The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very professional. We’ll definitely come back here. ????

Beautiful hotel and staff very welcoming we had a baby with us that was not listed by the travel agent they directly found us a room with a park bed knowing that it is a very busy hotel. Highly recommended 1mn walk to opera street and many nearby Starbucks for star lovers like me ☕️ cheers

First and foremost I want to highlight the very pleasant and friendly service staff of the hotel! Everyone did their absolute best and always with a smile! The location is perfect for exploring Paris on foot! Loved every minute here!

4泊ほどしました。
6階の部屋で、部屋の窓からはパリの景色が見える。バスタブもあり、部屋は清潔。
旅行で歩き回った疲れを取れるいい部屋です。
場所も言わずもがな、オペラ駅の近くにあるので便利だし、買い物にも向いている。
よほどパリの別のエリアに行きたい理由がないかぎりは、次もここに泊まると思う。

同じ名前のホテルが歩いて15分ほどのところにある。
google mapでナビをするときは、正しい住所か確かめてから向かうべし。

Since I detailed the reason why I requested refund is due to the mandatory cancellation of my visit. That happened because I lost my relative just the day before my visit. It is not a gratuitous event. I informed you about this detail, and asked for any help you can provide. But you charged all stay saying that this is your policy. Every company has policies which can be relaxed due to the circumstances. I am informing here publicly that this is your rigid and cold approach to that kind of request.

The location is very good, in a central location. The hosts are in the best mood, very kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was the best. We were very pleased.

We just came home from a 5 night stay at Hotel France d'Antin Opera and I cannot be anymore pleased. Although not my husband and I's first time in Paris, it would be my 3 year old's first time and was very nervous about location, size of the rooms, and patience of hotel staff. Just as a note, keep an open mind with hotel room sizes and elevators in Paris -- they will be smaller than what you are used to. That being said, I had NOTHING to worry about. We stayed in the junior suite and it was WAY bigger than other Paris hotel rooms we have stayed in. We were so comfortable for our 5 night stay. I am admittedly very particular about cleanliness and the room also exceeded my expectations. Can we also talk about ideal location?? The neighborhood was VERY safe and quiet, and although we were right by tourist areas - it didn't feel extremely touristy. So I could pretend to live my Parisien dreams and pretend to be a resident. Major sites were walkable including the Opera Garnier, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Galleries Lafayette and Place Vendome AND more. I saved so much money on transportation. Additionally, buses were SO conveniently located. Monoprix was also right down the block so we were able to buy food and snacks. There were boulangeries, affordable restaurants, and upscale restaurants all around -- anything that you could ever want was walkable.
Lastly, I want to mention how WONDERFUL all of the staff were. They welcomed us so warmly and treated our son so nicely. It was so nice to walk out the door and come back to the hotel and feel welcome and safe. The staff is there 24 hours a day, which I loved. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and making this trip so memorable. I have no doubt in my mind that we will be returning to this hotel for our next Paris trip!
Lastly, I want to mention how WONDERFUL all of the staff were. They welcomed us so warmly and treated our son so nicely. It was so nice to walk out the door and come back to the hotel and feel welcome and safe. The staff is there 24 hours a day, which I loved. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and making this trip so memorable. I have no doubt in my mind that we will be returning to this hotel for our next Paris trip!

The location is good, and the people are really friendly. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast. Although they charge for it, the options were very limited and the quality was poor. We expected a variety of items, like eggs, cold meats, and cheese, especially from a 4-star hotel. The only option available was a boiled egg, and we weren't sure how to eat it since there were no other items like cucumbers or tomatoes to accompany it—only a hard boiled egg was served. Moreover, the inside of the egg was discolored, which is unacceptable for customer service. The coffee was also served cold. If they are going to offer breakfast, it should include a greater variety and higher quality to show proper respect for their customers.

Otelin konumu çok çok iyi. Odalar özellikle banyo biraz ufak ama Paris standartları için fena sayılmaz. Personel çok güzel ilgilendi. Odalar temizdi. Asansör var ancak çok dar. Bizim odamızın ufak bir Fransız balkonu vardı ve çok keyifliydi. Balkonlu odalar 5. Katta var yalnızca. Otele girdiğimizde odamıza bıraktıkları kart ve not ise gerçekten çok sevimliydi.

Panne de chauffage depuis l’après midi signalée à 2 reprises à 2 personnes différentes mais aucune réactivité, aucune proposition, aucun moyen de joindre la direction et aucun geste commercial. Cet hôtel est loin de mériter ses 4 étoiles.

Ortalama olarak beklenti karşılayan bir oteldi. Ufak bir otel personel ilgisi Fransa ortalamasına göre çok iyidi. Odalar ortalama temizlikteydi. Oda ufaktı ama 2 kişi için iyidi. Banyo malzemeleri loccitanedı. Konum olarak Opera Garnier’e 200 metre yürüme mesafesinde. Çok merkezi bir konumda.

Paris'te opera binasına çok yakın ????temiz kaliteli bir otel şık...her yere yürüyerek gittik ..odalar biraz küçük ama yeterli yatak rahattı..biz çok sevdik bu otele 2.gidisimiz tavsiye ederim

No nos ha querido alojar en el hotel sin previo aviso pese a tener la reserva confirmada y nos han mandado a otro hotel de inferior categoría y no céntrico y encima nos hemos tenido que pagar nosotros el taxi.

로비부터 조식당, 룸까지 곳곳이 감성적이고 아름다워요~웰컴마카롱과 카드도 감동이었습니다❤️아늑하고 프론트도 친절하셔서 여행 내내 안전하고 행복하게 보냈네요~주변에 아시아 음식점도 많고 유명하다는 라파예트백화점도 걸어서 가고 좋았어요~조식도 아기자기 이쁘고 맛있었고 매일 룸청소도 깨끗이 해주었습니당????????추천해요!!

Уютный романтичный отель. Несмотря на близость шумного центра, 26 декабря в Рождество ???? отлично спали. Место расположения отеля тихое и спокойное.
Номера и лифт очень маленькие. Напор воды в душе ???? не очень сильный, густые волосы сложно будет промыть.
Администратор очень любезный, завтрак красивый и вкусный. Нам все понравилось ????

女性1人旅で利用させていただきました。初めてのパリ、安全面と周りの静かさ、立地の良さでこちらに決めたのですが大正解でした！！
日本語が話せる受付の方がいらっしゃり、何かとお世話になりました！
１日に1度でも日本語が話せると安心しました〜！
ルーブルまでは10分くらい道も1本道で分かりやすいです！
ラファイエットも10分程度ですし、立地はとっても良いです！！
お部屋も静かで過ごしやすかったです！！
またパリに来た時にはお世話になります！
