I cannot speak for the rooms, because we did not sleep here.
I booked a working station to use for the day while passing by Paris via MyWO, a service that helps digital nomads finding spaces to work. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, very available and professional. The space is free, but they ask you to order some refreshments. For 10 euro we were served a gigantic breakfast. The quality of the products is very good. I will definitely come back when in Paris. Thanks to the amazing staff.

We spent the past week in this great little hotel. It's in an EXCELLENT location convenient to the Metro, restaurants, cafes, shopping, it's within walking distance to the Louvre and yet its not noisy congested. The staff is superb, the rooms are European small. There's no dresser (at least not in our room )but has with a safe. It's clean and it has a nice breakfast and bar area and a separate sitting area. The front desk staff could not be more helpful, I would highly recommend booking the shuttle to and from the airport. It's only $38 for two people much less expensive than grabbing a taxi or an Uber or Bolt. I would most certainly stay there again.

The staffs are long-term employees. Their services are outstanding. They honored my request (not entering my room) during my stay (8 nights). They went out of their way to address all questions and concerns, especially Sandra and Ye. Every morning, Sandra would provide guidance how best using public transportation to reach all the sites I wanted to visit that day: shortest time, direct line, etc. She also suggested additional nearby those sites that are known only by locals. Her guidance and suggestions were wonderful making this the best Paris trip ever. One of the staff (I didn't write down his name) packed me a breakfast at 5 AM so I could eat before 6 AM pick up for the Normandy tour. They provided the best service for this 30-day trip in Europe. Thank you, all.

立地はパリの中心に位置するのでとても良かった。色んなところにアクセスしやすかったし、メトロの駅までも歩いて5分前後でいける。とはいえ、メイン通りからは少し離れているので、そこまでうるさくはなく過ごしやすかった。
客室は少し狭めで、置かれているアメニティは最小限しかないので、歯ブラシとかはなかった。フロントに電話すれば、スリッパーやコンディショナーはもらえた。
サービスに関して、フロントの方はとても親切で、丁寧で英語でゆっくりと色々説明をしてくださった。また、レストランのウォーターマシンは24時間使えるので、お水には困らなかった。

立地と口コミがよくこの場所を選びました。立地はロワシーバス停より徒歩7分で観光名所までも徒歩圏内のためアクセスがとてもよかったです。また日本語対応のスタッフはいませんでしたが、携帯の翻訳を使ってすべて日本語に訳してくれました！またわからない点は何度も説明してくださり、困った時には迅速に対応していただき感謝しております！またパリに行く場合は利用したいです。スタッフのHICHENがとても親切でした！

Hotel Horset is a great, clean and convenient hotel. I recommend it highly ! The staff goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. The gentlemen who work the breakfast room, Fernando and his assistant ,were very attentive and charming as well. So many places can be visited on foot although there are numerous metro stops nearby. It is also close to where the RoissyBus from CDG drops you off. We visited in late March and will be back in 2026. |ARIZONA

A quaint little hotel conveniently located to many sites a visitor would want to visit. Tons of shops, restaurants and well known destinations, such as the Louvre. The staff was very attentive. Fernando was great in keeping up with our needs. The desk staff was eager to help and answer any question we might have. Paris is a magical city, and L’Horset Opéra played a big part in our enjoyment.

The staff is Wonderful. So very helpful and knowledgeable with directions and restaurants recommendations. The bathroom was very nice and there was great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower/bathtub. Beds and pillows were so comfortable after walking miles upon miles from one side of Paris to the other.

L’hôtel est parfaitement placé. Il est proche d’une sortie de métro donc pratique pour se rendre n’importe où. Il est dans une rue reculée donc il n’y a aucun bruit la nuit. Nous pouvons aussi accéder à pas mal de choses à pied si cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher. De plus le personnel très agréable, le cadre de l’hôtel est très jolie. Je recommande à 100% et nous reprendrons cet hôtel si nous revenons à Paris.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Paris. Les chambres sont bien isolées, garantissant un sommeil paisible. Les lits sont confortables et le personnel est très compétent et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est suffisant pour bien démarrer la journée. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

とても静かでゆっくり休めました。年末年始に泊まりましたが、日本人の方が何組か泊まられていました。
飲みかけの白ワインを捨てられたのはショックでした。。浴槽のある部屋で良かったです。

オペラ地区にある四つ星ホテル、ルーブル美術館やオランジェリー美術館も徒歩15分、便利な場所です。ギャラリーラファイエットも徒歩10分。
客室、清掃も冷蔵庫もありキレイ。朝食はイマイチかな。スタッフは親切。日本人客も何組かお見かけしました。

Se encuentra en un punto perfecto para moverte a pie por los lugares emblemáticos de Paris.

I stayed in a classic double, Room 603 , for 4 nights. The room was spacious and lovely , with a view of rooftops across the street. There was an armchair by the window for relaxing , and a sparkling clean bathroom. The staff were so helpful. By booking directly , I was given a great rate on the filling breakfast. I also enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar, and sat and read in the calm lounge. I highly recommend this hotel- it is a wonderful , centrally located place to stay in Paris.

Stayed at L'Horset Opera during our stay in Paris. Great location, sadly one lift was working but the other was out of order. It was a bit of a struggle waiting everytime to go up or down from Level 4. Staff are mostly friendly, some more than others, few were rude and lacked good customer service which is sadly common in Paris. The bar tender Sajith was lovely, he made us the best cocktails. I believe the location is excellent but the service can definitely improve. Check in/Checkout was an easy straightforward process.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et le service parfait.
En plus, il est en plus très bien placé, et de nombreux petits restaurants sont autours.
Si je dois revenir sur Paris, c’est sûr que j’y reviendrai. Je recommande vraiment.
