My first stay at Hotel Westminster is what I hope will be just one of many. Remarkable staff, gorgeous hotel, and genuine hospitality. Margarita, Director of Events, went out of her way to accommodate my unplanned need for a private meeting with a client, and did so with sincerity and professionlism. Well done Hotel Westminster!

Nous y avons séjourné pour notre lune de miel. L'établissement est propre, la literie confortable et le personnel est au petit soin.

Super hôtel !
L’accueil avec Binta et Walid est tout simplement exceptionnel. J’y étais pour Rolland Garros, et tout a été parfait : les chambres sont superbes et le service irréprochable. Mention spéciale à Walid, qui m’a beaucoup aidé pour les tickets, et à Binta pour son accueil chaleureux et son grand professionnalisme.Hotel parfait je le recommande pour vos séjour romantique ou en famille

Séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Westminster
L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien entretenu. Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant. La vue est incroyable, le cadre paisible, et tout est pensé pour un séjour inoubliable. Un vrai havre de paix que je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour cette belle expérience, j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

I previously stayed in the Westminster last year and had a wonderful experience. I visit Paris monthly for work as we have a store on Rue Saint Honoré, unfortunately due to a booking mix up from my company, I found my colleague and I without a hotel for the evening tonight. As we were in the area I checked booking.com and saw Westminster had 2 rooms available so we walked around to the hotel to book the rooms and hopefully have another great stay. The gentleman wearing glasses at reception was incredibly rude from the moment I entered, he did not look up from his computer and when I asked to book the rooms he said they were fully booked without so much as checking the computer. I asked why I was able to book the suites on booking.com. His response was”I don’t know”. I again asked him to actually check, he walked into the back came out after 30 seconds and said “we have one room” before walking away again totally disinterested. I was completely embarrassed in-front of my colleague and walked out the hotel. I would like to be clear, while it is crass to mention spend, the 2 rooms came to a total of 1k for the evening. I would expect and ounce of customer service in a hotel of this standard and one of which I held in such fond regard.

It’s always a pleasure to return to this cozy place in the heart of Paris. Very well located a few minutes walk from the Opera House and Place Vendôme.|The newly renovated rooms are superb and very comfortable.|I love the bar and delicious cocktails and breakfast. The food is good comfort food for the traveler and reasonably priced.|My favorite spot in Paris !

Hotel très sympa super bien situé à 2 pas de la place de l'opéra et place Vendôme, paradis du shopping...
J'aime l'ambiance calme et British du bar, très bons cocktails et bonne sélection de vin raisonnables.
Le menu traditionnel offre des incontournables comme; Croque Monsieur, Fish & Chips, salade Cesar, gateau au chocolat et tarte citron, des classiques qui ne décoivent pas.
J'ai opté pour le Fish & Chips servi avec une belle salade et des frites bien sûr, et un verre de St Peray rien à dire à part que je reviendrai....

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, and it's one of the best stays ever. The service from directly when we stepped out of the car, throughout the whole stay until checkout was unimaginable. ||The beds were so comfy and we slept like 2 princes every night. And the room, so beautiful and exactly what you want when you stay in Paris, all the details where there including a big mini bar with various of drinks for you to enjoy. ||The breakfast was also perfect with everything you need, and a little more. ||The location is also a huge plus, 100 meter from Opera Garnier and just a short walk to Gallerie LaFayette, Louvre, Champs Elysees and a lot of great stores||This is by far the best hotel in Paris and we will for sure be back many times!

Great spot in the center of Paris!|Stayed at the Westminster for a few nights and really liked it. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the Opera. The room had that classic Paris feel but was still super comfy. Staff were chill and helpful. Would totally come back.

Mon séjour au Westminster a été parfait. Chambre décorée avec goût, personnel très attentionné et excellent restaurant (mention spéciale pour les asperges, l'agneau et le baba au rhum). L'emplacement est idéal pour le shopping (Saint-Honoré, SoPi, Marais à proximité). Seul regret : avoir manqué l'expo Bès Paris, une bonne raison de revenir !

We traveled in Paris this month with our baby girl.||At arrival we were greeted by a lovely doorman, who made us feel luggage and weigh free within seconds! ||At the reception, smiles and warmth were at play, thanks to Gianantonio & the crew there. Cherry on top of the cake was to learn they upgraded us for free to a suite rather than the regular room we had initially booked! It truly changed our whole experience! ||More to it, the breakfast was divine, valet parking did a great job handling our car and Yves, the General Manager, shadowed by Vincent always made sure we had everything needed.||The hotel is centrally located, near everything you shall see in Paris at walking distance.||I can only recommend the amazing hotel, it's people, and the city of light.

The Westminster is in a great location and if you want to saunter around Paris then it’s worth a look. Be wary of the term “superior” room. It’s just a normal double which are a little on the small side. House keeping is a bit hit and miss. If you miss it in the morning run you might miss out completely. Our room had a Kettle that didn’t work, milk cartons that were 3 weeks out of date,a shower mat that could not be used as the shower door opened outwards, no replacements to the Coffee Pods. All small things but demonstrates their lack of attention to detail. The air conditioning in our room was rather noisy and we heard the lift and the opening and closing of the doors all the time. Would we go back. It’s a no. Plenty of other hotels around that area and price point that we can choose from next time.

Avant le déjeuner, rdv au bar dans une ambiance chic et cosy à l’anglaise.|Jolie carte avec des options grignotage. Service discret et rapide.|Le déjeuner sur la rue de la paix, quel adresse !.|Carte printanière, produits de saisons. Asperges vertes et sauce Mousseline, simple et raffinée. Cote de veau d’une cuisson parfaite et tombée de petits pois frais, un délice.|Le baba en dessert était impeccable.|Un très belle endroit pour retrouver à deux pas de la Place Vendôme un chic à la française intemporel et sans démesure ostentatoire.

Malgré un emplacement prestigieux, la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous: eau à peine tiède dans les chambres, chauffage défectueux, ravalement de façade en cours donc bal des marteaux à partir de 8h, un room service qui ne s'annonce pas en rentrant dans la chambre, une décoration de Noël loin de la féérie attendue, un hall un peu triste; en résumé une expérience peu probante.

Excellent hôtel, très proche des magasins et des restaurants. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité dans le quartier. Le personnel était aimable, serviable et très accueillant. Ma fille et moi ne mangeons pas de gluten et ils étaient bien informés et avaient des options sans gluten pour le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la place Vendôme. Il s'agit d'un hôtel de style très européen, sauf que la chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné avait un très grand miroir en face du lit, ce qui n'est pas très approprié pour les Chinois.
