Sirve para lo que promete. Un lugar básico para pasar la noche luego de un día agitado en París. La ubicación es excelente, el personal es amable y la calidad de los espacios es estándar. Apto para estancias cortas y turistas inquietos. No tenían cuna ni espacio para la misma, así que compartimos esos días cama con la bebé.

If you found this review you are considering staying at the above mentioned property. It’s your vacation, it's a lot of money, and it’s important. We know how precious vacations are. We know how important a hotel can be. My wife and I are world travelers. I don’t say that to be arrogant. We don’t own a boat or a second home. We have however been around the world.

When I write a hotel review I concentrate more on the real important features like hot water, safety, and cleanliness. Because we don’t have high demands I have never written a bad review … until now.

Bottom line, do not stay here.

Here are the details. First, the good. We found the location ideal for us. A convenient store around the corner, an abundance of restaurants, and a subway station a short walk away. Unfortunately that is where the good ends.

The room is cruise-ship small, however again, many rooms in Paris would fall into this category. The shower, a very important feature for me, was downright terrible. The shower head sprays everywhere but where you want it to. The shower door did not close all the way, creasing in the middle. The shower stall measured 24.5” square. To put things into perspective I am a cyclist weighing in at about 138 pounds while my wife is a shade over 100. Showering was a nightmare. Between the shower head and the door that would not close, you could barely move. We hit our head, shoulders and more everytime we showered. You could not bend over to pick up the soap.

What made showering even worse was the watering ranging from scalding hot to icey cold. You had to continuously play with the knobs to take a shower and it didn’t matter what time of day it was.

There are absolutely no amenities to speak of other than the smallest, cheapest bar of soap you could possibly buy. It’s like this hotel thought it was a youth hostel and cutting every possible corner there was. However at $175 per night it was far from cheap.

Things quickly went from bad to worse. We came home one night after an exhausting day enjoying the sights of Paris. Bed bugs were found in our sheets, (two to be exact). We remained calm and reasonable as we went to the front desk asking for help.

They told us to take a walk for a couple of hours and they would look into the situation. When we returned they had moved all our luggage to another room. Now we had to spend an hour of our vacation unpacking.
In the morning when we came down to the desk they wanted us to return to the old room as it had been sprayed. We asked them if they were kidding? Now we had to pack up our belongings again. More time wasted on our vacation.

Late at night, we returned to our old room where we had to once again unpack. The room smelled of a chemical used to apparently try and kill these bugs. My wife pulled the cover down and there again, was another bug. Maybe it was coming out from the wall from the spray or maybe it’s just in their sheets.

Down to the desk we went where the gentleman said, “Are you staying?” What kind of talk is that? It was Friday night. Where the hell were we we going? Did they bother to find us another room? Nope. The only thing they said was, “We are full, go take a walk, and we will replace the bed”.
We had to no choice but to return. When we were checking out of the hotel the staff was hiding from us. No one offered an apology. Nobody cared.

We asked to see the Manager as something needed to be done in the way of a reduction in the rate. He refused and the desk rep said, “When you get home write the Manager”. How ridiculous.
When we arrived home I wrote a nice letter letting him know how reasonable we were and that we expect some kind of consideration. He would not write back. I sent a second letter.
Nobody from the hotel got back to us.

Bottom line, this hotel is NOT FOR YOU. After reading other reviews when we returned home we have found this is an on-going problem at this hotel.

This visit was the third time for us (albeit over several years). The reception, the staff and the room were all very pleasant. As our room was facing the street we were initially worried about the possible noise. But double glazing saved the day. Excellent location.

Siamo arrivate per un soggiorno di 5 notti con basse aspettative, anche dovute dal prezzo pagato. Siamo però state piacevolmente sorprese. La stanza non è spaziosa ma è tenuta bene e pulita. Dispone di un lavandino interno che è comodo. Lo stato dei bagni va un po’ a fortuna: nel nostro piano era tutto ristrutturato da poco, ma in altri piani abbiamo visto che gli spazi erano poco confortevoli e datati. Apprezzata la doccia separata dal bagno per ottimizzare l’uso dei servizi. Staff sempre molto gentile e sorridente. Location comoda, a tre minuti dalla metro, vicino a molti locali e in una bella zona. Nota: non c’è l’aria condizionata ma forniscono un ventilatore.

Het is niet de mooiste kamer. Ik was hier voor een solotrip en het was in mijn favoriete buurt. Le marais voor mij de beste plek in parijs. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en het was goedkoop. Love it ik kom hier vaker terug

Está muy bien ubicado cercano al centro, si eres buena caminante puedes dar largos paseos hasta la zona del centro, louvre, etc sin coger transporte.
La habitación es pequeña, pero suficiente, la única pega el calor, pero tienen un ventilador.
Buen servicio de limpieza y buenos recepcionistas. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas del traslado sin cobrar.
Por la zona hay muchos restaurantes de diferentes países del mundo y un ambiente muy chic y agradable.

It’s all about the location at the simple hotel, which is right in the midst of the action and walking distance to many of Paris’s top sights ||Metro and rail stations are just minutes away ||The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. We arrived early after a long haul but were able to access our rooms, which was much appreciated. ||I’d recommend getting one of the rear rooms if possible because the street life can be pretty noisy at night.

Ik heb hier de slechtste ervaring ooit met een hotel gehad. De kamers zijn verschrikkelijk en de geur die er hangt is ondragelijk. Het beddengoed is vies en oud. Ook zit er een kier van vijf centimeter onder de deur waardoor je alles in het hotel hoort. Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie werd de man ook nog agressief, hierna ben ik vertrokken. Nu probeer ik dit met het bedrijf van de booking op te lossen maar het hotel heeft een verhaal verzonnen. De ervaring die ik heb hier heb gehad wil je niet beleven! In een woord: VERSCHRIKKELIJK

Très bon emplacement de l’hôtel car à proximité de chatelet et de la rue montorgueil. |Chambre désuète avec de la literie correcte mais en 140 sur certaines chambres. Insonorisation inexistante.|Nous y venons depuis avant le Covid et les chambres n’ont pas évolué,contrairement aux prix qui commence à être élevé pour les prestations

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday in July, friendly staff that spoke English, great location with bars, restaurants, and vintage clothing shops in the area. Super comfortable beds and very clean room. Would stay again on my next trip!

While planning your short visit in Paris just by yourself you should definitely choose Tiquetonne Hotel.
I’d describe it as cosy, of good price and perfect for those who plan on spending just few nights.

We stayed here on our weekend trip to Paris. They are no-frills, basic rooms, but the service is excellent. The location is perfect (we could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our window!) especially for budget-conscious travelers looking to explore Paris easily. Overall, a great choice for those prioritizing affordability and convenience. We will be back!

Bien situé et prix attirant, après propre mais vétusté, douche commune douteuse et sanitaire commun sur un autre étage que je n aïs pas oser utiliser vu l état à 21h, voilà à vous de voir. Pas chère vas avec le produits.

Avoid! Here is should not be called hotel The room is small and dirty. The shower both is too small to take a shower and just middle of your room. you have to go outside to use the restroom. And you can hear the snoring in the room next door while you sleep. Also, when I checked out, they said they would keep my bag for me, but they left my bag in the common dining room and cursed at me, saying they didn't trust me because I took a picture of my bag. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a hospitality hotel. I highly do not recommend it.

The hotel was easy to get to from Gare du Nord, and staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I was a solo occupant in a double room with an en suite bathroom. The room was clean, and was cleaned every day. It had the essentials, including decent storage space, though no bedside table, and the chairs and table were pretty small. There was a fan rather than AC, but only one plug socket, so if that were plugged in you couldn't charge a phone etc. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a curtain; the shower was powerful and there was lots of hot water, though the shower door was a bit rickety and there was an odd ridge between the tile and laminate when I stepped out. The hotel location was great - I walked to all the main sights I wanted to see, and there were lots of metro stops nearby. There was no street noise, though the walls were pretty thin so I could hear people coming and going. It's a pretty small room (if there were two of us using it, we would have been very on top of each other) and there were a few things that could have been improved, but the location, cleanliness and price were worth the niggles.

This hotel is basic in every sense of the word.
The rooms don't have any entertainment options or air con, and if you're lucky, you'll find a full sized fridge in the room.
The hotel is dated and tired, and could realy do with a facelift to bring it into the 21st century.
If you are after dirty communal areas, mould in the bathrooms and want to share your break woth bed bugs, then this is the place for you, but I personally would avoid this place, and will not be returning

Me alojé en este hotel con mi amiga y tuvimos una experiencia fantástica. La ubicación estaba muy bien, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y a unos minutos andando de notre dame (que con las tiendas de por medio el paseo se hace rápido ????). La cama era comodísima. El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones estaban limpias. La única pequeña pega fue que la alcachofa de la ducha estaba fija a la pared, lo que era un poco incómodo. A pesar de esto, recomendaría el hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

Nos hospedamos un par de noches con mi mama ni bien llegamos a Paris, la ubicacion es ideal, cerca de la estacion de trenes que te llevan desde el aeropuerto, y de muchos subterraneos. Cerca de shopping y area comercial y de restaurants para todos los gustos y precios. A pasos del rio. El servicio es modesto pero la atencion es muy cordial, ideal para pasar la noche, dejar las cosas y salir a recorrer Paris.

Etage die halbe Nacht sehr laut.|Schon bei betreten des Zimmers viel der Geruch von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln auf. Prompt nach der 1. Nacht waren die Bettwanzen-Stiche sichtbar (Männer werden davon verschont, weil kein Östrogen). Direkt an der Rezeption angesprochen und die Reaktion war heftig. Sie wollten Beweise in Form der Tiere, weil sie schon wussten, diese kommen nur im Dunklen und beim Schlafen zum Saugen.|Wir haben gehofft keine Wanzen nach Hause zu bringen- leider schief gelaufen. Nun wird es langwierig und teuer sie loszuwerden.|Leider an der falschen Stelle gespart.

Non ci siamo trovate per niente bene presso la struttura, poiché il personale è stato molto scortese nei nostri confronti non appena arrivati e le camere era sporche con un forte odore di muffa. Questo risulta essere un peccato in quanto l’hotel comunque riserva un basso prezzo e si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città.

Hotel que en relación a su precio y su ubicación, es una auténtica joya. Sus habitaciones, si bien son modestas y antiguas, son cómodas y no se escucha el ruido. El plus de que no tenga TV me ha gustado mucho. El personal no es especialmente amable, pero tampoco desagradable cómo si ocurre en otros sitios en París.

Hotel súper recomendable tanto para parejas como para familias. El barrio en el que está lo tiene todo (bares, cafeterías, supermercados, buen ambiente, gente por las calle pero sin demasiado bullicio, tiendas de todo tipo). Desde luego que cuando vuelva a París, lo volveré a hacer hospedándome en el Tiquetonne

Ubicación muy buena. Es lo que promete. De limpieza bien.

???????? hotel PERFETTO, se tornassi a parigi andrei ancora qui sicuramente! Posizione ideale, in centro e in una zona piena di vita, con tanti cafe, brasserie e boulangerie quindi anche molto sicura perché sempre circondata da persone, tendenzialmente giovani. Nonostante questo non c’era chiasso in settimana, forse un po’ nel weekend ma nulla che possa impedire di dormire. Il prezzo vantaggioso deriva dal fatto che non ci sono servizi come la tv, il frigo, ma sinceramente, chi va a parigi per stare in camera? Abbiamo girato ogni giorno la città da mattina a sera per vedere il più possibile e godercela tutta quindi ci andavamo solo per riposare ed è stato ottimo.
