chaleureuse, agréable et un design intérieur créatif. Sa décoration colorée et des détails bien pensés, comme la machine Nespresso dans la chambre, rendent le séjour encore plus plaisant.

Le ménage quotidien et le réapprovisionnement des produits étaient faits avec soin. Le personnel était extrêmement chaleureux, accueillant et serviable. Ils répondent rapidement aux besoins urgents, et l’eau chaude est disponible immédiatement, ce qui renforce le confort général.

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier entouré de boutiques fantastiques, ce qui donne un charme supplémentaire à la chambre. En ouvrant la fenêtre, on se sent comme faisant partie de ce quartier chic. Cependant, comme c’est souvent le cas à Paris, les chambres sont assez petites. De plus, l’insonorisation pourrait être le point faible de l’hôtel, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes sensibles au bruit.

En résumé, si vous cherchez un hébergement qui allie qualité et prix dans un excellent emplacement, cet hôtel est une excellente option. Je le recommande particulièrement à ceux qui souhaitent s’imprégner de l’énergie vibrante d’un quartier parisien élégant.

Bu oteli özellikle konumu nedeniyle tercih ettim ve doğru bir seçim yaptığımı düşünüyorum. Otel, sıcak bir ortam, keyifli bir atmosfer ve yaratıcı bir iç mimariye sahip. Renkli dekorasyonu ve odalarda bulunan Nespresso makinası gibi küçük ama önemli detaylar, konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getiriyor.

Everything I could want from a convenient boutique hotel in Paris was found here. The room was prepared with its own cozy personal character and was attentively cleaned. Ismail at the desk was especially kind and helpful. Great stay!

Ismael was incredibly kind and helpful. He provided outstanding service, and it’s clear he has potential for a more advanced role. We would love to come back and stay again. It was evident from your staff that service is above all else which is often hard to find these days. Ismael had great suggestions and took care in ensuring our happiness. We will be back as it’s also a great area/neighborhood.

Consigliatissimo!!! Super bello, tutti molto gentili. Un paradiso :) Camere un po’ piccole ma molto curate. Tutta la struttura in generale curata, molto pulito. C’è l ascensore. Mi hanno tenuto la valigia per tutta la giornata senza costi extra. Mi hanno fatto la fattura.

We absolutely loved this place. From the friendly reception, to the cute little basement/cave like dining area for breakfast. This place was magical. Our room was located through the courtyard on the first floor and it was wonderful. We got a decent price on the room but it was kind of pricey anyways. The breakfast was amazing and the woman who worked it was very sweet. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely looking place, great people working here with great service

We loved the location of this property. The room was so comfy, the bed very good. We could easily walk to several dining options. We really liked being so close to marchers des enfants rouge. More than one boulangerie an easy walk. Street so quiet at night. Uber picks up and drops you at the door. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.All kinds of candy in the lobby.We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Celebrated our Anniversary here and it was special to be in Paris and staying here was the topping on the cake. One of the best.

We felt that this hotel is in a perfect location. Street is super quiet overnight. Beds are comfortable. Extremely clean entire hotel. Amazing staff. Short walk to several dining options. Walkable to many historical attractions. Several boulangeries a short walk. Marche des enfants rouge very close. Easy walk to public transportation. Beautiful exterior on a quiet street. Stayed here for our anniversary and it made very special.

My wife and I had planned a four-day vacation in Paris. Through Hotels.com we booked another hotel in the Marais district (Les Patios du Marais), but when we arrived this hotel in the afternoon, it turned our that they for some unknown reason had cancelled our reservation without informing us! We we quite desperate not having a hotel for our vacation, and started to explore on Hotels.com if there were any vacant hotels in the Marais district. Luckily the Maison Saintonge had one vacant room left, but we did not have enough power left on our laptop to complete the reservation. The staff at Les Patios du Marais called the hotel and they blocked the room for 20 min. Off we went to this small but charming hotel. The receptionist was extremely friendly. He showed us the room which unfortunately was very small - there was not even space on the flour to open our suitcase. As we were staying in Paris for 4 days we were reluctant to take this room. The receptionist completely understood our difficult situation and suggested we sat down in the lobby, powered our PC, and searched for another hotel or an Airbnb apartment. While we were doing this he served us tea, coffee, water and sweets. What a nice treat! Eventually we found a nice Airbnb apartment in the the Marais district. Although we never stayed at Maison Saintonge we can highly recommend this hotel due to the exquisite service.

Je mets une étoile pour le jeune homme à l'accueil très sympathique.
Et une pour le côté original de la chambre.
Par contre, chambre TRÈS petite, sombre (donnant sur cour).
Le pire c'est la "caution" de 100€ qu'on nous demande qui soit disant n'est pas débitée mais qui l'a été. Trois jours après notre départ, je n'ai toujours pas récupéré mes 100€. Ce qui, bien sûr, à beaucoup affecté le budget vacances. Nous allons souvent à l'hôtel, mais ça je n'ai jamais vu.
Ne mérite en rien les 4 étoiles !!

This place is so gorgeous, it is literally like something out of a movie. Stunning, comfortable and luxurious feeling rooms with everything you need.

Staff are wonderful, and there is an adorable sweet shop in the lobby. Such a treasure!

Un petit hôtel (peu de chambres). Mais il a tout d'un grand, d'abord il est trés bien situé (proche du Marais et du marché des enfants rouge). La réception ressemble à une confiserie avec tous ces bocaux de bonbons .L'accueil est chaleureux et respectueux. Le petit déjeuner délicieux, les chambres sont elles aussi très accueillante, la literie est très ferme. Bref j'ai apprécié.

Süßes kleines Hotel mitten in Marais. Viele Metro Stationen in der Nähe, sodass es wirklich gut angebunden ist. Wir waren zwei Tage während der olympischen Spiele hier, daher war der Preis natürlich zu hoch, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Schönes Zimmer, netter Service, 24h Rezeption und gute Klimaanlage. Leider keine Halterung für den Duschkopf und keine Duschabdeckung, weshalb wir regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt haben. Aber das ist nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

너무 사랑스러운 호텔! 친절한 직원들 덕분에, 여자 혼자 여행이었지만 늘 안전한 기분이었고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요.
마레 지구 중심부에 위치해서 쇼핑 좋아하시는 분들에게 특히 추천합니다. 10~15분 걸어서 퐁피두 센터, 피노 컬렉션, 루브루박물관까지 갈 수 있습니다.
조식도 신선한 과일부터 스크램블 에그, 소시지, 요거트까지 맛있었어요.

Super séjour dans une chambre sublime avec accueil charmant et chaud!
L’hôtel est super bien placé dans le centre de Paris, mais néanmoins très calme, idéale pour une nuit paisible!
L’accueil est super chaleureuse, et ils font tout pour te mettre à l’aise.
Les chambres sont très confortable.

Après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel à Paris du 24 au 25 Février, je dois dire que les chambres sont très bien aménagées et le personnel de la réception est aimable.

Cependant, je suis extrêmement déçu par le niveau de bruit dans les chambres. Il est pratiquement impossible de fermer l’œil avec tous les bruits provenant des autres chambres. De plus, à partir de 7h30 du matin, on est inévitablement réveillé, ce qui rend impossible toute tentative de repos. Si vous recherchez un séjour paisible, je vous conseille de chercher ailleurs.

Je ne le recommande pas. J’ai fait un enregistrement du bruit, c’est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas le mettre en pièce jointe.

A la lecture des avis, le personnel de l’hôtel est au courant que les chambres sont bruyantes. Ça devrai être indiqué dans la description. Pour un déplacement travail oui, pour un déplacement personnel, À FUIR.
