Per gli amanti della carne alla brace! Locale informale, personale gentile e soprattutto chiude tardi cosi ci si può recare per cena anche alle 22:30, come abbiamo fatto noi.

J'ai manger là-bas 1 entrecôte et ma mère 1 andouillette qui étaient a compagner de pommes de terre et haricots verts , nous avons trouver ces 2 plats excellent. Le rapport qualité-prix est raisonnable. Leur moutarde était bonne pas trop forte. J'ai trouver les 2 serveuses qui se sont occupés de nous étaient sympathiques et notre écoute.

It’s been a while since we’ve tried to book a table, but this time we were just walking by and decided to ask if they had a table for 2 and within minutes we were sitting in the big shared table with 2 other couples!
We had a great time, food was amazing, and the waiter very nice!
Will definitely come back

Très bon gigot d’agneau et très bonne andouillette.
Le Services est au top avec des serveuses, souriante et aimables .
Même quand c’est complet, ils vont trouver une table.

Really good meat, I like the concept of it being grilled right in front of us over a wood fire
However we were pretty disappointed with the service. For one of the dishes we ordered, we asked for the meat to be well-cooked, but it came out rare. Instead of apologizing, the waiter just took it off the plate, re-cooked it, and brought it back still rare. Then things got worse the third time when they brought us a plate from another table, and it had a piece of chewed meat on it. When we pointed it out, rather than saying sorry, they argued with us, which really ruined the experience. Good food, but the attitude and service were a big letdown.

The escargot and steaks are highly recommended! Our waiter was also very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

The old man (I think he’s the manager) who sits by the entrance and greets people is very sweet. He always has a warm smile and his presence makes the entire experience much more enjoyable. The lamb they serve here is always delicious.

It's very unique atmosphere. You see fire grill in a restaurant, you see how busy chefs and waiters are, you see the food on your plate, which will make you think of it over and over.
I went to this restaurant last year, it is the best restaurant in my 2024 list, and I'm going back next week, can't tell how excited I am.
Since the restaurant is very busy, so don't be strict with the waiters, they work very hard. So i don't mind waiters don't smile or wait a bit long for the food. Quality is the most important.

i think they should question their concept. a so called “meat expert restaurant” should know the different cookings styles of a poultry.
when i ask for a “bien cuit” steak, and get a blue one instead; even after sending it twice then them sending me a different plate with chewed meat from another client on it…? this is UNACCEPTABLE.

And let’s not forget the attitude of the waiter and owner of the restaurant. I’ve never dealt with such rudes employees in my life, mocking me and not even apologizing for their 3 mistakes. Not one, but three.

I work in this field, I am very indulgent and patient but the number one rule is not never be rude to a costumer. Very disappointed in my experience, and would definitely not recommend this restaurant only if you wish to eat 20m after all the table has finished their plates and to face a shitty attitude from the owner and employee:)

Aside from all the negativity, thank you for the lebanese chef who came and fixed the problem cause he saw me speaking in arabic with my family and took the initiative to calm down the owner.

Grosse déception... ok piur le feu de bois et la vitrine qui ne paie pas mine.
Ok pour le besoin de gestion des réservations... longtemps a l avance et avec empreinte bancaire pour éviter toute pollution...
Mais l accueil est triste voire désagréable.
L information sur les plats (origine viande) est légère, maladroite et limite inconsistante. . Confondre persillé avec maturé est inquiétant dans un restaurant qui fait l éloge du bœuf de qualité.
Au final une entrecôte bonne au niveau de la texture mais décevante au niveau du goût.
Le feu de bois ne fait pas tout.
Rapport qualité prix... moyen.
Encore un effort... et on aura plaisir rencontrer Louise plus que Robert ))

예약없이 6시에 갔습니다 다행히 두명 가능하다해주었고 지하로 갔지만 동굴같은 분위기가 저는 더 좋았어요 여자 둘이서 스타터없이 앙트레코트랑 티본스테이크 와인은 로제 추천받은 레드 한잔씩 디저트로 크렘뷔릴레 라임소르베 시키니 굉장히 배불리 먹었네요 주문도 빨리 받아주고 친절하게 해주어서 너무 만족한 저녁이었어요 예약 못 하신분들도 오픈시간에 꼭 도전해보세요 8일동안의 파리에서 제일 만족한 식당입니다 메뉴판에 와이파이비번도 있으니 연결해 사용하세요

Best beef rib I’ve ever had, it’s medium in the picture. The outside is woody smoked, inside was soft and tasked like butter. Highly recommended!

One of the best restaurants we have visited in Paris. There are 2 dishes both my wife and I agree they are the best we have ever tried from anywhere - Escargot and Duck Breast - highly recommended! I have to admit I am not a big fan of both dishes as I had bad experiences with them a few time in the past, but I absolutely LOVE both dishes here. The steak is good too. We wanted to try more but were too full for any additional dishes.

What we love about the place other than the great foods is the vibe and atmosphere here. The decoration and open kitchen with fireplace grill together with super friendly staffs and the owner himself made our visit feels like a BBQ dinner at friend's home. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Paris.

Oh, make a reservation in advance is a must if you plan to visit here. There is a slim chance you will get your seats walking-in.

Robert et Louise is a cozy, rustic spot in Le Marais that serves amazing wood-fired meats. The côte de bœuf is a standout—tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

The atmosphere is warm and authentic, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If you're into quality meat and a true Parisian vibe, this place is a must.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen da und hatten vorher reserviert. Es wurde querbeet bestellt: cote de boeuf, tbone, duck breast und shrimps als Hauptgerichte.
Zu den Einzelkritiken:
Cote de boeuf: Gut geschnittenes, dickes Steak an der Rippe. Top Gargrad. Geschmacklich auch gut, aber nicht super zart - cote de boeuf halt.
Tbone: Ungewöhnlich dünn geschnittenes Stück, kannte ich so nicht. Gargrad war auch wieder top. Der Filetteil war gut, der andere eher nicht so. Würde ich nicht mehr für 34€ bestellen.
Duck breast: Das beste Gericht, das wir bestellt hatten. Zart, rosa gebraten, lecker, aber bei dem Preis muss das auch so sein.
Shrimps: Geschmacklich gut, aber 3 Crevetten für 24€?!
Zu den Beilagen: Alle konnten aus Kartoffelecken, grünen Bohnen und Salat zwei auswählen. Es wurde bunt gemischt bestellt. Von den Bohnen wurden zwei kleinen Teller gereicht, nach Aussage des Kellners hatten sie nicht mehr (nach 1h Öffnungszeit schon ausverkauft?!). Salatblätter auch abgezählt und zu wenig. Immerhin gab es genug Kartoffeln. Tellergröße auch zu klein, Beilagen passen nichtmal drauf.
Fazit: Für die ausgerufenen Preise erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Essen war okay, würde aber nicht mehr hingehen.

We discovered this place walking the streets of Paris and luckily they were able to find a table for us. The food was amazing, the portions very generous and the baguette kept coming. While everything was delicious, we especially loved the blood sausage appetizer which was to die for. Our server Marlon was very kind and attentive. We only wish we had another day in Paris and could come back for another meal!

Cuisine très moyenne et service approximatif. Prix trop élevés par rapport à la qualité des produits et à la cuisine peu élaborée. Salle au sous-sol tres bruyante et peu confortable.

One of the best place to eat meat in Paris. They are grilled on a wood flame. The prices are balancely adjusted. You get much more than you pay in terms of experience and taste. The environment is also very cozy. You definitely need to make a reservation otherwise you can't find any tables. Lasty, I highly recommend you to try creme brulee!

Wonderful experience! We were staying in the neighborhood and this place was on my list to visit. We didn't have a reservation but Francois was so kind to find us a table by the working fire later in the evening. The entire staff was very welcoming and it all starts with Francois. Meats cooked over an open fire, listen to the sizzle, smell the aromas. What a joy to dine here.
